liteCam Android: No Root Android Screen Recorder
liteCam Android allows you to record the screen of non-rooted Android devices. It works on Android 4.1 or higher version. Just connect your Android phone or tablet to your computer through USB cable and execute liteCam Android. You will see all your phone activities on the computer screen without lagging.
Record your phone activities and the result will be save to your PC. Audio recording is available via your computer microphone. Through the webcam, you can simply add a video of yourself using PIP feature. It is quite useful when videos are save on your PC so that you can do further video editing.

This is great is a great piece piece of software when recording on android I currently do YoutTube videos (BigBeastGaming) and it is great you can record in full HD and it is really useful that i don’t have to root my phone. The only problem is is that it will not record the audio from the phone which is rather irrating but instead I raise the volume up to maximum and that usually does the job, apart from that I think you should get it!

The good:
-
Technically the most competent VR video player I’ve seen and I’ve tried a whole bunch of them.
-
It can play more videos with less problems than more popular ones like Deo and Whirlwig.
-
It has a lot of settings for tweaking stuff.
The bad:
-
The UI reminds me of early Blender or GIMP somehow, and not in a good way.
-
It’s not a flat 2d UI in front of the 3d video, instead it’s inside the 3d space and positioned depending on where you happened to look when you pressed the menu button. I find it disorienting and annoying.

Virtual Home Theater Video Player
I can’t believe I haven’t written a review yet. As you see from my over 300 hours of usage that I use this exclusively. I purchased this when it was more expensive and never regretted it. I never got it for the audio aspect although it is impressive. I got it for the 3D movie playback. The MAIN thing that drove my interest is that I did not have to use my controllers at all. I could do everything I wanted with the mouse. Trust me this is way more relaxing. I have had many many email conversations with Aurel the developer about features and getting help. I don’t think it is possible to get someone nicer and more hard working. I have had a number of suggestions that without hesitation were implemented in updates. I know there are more things to come as well so if you are on the fence, get this and you won’t be sorry

The only app that can play non head locked surround sound video with hardware decoded video, i tested it against all other players (deovr, whirligig, big screen etc), only virtual desktop come close (with it’s virtual sound drivers enabled), but still not as good, lots of parameters in VHT that you can adjust to your own like.
Of course the complicated and let’s be honest, rather ugly, GUI is the draw back. I would love the 3D model cinema enviroment (best ones are those in virtual desktop workshop),

Zoom Player 13 : Steam Edition
Zoom Player is a lazy geek’s dreampipe media player that grabs the best worlds from popular media players like Kodi, MPC-HC, Tablet media apps like MC Player Pro, VLC and Winamp into one handy app that happly does everything you need to do regardless if you’re on Windows desktop, or Win-HTPC or Win-Tablet. There no need to download multiple apps & codecs from various of websites when Zoom Player downloads all its components with a click of mouse inside the app.
Pros
- Ability to sort out the episode/playlist correctly when watching a TV series from a Blu-Ray disk - Which alot of media players can’t do but Zoom Player has that feature ;)

Used the Freeware version of this program for just about as long as it was first available. I’ve tried every major freeware video player on the market, all of which are useable, none of which are as customizable or feature rich as Zoom Player. I have a lot of old and new video I play using this program, so I have a lot of hours on record on Steam but probably 10x the amount of hours on the freeware, so I figured it was about time I help support the developers and buy the full version here on steam.

Cmoar VR Cinema
Wow finally…. A good and complete VR CInema program!
One of the biggest reasons I bought my Oculus Rift CV1 was because I loved to watch movies in VRcinema 3d back at the DK1 days, but when I bought the CV1, I saw VR Cinema 3d was no longer able to download and not optimzed for new VR headsets like the Oculus CV1 and the HTC Vive. For that my quest to a new VR cinema started, and I haved used Bigscreen, VorpX Movie mode, (which is actually quite good, but its not a cinema experience), Oculus Video, and even Cineveo, but neither of them gives me the quality and immersive feeling of a real cinema as this!

One word. Awesome.
I had the oportunity to beta test this program a couple of days ago and was very impressed with the potential. There were a few things that needed to be addressed to make it really great and I reported those suggestions to the devs. the final version has now been released and every suggestion that I thought of has been completely addressed in this released version. I am more than impressed with the quick development response from the devs.
I am using an HTC Vive. The provided environments are very good. There is a movie theater, a home cinema, a boat view and a void environment. The movie theater is my favorite and it really makes me feel like I am in a theater. There a 3 different seat positions to choose from depending on whether you want to be in the front of the theater, the middle or in the back. I always like to sit towards the back when I go to the real theater and the back position in the virtual cinema felt like a perfect distance for me. The light from the movie screen reflects back into the theater in a very convincing fashion. The video playback quality is excellent, especially when you play back a quality source.

Stream Battlecards
So far I am disappointed in this game. From the store page this game looked promising but after purchase you discover there isn’t much interesting and very few options that can be found to play the game. I feel like the $9.99 i spent on this game is way to much for the limitation this game has.

Puppet Play 🎬
You have the idea, we have everything else!
Puppet Play aims to make animating as easy as possible by utilizing the possibilities of VR headsets. In traditional animation tools, animating is done by manipulating gizmos on a 2D screen. In Puppet Play everything is animated by recording your movement in real-time. This not only makes animating easy but also super fast. No matter the prior experience, if you have a cool idea for a movie you can turn it into reality in a few minutes (depending on your idea it might take a bit longer)!
Grab an object → press record → move it around & repeat!
Additional tools like motion capture, remote control & auto walk support the process. Use your headset to record live audio and once everything is complete, export and share your creation in a standard video format (mp4).
A huge collection of different characters (not only puppets), props and environments are ready for you to use! All things animatable are separated into 3 categories:
Puppets: Characters with Full-Body-Inverse-Kinematic rigs for fast animations
Props: Large objects to build & decorate your set with.
Items: Small objects that can also be attached to the puppets, like weapon, hair & hats.
You are in your own movie studio with many different sets that can be further customized with props. They range from traditional puppet theatres to fully-fledged 3D scenes for your next epic cinematic trailer!
A puppet on a stick or a full 3D character with individually animatable limbs: Choose what fits your vision & time scope. Short on time but still want to tell a story? Choose puppets on a stick! Got a bit more time on your hand and want to go into detail? Then choose a fully animatable humanoid character!
It’s designed for VR, there is no place for 2D UIs! All interactions are physical and integrated into the movie/puppet studio world. Or to say it in cool UX design terms: It’s a fully diegetic UI!
Once your animation is complete, you can export and share it as a standard video file (mp4). You have all rights to upload and monetize anything you make with our tool!
Puppet Play is being developed by a team of freshly graduated students from Hochschule Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences. Puppet Play started as a semester project in the study “Animation and Game” at the campus.
001 Game Creator
Especially for the money, I don’t think you’ll find a program more fun to use when putting together your games. I haven’t found a more flexible engine (Short of maybe Unity, which still requires extra licensing) to quickly piece together scenes and basic mechanics to sketch out game ideas without diving into a million menus. They don’t even have to be simple prototypes, as I am also able to implement complex mechanics in no time at all using easy drag and drop scripting. I have found that my only limitation so far has been my own terrible math skill.

I’ve used 001 now for almost 15 years. I’m currently working for SoftWeir Inc. and have contributed to 001 in many ways. That being said, I originally purchased 001 years ago through their website as any other customer, and not just given a free copy as a team member. I’m not being paid to write this review.
001 is a very capable engine designed to bring your ideas to life, as quickly as possible. You can import assets, just plop them into a map or interface, tweak some triggers then start building a game. If you are familiar with the engine, and have the assets ready, you can quite literally prototype ideas in under an hour (Of course depending on how many existing systems and assets you can leverage, and what gameplay you are looking for)

Fuse
NOTE: This is a review for version 1.0 of FUSE (though I’ve been toying with it since its initial release)
TO POTENTIAL BUYERS:
In truth this product is a mixed bag of nuts. Mixamo is trying to do something truly great here and if they adjust their approach to customer management and marketing with this product they just might build a very powerful indie-focussed tool to quickly build out a cast of characters on a fairly reasonable budget. There is certainly a market for this, and with enough customer buy-in they could become an industry staple in this regard. With that said, the tool isn’t there just yet.

First of all - almost all the negative reviews I see here are wildly misinformed! You should know what you’re getting with this software (unlimited free character models with textures - and 2 free rigs a week) - and it is an ENORMOUS time and money saver for those who need custom character models on a budget.
Let me clear a couple things up:
1. You can ABSOLUTELY export your characters as OBJ files and load them in anywhere
2. If you want to rig/skin your characters for animation you upload them to Mixamo - and get 2 free per week.
