Legend Of The Ape
Awesome game! Not too easy that there’s no meaning in progressing, and not too hard that its too unbeatable.
A number of meme-able moments that made me chuckle. 5/7 Great for apes!

Fun and challenging game, definitely worth the price! Recruited my group of friends to play with me, and its even more fun to see whose score is higher :-)

Rustler (Grand Theft Horse)
one of those game thats basically 7/10. its very decent
Played on the hard difficulty, i belive the time i beat the game (all quest, all side mission, some unlockables ) i was abt 80%
theres some massive jank bugs that probably already adressed after i beat it, but one of the jank are the horse mission. it is a massive bitch when i played it. to the point i had to email the dev on what im saying.
Story humour probably could get better if theres some form of actual talking instead of just Sims blabbering.

I am having a lot of fun with this game. It is relaxing at times and not frustrating at all. It is obvious where it is inspired from.
The graphics reminds me of shadow tactics. It is very pleasant to look at.
The sound in this game is relaxing. The birds and the nature ahhh. The music of the barde is very funny.
The combat is good but needs more work besides the bug fixing. I would like to see more fighting techniques, not just hit and block. I am enjoying it so far.
The humor in this game is spot on. I had moments when I laughed out loud.

Star Control®: Origins
I have broken this review into a few sections, because I feel like what you need to know depends on where you are coming from.
You played Star Control 2, and liked it a lot?
You should like this game. It basically follows the same formula in terms of story and gameplay, but with some welcome improvements, such as an automatic story log where you can review key details of past encounters, and a searchable star map with the ability to add your own bookmarks.
There are also some other subtle improvements. Enemy factions have more than one type of ship you will encounter, bringing added variety to combat. Your own allies will only provide one kind of ship, but your flagship can be equipped with a wide variety of different types of weapons and other abilities.

tl;dr; A beautiful and very funny adventure which is drowning in grindy, under- or mis-developed mechanics. [Verdict: 2/5]
=========================================
I have bought the game myself and completed it.
Let’s list all the positives first:
-
Very good art direction overall. Graphics, animations, aliens: all are very well done and a joy to look at.
-
Good story. Nothing super-original, but good enough with some minor twists and turns.
-
Interesting lore: using the main and also side quests there is a lot background information which enriches the world of this game.

Star Control I and II
For starters, I have loved this game since playing it on my 3DO as a child, and being frustrated (along with my father and brother) because of the difficulty. I saw that this was on sale and bought it for nostalgic purposes, and to get a little bit of the beta for Origins. I started the first Star Conrol, and for its time, that was a fun game. Minus an alluring storyline and multiple outcomes of a vast galaxy when compared to the second, I keep that game for back up. Thrilled to start the second one again and delve into childhood wonderment and anguish I’m sure, I was beyond bummed to find out that the PC verson, even this UPDATED awesome steam launch, doesn’t have audio files for the characters and aliens you meet. . . . Huge bummer, I am praying that they get an update out there that ports over the amazing 3D0 voices, because it completely changes the games feel and narrative. Overall, still excited to get the chance to play this amazing game again, and discover all the races and hidden artifacts that my child mind was too ignorant to strive for. Recommend this game completely, but 3D0 OG’s, be prepared for a kick in the feels when that first Ur-Quan drone hails you.

While i don’t have much experience with StarControl1, like many i DO have experience with StarControl2!
In my opinion, not only SC is on the Top 5 Sci-Fi universes, but on the Top 10 of best games!
Now, StarControl is not for everybody, it’s very old for today’s standards, and it’s very clunky to play, the game is very Lore Based, there is Much talking and it can be VERY slow
But the game got Charm, a Cute but Dreary style shows an universe enslaved by a Cruel race, but also shows it has Beauty and Humor in it!

It’s a slow, boring Ikari Warriors type of game, starring a cow. It’s about 15 minutes long, no replay value.

Pirates Are BLANKing Awesome

Pirates Are BLANKing Awesome is an awkward top-down shooter that involves no skill, only luck. Movement feels non-responsive, and enemies will fire 5-10 bullets before you can even see them. 4/10

It is a fast paced shooter game that is beautiful in its artwork and play fun in this game play. There are a few bugs in the game but over all it is a fun game that keeps you locked into the action.

State of Anarchy: Master of Mayhem
Dodger game relying on yours reflexes.
Grind fest basically
to rake up enough points to level up for skill points,
running around dodging bullets, flying objects, and picking up cash for upgrades.
Fun at first, gets alittle dull through half the progress after level 20.
Could really use some menu for button configurations for the keyboard,
toggle Sound On - Music Off.
Fortunately the game saves your level and stages progress even when you dies.
Playable.

State of Anarchy: Master of Mayhem is an enjoyable top-down shooter. It has 48 stages to fight your way through to earn primary and secondary weapons, and money and skill points for upgrades.
I obtained all the achievements for the game in about 12 hours, taking on the waves of enemies with various weaponry and vehicles. I become supremely powerful in stage 46 by taking advantage of the three close enemy barracks, and then finally completed the game and saved the world!

NENA
Looks can be deceiving. Before I even say anything about the gameplay, Nena has the best ending I ever experienced in a video game (it’s that special), make sure to watch the credits all the way, and please don’t spoil it for others. The puzzle mechanics are very good, you can take control of the enemies and objects, and even redirect the projectiles in mid-air which creates some very creative gameplay. I also really enjoyed the narrative, I only wish it had more exploration because the way you can interact with the world is so fun. It’s not very long, only about 60 minutes if you not grinding the achievements. I could go on and talk more about the game, but if you play it all the way, I think you will realize that making the game was probably not the most important thing ;). My heart… Just awwwwwwwwwwwww

One of the cutest games EVER! 3
Best ending EVER, like American Beetle said!!! I simply had to play this through instantly because of their glowing review!
I recommend playing this with the controller, like the game says; because I think one would have some difficulty playing otherwise, since aiming and moving is important.
I found that the game has just the right difficulty! Was super fun to go about the puzzles and enemies! Plus, the dialog is so charming and lovely 3
