Legend of Homebody
Game is addictive. Simple interface, but the game itself is challenging on some modes (Shen has a mental breakdown every time. I’ve gotten close to beating it, maybe another 20 hours…) If you enjoy having to actually pay attention to what you are doing and work for a win then this is a great game. I wish there were more characters, because I can honestly see myself playing this game on and off for years.

The game is more challenging than any other life sims I have played. Each character have their own story and 2 years of game play. The hardest to play was the female. Always died cause of pressure.
Could have options when interacting with the others and different scenarios…

Isolation Story
I received a copy of this game from the dev to Let’s Play it and I really enjoyed my time with it. This is a survival game heavily inspired by the Covid-19 pandemic where you need to survive for 7 days until a vaccine can be created and deployed.
You’ll need to manage your character’s health, hunger and happiness. It’s oddly addictive and has a surprising amount of stuff to do given how small the city is. Including tons of achievements to try and complete, and even a way to time travel.

Wolf Territory
Way too short, more like a demo, but okay for the few cents it costs.
Actually the idea and setup is very good.
The scenario and the characters reminds me on some movies.
With (al lot of) more content this could have been a good game.

I’m sorry but this game is just bad.

Don’t Give Up: Not Ready to Die
“Don’t Give Up” has relatively simple mechanics, but they work very well within the game context.
The game raises existential and philosophical questions that make you ponder but without being too pretentious.
Even with a high challenge level, the game keeps you engaged and makes you want to go forward to see what happens next. Recommended!

This is an adorable game with a lot of bugs. I would recommend it to others under the guidance of prepare for things to suddenly not work for inexplicably no reason. I honestly love the story enjoyed the visuals and find the concept engaging.
But if you dislike mechanics blowing up be warned. At one point one of my inventory squares was inaccessible meaning that 10 mins into the game I could not craft items that required all the inventory squares. But I am a determined person and taking the name of the game as an instruction “I did not give up” and decided to push through playing until I had 10 mins left on the clock.

Mr. Prepper: Prologue
The Meta:
This is a free prologue, as a feature-limited demo of the full game which expands upon the content that was made available in the demo from July. You have absolutely no reason not to try this.
I’ve played rather extensively through the beta testing, and can attest that the devs are incredibly responsive to the player community, both for bug fixing and implementing player-suggested improvements or modifications, and I fully expect that behavior to apply to the full game.
The game includes no microtransactions.

Originally, I thought the prologue would end in 30 days at most, but later I found out that I was still too young and naive. On the first day of the second month, I angrily ate all my food. I have many cans which used all the money I made to buy, and with lots of blueberry milkshakes and carrot soup. It’s ridiculous that I didn’t have diarrhea after eating it all! Ok, I have to quit the game in dismay!
Talk about the advantages and shortcomings of this game. This game is still very creative, painting style is good, it is said that the official version has more content. In terms of content, the game is undoubtedly a success. But the game also has some shortcomings:

Plushie Dungeon
Plushie dungeon is game about difficuilt time management, where you must choose between your Bossie and your Plushie. Idea is to make the game complex enough that you will have to know what is your priority before every action. But as time goes far, priorities will change..
Ah, who turned of the light?! Well, me!
Plushie Dungeon is game with the dungeons, obviously. So be prepared for darkness and things that crawling in it. You can put the fire on, but even fire is not going to last forever. Every time you sleep ( or you try to hide yourself in the MENU ) fire goes off everywhere.

Mr. Prepper
I’ll be honest and say that I wasn’t sure if I liked it the first few hours but boy did I change my mind. I was expecting to actually have to survive in the shelter I created and see the aftermath of the wasteland left after the world goes to hell and I was puzzled as to why this sort of game play wasn’t added in but it’s still a fantastic base building , survival game and I hope they’ll add DLC in the future, where you’ll actually be able to survive in the bunker or even get to experience what happens after landing the rocket .

Mr. Prepper. A survival base building game that’s not about survival and not about base building but purely story-driven.
TL;DR: If you can get it cheap (10 USD/EUR), give it a shot. But if you want a survival challenge or expect another game like This War Of Mine, STAY AWAY. It has SO much unused potential. It could be so much more.
PROS:
-
Interesting story. Mr. Prepper is not your average guy.
-
The typical “just one more day” game design that sucks you in.
-
3 (4) NPCs you interact with that are all kinda likable.

Soter
A fun planet simulation game where you have to balance everything in order for the population to strive.
The game has a bit of a learning curve, so besides checking the wiki I’d recommend checking out TheFridgeNetwork (the creator of the game) on Twitch for informational VoDs/streams of the game.

This is NOT SimEarth at all. This is a simplistic (once you understand the mechanics) point and click. Extremely disappointing. Do not buy. The SimEarth mention in the description is deliberately misleading.
