Food Delivery Battle
Update 9/3/2021:
This day marks the end of my food delivery career.
After a fierce battle, my arch nemesis “NiiChungShanChiiShingChun” beat my WR, ate my tofu and had sex with my wife. In the past, everyone respected me and looked up to me, but now even beginners laugh at me and call me a pathetic loser. I put my life into this game, poured thousands of dollars into my bike, practiced every corner at least 100 times a day and then NiiChung came and took everything from me.
I hate you Niichung…

Simple but very fun little Crazy Taxi like game. Deliver food, earn money, upgrade your bike, it’s that easy. There’s 3 different stages (so far), 2 different game modes, and also supports using your very own VRoid character.

Kinetic Edge
Excellent game. I’ve been playing the gauntlet challenge all day. it’s difficult and extremely addictive, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes so satisfying rapidly flying through the course. Would definitely recommend to people that like time trails or like a challenge. I hope more levels get released and Kinetic Edge gets the popularity it deserves!

Kinetic Edge is enjoyable. I bought this game during my last semester in university. It was a great way to take short breaks (10, 15 minutes-ish) to clear/refresh my brain when doing assignments. The Races are fun, the Labyrinths can be mind benders, and the Gauntlet is a good challenge. I wish the power sensitivity on the Golf mode was lower though. The neon aesthetic isn’t for everyone, but I got around it by lowering the graphics quality (and a small fyi, I currently run games on a laptop). I would wager that this game can be a blast with a close group of friends. I implore SCT to either add more content themselves or add a Workshop feature for us players to create stuff.

Information / Review English
Eggnog Incorporated is a Simulation Game that was developed and published by Blue Pin Studio.

Gameplay / Story
A whole normal working day in a factory, that is something you always wanted to experience? Then listen carefully, because in Eggnog Incorporated your dream can come true. The game begins with a small aptitude test, which is quickly completed and then a small tutorial follows that introduces you to the game. Which factory should it be? I know the game is set in an eggnog factory and you’re an employee who works there. Part of your job is to ensure that all of the eggnog complies with the code and is made correctly as the controller, as incorrect production harms the business and your reputation. Before your time, this was the case and the boss didn’t like it at all. As your adventure progresses, more game mechanics follow and the plot takes surprising turns, I only say bomb disposal. But I won’t go into any further details in order not to spoil. At the beginning it all starts with a Box Art and Nog Color to make sure that the power supply stays on … The graphics are represented in a pixel art which is suitable for the whole. The music fits the game perfectly and is also calming at the same time.

Not For Broadcast: Prologue
Wow! This game has some of the best potential I’ve seen in a game for a while now. I think this is coming from a standpoint that I have experienced working a tri-caster in college, but so far, its a really great story.
I think one thing I would like to see is being able to sabotage the broadcast a bit more than just losing viewers. Like for example, I would like to see some sort of scandal be released the next day or mission because we the player decided to show off some of the colorful behavior the actor shows to the his staff and the TV studio staff. I would also find it funny that during the press conference, that when you go to camera 1 where the staff is gathered watching, it would be funny if there was some sort of reaction.

“Papers Please 2 : Media Control”
seriously. similar premise. do “boring-workstuff” in an “oppressive” place. reminds me instantly of that. But the good news is, this game is feels pretty fresh. Mainly because of the animations and better pixels, in comparison to the game I mentioned.
ok so since this is just a demo, i guess it’s better to write a feedback than reviewing the good points. But i’ll do both anyways.
(+) First, the gameplay is actually pretty interesting (read=multitasking-challenge). There’s quite a few mechanics in here, and even though this is just the demo I really got the pressure I thought I would. It might even be slightly more pressure than I expected. Guess I’ll explain what you DO, at least, in the demo:

Free Agency
Free Agency is the life simulation where the agents gradually become self-aware and try to find meaning in their lives. Meanwhile, you have to keep them too busy to think about it.
Bring about their social and financial failure as you micromanage their careers, hobbies, friendships, and romances; all while you find your way around the simulation’s powerful user interface. It’s like The Sims meets The Truman Show.
The world of Free Agency is a computer program. It is inhabited by autonomous intelligent agents: subjects of study in a life simulation. Each agent has a room. Each room has objects. Each object has actions. Each action has consequences.
Approachable & short comedic simulation with point & click and management gameplay.
FEATURES:
-
Fix the 4th wall.
-
Upgrade the simulation itself.
-
Level up in piano, cooking, writing, photography, sleeping, and more.
-
Have them call each other on the phone.
-
Have an existential crisis or two.
-
Pet the cat and dog.
Life Simulator
I’m coming at the review from having played it before and after the multilingual client was released. So far it feels like a modern take on Alter Ego, even if it differs in the presentation.
The sound isn’t grating on the nerves, but it works without having anything memorable. The graphics also have their own style which I do like so far.
Some of the trouble I’ve had were mainly bugs and awkward dialogue. Not bad enough to make me give up on the game, but enough to give someone a heads up.
The game has become a lot more playable after the addition of English to the client. To be honest there are bugs and errors which I expected. There are sections where the text is rather awkward during the dialogue. Given there are sections of the game that are still untranslated or awkwardly localized, it’s still playable to the point where advancing will take some time.

I’ll be honest when I first played this I found it to be a nice little time passer. I was able to look past the hit and miss translation as you could usually get the jist of the conversation anyway. However that being said the game suffers for some pretty major problems if you’re playing the game in English:
- The game freezes when trying to meet the first friend at the Restaurant when playing as the female lead character. (This has been reported numerous times with the reply typically being that it is fixed, even though the bug iiis still in the game)
