Diesel Brothers: Truck Building Simulator

Diesel Brothers: Truck Building Simulator

My first time installing a lift kit and I don’t have a clue where anything goes. Not a clue as to why I can’t something. I figured it out eventually, and it was a loose bolt on the frame preventing me from installing the leaf spring mounts.

Going from delivery area to work area is annoying, the workspace is a hangar. Spring compressor, tyre machine (which auto sets the bead) and work bench are all too far away.

The currency for some reason has the symbol at the end, there should be an option for English (on the left), or ROW, for those who are used to the symbol at the end.

I must say, the game is amazing! There is definitely some things that need to be fixed. Those things will be in this review to be fixed. There is some things I would like to see added too.

Need to be Fixed:

1. tools bouncing: When I drop things, they bounce a lot. For example, the painting tool. When I drop it onto the floor to get another part to paint, the tool jumps around and I almost lose it.

2. Engine Hoist: The hoist works well, but when you put an engine on it, you can’t get the engine off unless you put it in a vehicle. I sold the truck I had it in, and now it is stuck on the hoist. I cannot use the hoist anymore on this specific account due to this.

Vital Signs: Emergency Department

Vital Signs: Emergency Department

First, great concept, and during current time frame or at least circumstance, this is a good way to keep up to date or at least keep other forms of injuries and illness near the forefront of one’s mind. Great for keeping the knowledge just within reach.

Unfortunately, even if you do everything set by your own facilities protocols and guidelines, it’s not enough to pass, specifically the young girls case, or the older gentleman’s case where not a whole lot is actually required to establish a TRUE ER Diagnosis or differential.

Real player with 43.2 hrs in game

A LOT of work needs to be done on this game. There are duplicate medications in different categories, and although meds and concentrations/admin routes are identical, choosing the wrong category will give a critical fail. I am finding that often, there are treatments that I know for a fact are protocol for certain conditions/presentations are coming back as neglect or unnecessary. Almost every time this happens, it’s something that I know could cost me my license if I failed to administer in the given scenario. Patients do not respond as they should to certain treatments. Treatments often lag/bug out and do not show up as administered until “hours” later - which, for some, MIGHT make sense in an ED, but it doesn’t take any physician 1.5 hours to perform any type of vagal maneuver, for example, nor does it take an hour to do an emergent EKG, or to administer Ativan to an actively seizing patient. The only way to assist ventilation is via intubation or bi-pap on this game, which leaves out several other options and will also cause a failed scenario. The “grading” system for this game is absolute garbage, and without explanation of WHY any treatment would count against you (especially for those of us who work in emergency medicine and know damn good and well that said treatment is standard protocol and indicated) it seems there is no winning. To top it off, the biggest gripe is that NO DOCTOR IS GOING TO PESTER ANOTHER DOCTOR TO CHIT CHAT ABOUT ADMISSIONS WHILE THE SECOND DOC IS IN THE MIDDLE OF ASSESSING ANOTHER PATIENT!!! That just doesn’t happen, and it’s crap that it counts against you when you’re attending what would be considered a legitimate emergency because you are forced to drop everything and spend 5 minutes “discussing differentials” with Dr. Google there. And the consults? A specialty consult should be giving hints about what to do, not blowing the player off. What a joke.

Zen Cube

Zen Cube

This is a fun little gem.

It is inexpensive and has bright colorful graphics.

Like in the description, you have to quickly make the last 2 moves to solve the cube

( don’t expect a full cube simulation here ).

This won’t hold your attention for long, but playing it with cubist friends will help.

It took a while to get used to making the moves. You have to switch faces to get different slice moves

( whether it’s an up/down move or a left/right move ) and then click the arrow in the direction you want.

Top Burger

Top Burger

Top Burger is so much more than a simple simulation cooking game; it’s an experience. Within my near sixty hours of gameplay I have discovered that Top Burger is ascending, when you play this, you automatically became better than anything else in this realm. I’ve played oh so many games on many different platforms, and I must say. There is nothing else like it, it is simply perfect in every way. And with the games very modest price tag, Top Burger is the most bang for your buck in gaming history; even if the game was $60+ I would buy it in a heartbeat! The mechanics, gameplay, character design and even the sound design is phenomenal. Truly, top-notch. Top Burger is oozing with charm and effort. First off: The gameplay . Top Burger’s gameplay is strikingly complex, yet simple. The mechanic of customers becoming impatient is ingenious, it strikes the player with a sense of panic and rush, it also adds much needed difficulty. The inclusion of boosts makes so even gamers of a lower skill can play. The other gamemodes provide a fun distraction aside from the campaign. Second: The characters. The characters are all full with personality, in their demeanor and designs. none of them seem remotely similar to one another, this shows the sheer effort that was pour into every single aspect of this marvelous game. There is also plenty of diversity bin the characters whether it be, race, gander or age. Top burger has plenty of representation for everyone. Third: the sound design. The sound in Top Burger, like everything else, is amazing beyond words. Although the sound track is admittedly small, it makes up in quality. The soundtrack is absolute delight to listen to in every way. It’s catchy, upbeat and even emotional at times. I personally adore the main menu theme. The sound effects complement the on-screen action perfectly, in a way very few games can do. From the completion effect to the error effect it all works together perfectly. Finally: The story. Top Burger’s story may seem simple at first, but to be able to understand the very complex story which is there, you must have a very high IQ much like my self. The game hints at the story with very subtle hints and evidence scattered in the campaign. To write this timeline I had to spend countless hours piecing together the story bit by bit. The timeline begins when you first open up your shop in 1987, after opening you continue to run the restaurant for a couple years. In 1990 you begin expanding with more locations and a more varied menu. In 1992 after you finish expanding your franchise, the restaurant hits peak business with huge daily orders and hordes of customers wanting burgers. But after that, between 1994-2000 is the begging of the downfall of the company. At this point there is a massive lack of customers and orders. To combat this you close most locations and cut the size of your menu, sadly this doesn’t work. In 2006 you file for bankruptcy and close the company. I think that having a sad ending is a good contrast the game’s childish appearance. In conclusion: Top Burger is such an amazing game that is beyond my capability for me to describe. Nothing out there can compere. Thank you for reading and have yourself a good one! :)

This game is just a pain. It had potential but ended up being boring. Also, if you try to go fast the game doesn’t keep up with your clicks and it just got me so angry! Tried to get to the end of the game, but it doesn’t even have achievements on steam.

Even with the cheap price I wouldn’t buy it again.

OKay, listen here. I’m a big fan of the franchise and played almost every installment of these, the Hercules games and similar.

But i can not recommend to get this, especially at full price.

The puzzle pieces (and therefore bonus levels) are tied to getting 3 stars on every level.

While I get it that this was probably not intentional, it sadly only makes this game enjoyable for the try hards, not the casual gamers to which I count myself.

The level design looks a bit more fresh and cute with the cat and some new elements to work, build or fight.

Timeflow – Time & Money Sim

Timeflow – Time & Money Sim

TL;DR

9/10: The greatest board game ever? Will gladly go many laps around the board trying not to lose money and waste time before I make money and perfectly manage time… Even if many of the achievements appear to be bugged and the English grammar and syntax give the game an unprofessional feel. Thank you for the important life lessons in time management.

Overview

Hooray for this being ol’ Il Pallino’s 100’th. review! Take the best features of money-making board games and remove the attrition-based nature of Monopoly, and add-in some great concepts that couldn’t be worked out in a physical board game, and you have Timeflow. The objective is to work towards one of many types of ambitions while using a pre-made character with all sorts of strengths and weaknesses. (Or custom-made character if one chooses.) One to four players may play, and the player who achieves their ambition first is the winner. Time is everything! without enough time on their hands, players cannot start new businesses or get some education, and if a player doesn’t have enough time at the end of the month, the player has to pay a financial penalty proportionate to the income that they earn.

It’s like the adult version of the Game of Life. Played for hours on normal version yesterday. I have to say while it’s in it’s early stages, it’s a pretty well thought out game. I do think there could be more random instances, but it kept my attention for hours. I am still working on buying that dream home.

Now I am less inclined to enjoy the stocks, it seemed for a long time they never got high enough and then when I was finally interested in really buying and selling most of them were way too out of reach and never came back down. Perhaps it’s realistic. It would be real interesting if you could make character changes as lifes ups and downs come at them. I am surprised there isn’t a Win the Lotto or play the lottery option.
