The Frostrune The Frostrune is an elegant point-and-click adventure, with strong, authentic Norse culture. The story is set in and around an abandonned, coastal hamlet. The environment feels great. I used to live in Norway, and could see the familiar lighting and landscape features in the portrayal in the game). The hand-drawn art style is consistent and rich - a quick look at the trailer on the Steam Store page will give you a feel for it....
Final Stand: Ragnarök Absolutely love the game, disregarding anything wrong (granted its in early access, cant expect perfection). Riders of Asgard WOW! This game is awesome! I started out with auto-transfers on, but after getting the hang of the controls, I turned it off and discovered my own paths. And boy, this is where the fun really begins! I quickly started unlocking new items and levels and I can’t wait to see what is next! I really recommend this game to anyone and I’m going to go play some more now!...
Rend 250 hours played 500 steam hours logged. I cannot recommend this game in its current state. There are too many bugs that take up hours of time due to lost resources, kits, pets, etc…, all for every saga to end with a few people from one faction forced to grind spirits alone just to reward those who quit days or weeks ago with the rewards they didn’t earn. There are dozens of servers with less than 10 people online (all factions combined), this leads to a complete lack of PvP....
Viking Brothers Plays similar to 12 Labours of Hercules (just way more simplistic; 12 Labours is superior in several ways). Good time waster. I’d like it a lot more if it didn’t constantly freeze up in the middle of levels. The main challenge in the game is finishing each level quickly; I haven’t seen any other real goals. Collect resources, build resource buildings (farms, quarries, etc), defeat savages (barbarian warriors), help the gods, save the world....
Expeditions: Viking STORY Good. Is well written and very immersive. I always wanted to know what is going to happen next. I don’t know if is historically accurate but it feels so. There is at least three ways to beat up the game: gaining wealth as trader, gaining support of a powerful ally or impose the Danish law (kill, burn and pillage) which gives you replayability. The only fantastic thing is the game so you won’t fight against orcs or elves and you won’t use magic missiles and fireballs....

Tribes of Midgard This is a challenging game, made fun with a group of friends. Though even then it is a bit of a slog, as it implies 10 people need to online at the same time for hours on end to achieve a common goal. You find that perfect zone and boom, suddenly the entire time you are jamming with friends and working through the various quests. I will say that the game is not without its faults....
Northgard There aren’t many RTS game nowadays. So, this one is like… a rare gem. One of the most brilliant contemporary RTS out there. The objective is simply to win, by which means though is entirely up to you. You can choose a mercantile clan and obliterate your enemies from the map or a war-mongering one and wins the wisdom victory, for example. It’s possible, but not ideal, but again we have to make do with what we have....
