I’m looking forward for big features in the future....

Automobile Tycoon Well… it’s not bad… but it’s not good. I’ve burned quite a few hours in it, and keep coming back because I’m a car junky, but when I want that fix, I’m more often reaching for Automation, Gear City, or Production Line, and honestly I still prefer running Detroit in DOSBox, which this is supposed to be a spiritual successor of (it doesn’t catch the same magic though)...

Edge Of Eternity First of all I would like to say that I am really enjoying this game and would definitely recommend it, I haven’t found a turn based RPG in absolutely ages that I have really enjoyed and usually end up going back to old favourites like FF7. There are a lot of really good things about this game and I am very surprised that a small team has made a game of such quality, I am 27 hours into it now and I haven’t really encountered any bugs that I am aware of....

Light Fairytale Episode 1 I originally bought this game out of boredom. Having played everything in my library over again looking for a refreshing narrative; something I could hover my cursor over and think, “this, this is well written.” I eventually bought a kindle and put a Hiatus on gaming for several months, disappointed at the lack of any new titles containing a decent narrative. I initially broke this hiatus at the release of Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice and I was happy with what the game offered....

Super Club Soccer Game is still in the thick of development, but a new patch was just released that allows players to form teams and compete in friendly matches which adds a huge amount of depth that was missing. Soon seasons will be added too. When you read the negative reviews, keep in mind that this game is not meant to be played with bots. It really shines when you can get a team together and start building chemistry, and play against actual people....

Ord. This game is very simplistic. You pick a word (usually out of two choices) and at most, the game shows you only three words after each choice. However, for as simple as that sounds, it does very well in painting out stories that rely on your choices. The graphics are also very simple with some slight effects to give the game some ambiance. There are 5 different stories that you can choose from, and most of those stories were really fun....

Necken This is a rogue-like… a genre I am quite keen on… but what prevents each game from being the same as the last, and enables you to choose one over another, can often be their ‘identity’ … their atmosphere. Necken is different to many of these games as it is not set in a dark dungeon, but a thick, verdant Swedish Forest, with dappled sunlight and mysteries behind each pixel tree....

[東方二次] Senran Meisuishu Tactics / 戦乱命萃酒タクティクス Senran Meisuishu Tactics is a turn-based SRPG where you move the Touhou girls under your control over a playing field and defeat monsters or other hostile Touhous. It’s solid in its gameplay, there is a big character roster and a lot of content with the two campaigns (youkai and human version) that the game includes. For youkai version, I had to throw in the towel at mission 13....

Tears of Avia Update: I originally wrote this review on launch day, I have now completed one full playthrough and adjusted some comments to reflect this. A great genre aware indie game. If you love JRPG’s then this will embody every trope, cliche and worn-to-the-ground charisma you’ve come to love in the best ways possible. With a selection of protagonists straight out of a pregen dungeons and dragons adventure, colourful and classic personalities along with bright and iconic designs (RIP Reina’s spine) there’s someone you’re bound to love....
