The 39 Steps This is a Visual Novel. That means there are no real puzzles, no real gameplay, and it is just the story. If you like point and click adventure games, a visual novel isn’t a big step backwards from that sort of thing. You just don’t get the puzzles that come along with the adventure genre. So when you want a totally relaxing time of just visualizing a story a graphic novel will succeed in doing that without making you have to think much about solving any puzzles....

Sagrada A few months ago, my roommates got me hooked on the physical version of this board game, and we absolutely couldn’t get enough. As a Birthday gift, a friend sent me a copy of the digital game we’d all been contemplating getting. After playing a few rounds online, including crossplaying with friends on mobile, I can say this is one of the best digital board games I’ve found to date....

Contraption Maker I used to like this game. A lot. I won firts place in one of their contests, and second place in another. For which I received reward in the form of steam games. Contraption maker is a great example of a game that never stops growing. Even now, they keep adding new content to it. But… things havetemporarily changed. Top Meadow and Game Dev Castle took over the development and publishing of the game, and I get the feeling that they don’t really care about the game itself anymore....

Ellipsis Ellipsis was quite a delightful surprise for me. I recieved it as part of a Humble Freedom Bundle (Feb 2017) and having played it I can say it is definately worth purchasing on it’s own. It’s an arcade style game that has over 150ish levels where you collect five orbs while avoiding traps and enemies. Blue good, red bad. The universe which you play through is interesting throughout, and the difficulty slowly increases always keeping you on your toes, but never making you want to bang your head on your desk....

Drawkanoid Absolutely love the balance of tension. It’s definitely exploring things left untouched in other re-interpretations of this classic, feels like the ultimate version of the brickbreaker genre. omg, the hexagonal enemies are amazing for all the rebounding goodness, but the little orange rounds are complete nonsense. – Real player with 17.3 hrs in game Read More: Best Bullet Time 2D Games. AdVenture Capitalist I’ve successfully beaten this game (as in, unlocked everything) without spending a single cent on it. Most of the “time” I have logged on this game was from leaving it idle, and there’s nothing to be gained from this game.
