Zombie Survival online Color me impressed. Despite being a free release, this game has a level of depth and polish I did not expect going in. Take a broad, knowledge-rewarding crafting system (the best aspect of Black Survival), well scripted AI, crisp, distinct hitboxes, and the constant race against time, and whamo, fun times. I only have 12 hours atm so I’m just getting started but I love it. Great game!...
Experimental About: Experimental is an old-school 3D platformer where you have to complete levels in order to unlock new levels. Some levels have different unlock requirements like time, score collected or attempts needed. If you fail to unlock a level you can always try again, but you cannot save the game inside a level. Your best attempts are saved so you can always try to improve your results....
Heathen Engineering’s Terran This is one of the worst games I’ve ever played. Complete waste of money. It should be withdrawn from the market until it is more than a shell of a game. The tech tree is extremely thin. Only 3 branches, and a depth of 5-10 in each of the sub elements. Dull. The ability to customise fleets is poor, limited to the balance of 6 standard ship classes from corvette to dread....
Risk of Rain 2 One of the best rogue-like games I’ve ever played. Man where do I even start. The gameplay loop is fairly straightforward. You shoot/slash, and you loot, and do some more until you either ascend to godhood, or die facing an overwhelming horde of monsters. The concept doesn’t sound too complex or profound, but the actual process is, in every sense, engaging. The basic controls is solid, the different classes of survivors each feels unique and interesting, and the item synergies are immensely satisfying....
