Battle Girls A short, mecha fighting story with some romance options brought to you by the Dharker Studios. You were chosen as a mecha pilot to represent your nation in an international competition. Just to be clear, there is no mecha action here, it’s pure VN. You have several battles to go through and multiple choices to reach one of many endings. While the VN is relatively short, to complete all scenarios will likely double the length so it’s not bad....
Micro Annihilation Game was just released, but there is already enough content that you can play for few hours. It is interesting mix of XCOM / C&C. While playing the game you find out how it would be if you would be the size of the ant and you have to survive the onslaught of insects. Sometimes it feels like zombie apocalypse but that there are ants instead of zombies....
Battlezone 98 Redux Important disclosure here: Prior to the release of BZ98R (and still to this day), I have been a player of the original game up until it’s final unofficial patch version 1.5.2.27 U1. This game is entirely based on this community patch. People who have played 1.5 are going to feel differently about the game than people who last played it 20 years ago (1.3, 1.31, 1.4…). The same goes for people who had never played BZ98 in any form prior to purchasing this game....
Oh No! Bugs! This game looks pretty, but it’s not always what it seems. It’s fun for the first few minutes but then that’s it, you’re doing the same thing over and over again with no difference but a few characters here and there. It has potential but it also needs much more content to feel fulfilling, anyways, in it’s current state, I do not recomment. 5/10 – Real player with 4....
Panzer Knights UPDATED: Panzer Knights is a very promising tank action game. It’s still rough around the edges and there’s a lot of development to go, but it’s well worth supporting and I would happily pay more for the complete product. Since my original review there have been many additions and improvements. PROS: Excellent visual design both in terms of the tanks and the characters. The artist and model maker did an excellent job....
