Shadowgrounds Survivor Shadowgrounds Survivor is the unmistakable sequel to previous years top down horde mode shooter Shadowgrounds. Unmistakable because if you didn’t see the title you’d be hard pressed to tell them apart. That’s not to say Survivor doesn’t introduce a few new features, multiple playable characters and a more detailed level progression makes the game a good deal more engaging as you go along. The storyline is as was in the original utterly forgettable and can be easily ignored....

Dino Eggs: Rebirth A great homage to the original 1983 game, which is among my favorite Commodore games. Rebirth is just as addictive as its predecessor, and I love how the graphics, mechanics and sound effects all have elements that play off the original. My ONLY criticism is the atrocious kerning on the large scrolling cutscene text (I’m a graphic designer) - but otherwise I love it! – Real player with 37....

Cue Club 2: Pool & Snooker I spent many hours playing first Cue Club and I was sure it’s the best pool&snooker simulator we can find. But later I found this one on Steam. What else can I say? Graphics is very nice. Music is cool too. I think that the physics is one of the strongest points of the game. The Book of Unwritten Tales 2 A charming, hilarious and fun adventure with the perfect balance of puzzle difficulty. This point and click has my favourite puzzle design because they are not too hard to figure out, but also not too easy. The characters are unique, interesting and lively, and the graphics are gorgeous without putting too much strain on a computer (as a laptop gamer, I especially appreciate this as there is nothing sadder to me than a game I really want to play with specs that my computer can just about manage with lags)....

WRC 7 FIA World Rally Championship Decent game. Potential to be outstanding, but failing at key areas. I give it a score of 68/100. Many rallies and stages are beautifully made and the lighting is at times awesome, perhaps best demonstrated in Rally Monte Carlo, the way that light shines through the leafless trees and from angles realistic to life.
