Cell Defender Lucky me gets to write the first review for Cell Defender, which is a 2D retro pixel/minimalist arcade clicker/defense game where you are positioned in the middle of the game window and must click on little balls that move toward you from the edges of the screen. So it’s basically a sad kind of whack-a-mole but with less character.
This feels like someones game design class homework assignment (I am not sure if they passed the course)....

Grim Nights 2 the game is good & i love it but its pretty buggy right now but alot of fixes have happen in 1 week with only 1 developer doing it so he deserves a lot of credit & support so join his discord by going to the discussion thing & most of you probably dont know where thats located so all i will say is look carefully & you might just see it by clicking on the game but not play it yet....

The Last Door - Collector’s Edition Who would have thought that the next great horror game would be a pixelated homage to Lovecraft and Poe? I had been following The Last Door’s development since its Kickstarter roots, and as soon as it popped up on Steam the game was in my cart and my wallet $10 lighter.
The game starts off ominous enough; a suicide, a letter, and a friend vowing to uncover the truth of it all....
The Last Day of Adolf Shot my dog, found some poison and some wine but can’t seem to use/drink either. Not sure what I’m supposed to do at this point.
– Real player with 0.9 hrs in game
I would give this game a positive review, but it seems unfinished to me, like a late beta in need of final content and copyediting passes.
I really like the pixel art, and the music loop has a simple “Wolfenstein 3D” sound to it that evokes memories of the early 1990’s era....
There Is No Light After a global catastrophe, the remains of human civilization built a new religious society among the ruins of the desolated underground. They have forgotten the light of the sun and now are blindly following the New God — The Great Hand. Once every few years, The Hand comes down to the people of the Central Station and takes away the chosen newborns to the world hidden behind the gates of the Sanctuary....
Date Night Bowling The arcade bowling is solid - I can consistently get strikes, but curving/spin isn’t particularly intuitive. Unfortunately, each character has a single phrase you have to confirm through every single time they come up to bowl. You have to play as everyone in single player before they’re available in vs. mode (whether AI or human). The minigames are fun and themed to the bowling alley. Achievements, at least at launch, appear to be not be functioning....
Creatures of Aether It’s a free game so try it for yourself. I wouldn’t recommend it otherwise.
The game is based on Triple Triad, a Final Fantasy mini card game. It expands on the idea in many, many directions, most of which aren’t as well planned as the original. The game has excellent sprite art and music but there’s a serious lack of game modes, and the ones that do exist don’t work....
