Vengeful Heart Great cyberpunk VN with a heavy, HEAVY emphasis on the ‘punk’, Vengeful Heart was a brisk, thrilling read! The aesthetic was great, the music is great, the whole novel is criminally underrated. The plot is exactly what I was hoping for and even more pulse-pounding than I expected. It’s not perfect - a couple of the plot beats fell a little flat, like Little Jimmy and the two romantic options' jealousy - but overall it was a worthwhile read....

Planet Stronghold: Colonial Defense First of all this game is a pretty unique mix, it has some flaws yes, but its strengths definitely outweighs them. The card game, while unusual for such a game is actually really good. Compared to the standart rpg fights in similar games where you have 3 or 4 different spells or attacks and you just have to see which type of elemental damage does the most harm and spam that and throw in a heal or stun from time to time, the card battles feel more challenging....

Hotel Tutwin This game is truly one of the highest caliber visual-novels that I have read. It has a way of drawing you in with its attractive character designs and dragging you deeper into it’s intense character depth and lore. This game can only be compared to a game that I consider to be one of the greatest of all time, Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 3. The deep gameplay and visual elements created an experience that was truly one of a kind....

Sword Daughter I guess this is one where I wished steam had a number or star rating rather than a good/bad option. I bought it some time ago, didn’t particularly like it so put it down for a while and picked it up again recently but found more of the same. Overall I’m coming down on the negative side of neutral with regards to it being a game book written in the 80’s....

I like the idea that you can date Kondo, and I really like the voice actor. I also was able to get Yamazaki’s route, at least one, which I liked also. For me personally, I don’t like the way Harada looks and Heisuke (looks like a girl)....

Queen Of Thieves Now let me start off by saying I am a huge fan of this genre (visual novel w/ RPG elements) and of the developer, Winter Wolves. However, I cannot recommend anyone this game unless it is on sale. It seems that as the developer starts chugging out more games per year, the quality of them keeps dropping. None of his latter installments can stand up to the original Loren The Amazon Princess....
