Multiple Endings

Street Racing 2020 I think I got this from a sketchy giveaway site. Either that, or I bought it in a really cheap bundle with other games. Anyway, I certainly didn’t buy it. You shouldn’t either. First off, why does this take up 20+ GB of space. Where does that come from? There’s literally nothing that justifies taking 20 GB of my Hard Drive. There’s basically nothing to do. You race a single car on a straight line over and over again....

Sword Daughter I guess this is one where I wished steam had a number or star rating rather than a good/bad option. I bought it some time ago, didn’t particularly like it so put it down for a while and picked it up again recently but found more of the same. Overall I’m coming down on the negative side of neutral with regards to it being a game book written in the 80’s....

Fight’N Rage Good game overall, takes a lot of things from classics maybe to the point where it starts hurting the game own identity. Gameplay is a mix of classic beat-em-up with a few mechanics from fighting games, most enemies are archetypes you will recognize if you’ve played SoR1-3 and Final Fight, also features branching levels. Has a fairly spiky difficulty curve (some level branches in particular are much harder) and has a really high difficulty ceiling (less so than say SoR2 but not by much), lower difficulties accessible enough for most to have some fun (especially easy mode which is almost insultingly easy), difficulty curve turns to a cliff once you start looking past hard mode which means most won’t ever see the last two difficulty levels....

World of Contraptions The game has so much more potential. The art style of the components would certainly lend itself to a change of scenery, I was disappointed at the constant white and grey levels and white overcast sky. In terms of building, its very difficult to make smaller devices as the snapping tools (while quite effective) were incredibly limiting. I wouldn’t mention it if it were helping with physics bugs, but it certainly does not....
