Lawless Lands This is a game that I’ve watched being developed for over a year. I’ve run through the early releases multiple times, checking for typos, looking for bugs, and restarting over and over. I helped work on many of the character sprites and some of the sidequests. Overview Many hours of game play and numerous side-quests that complement the main storyline make for an in-depth game and story. The character creation can take some getting used to, but the skills, talents, and customization when leveling works very nicely for creating a hero with the attributes you like....

Halo: The Master Chief Collection I’ve played all the various Halos since ~2002, and have 3000+ hours on MCC. Despite all that, I can’t recommend it. Here’s why: The Good The ports of the games are reasonably solid. The games look great in 4k. Several longstanding H1 graphics bugs have been fixed. MCC is now the best-looking versions of any of the legacy Halos. There is online co-op for all games - something that H1 & H2C historically lacked....

Affliction For me this was a very interesting game, for several reasons. This is a game guru game and as such includes all of the downsides of making a game in such a primitive game engine. This includes loading screens that crash rather frequently and take plenty of time to load (even on an SSD). And Lots of in game glitches (one glitch i noticed several times was where the game “deep fried” my screen)....
