FOTONICA FOTONICA is an adrenaline rush, at the very least. A high speed running game with one button as the sum total of a player’s control. Don’t think of that as a limitation. Quite the opposite. Since this is first and foremost a sensory experience type of game, deriving much from little, it would be unfortunate if even the smallest part of a player’s attention were taken from the screen....
Dark Home What can I say!? I had a few chances to play it during development and now that it’s released i’m excited to see others enjoy it as much as I do! When it launched there was some really good reactions and definitely some jump scare moments along with some really good, creepy, atmospheric places. Pretty damn good for a One Man team i’d say! Known issues are a simple connectivity issue every once in a while after a session....
Catacombs Of The Yokai After finishing a late shift at work you find a mysterious amulet that was dropped on the ground. As you go to return it to the woman that dropped it, you encounter a strange doorway that you haven’t seen before. Entering the door leads you into an unnerving nightmare realm. On your way through the depths you will encounter various enemies (many inspired from Japanese/Taiwanese urban legends and myths) that must be tricked, conversed with or eluded in sometimes unconventional ways....
Monster Master FPS heroes versus RTS horde. An asymmetric multiplayer where 1 player spawns the different monsters, and 3 class-based fps heroes try to survive it. The game is set in to the small town of Kingsfield, where an energy research facility has given birth to a cosmic horror entity called the monster master. Dishonored 2 Dishonored 2 - is this a game for you? Right now, the game is undergoing a spell of patching after a very poor PC release. The game worked for some, but not for many, and so your mileage will vary depending on your PC (not necessarily how powerful it is either - but how balanced, how much VRAM you have and such). As most reviews already centre around performance issues, I won’t spend too much time on those because I’d rather review the game itself but please bear them in mind (they are mentioned in the ‘not so good’ section below)…....
