Chuck’s Challenge 3D 2020 I had previously downvoted this game, citing many bugs and frustrations with the control scheme and the GUI. But after an incredible show of dedication from the developers in addressing and fixing (nearly) every one of my complaints in the “massive invisible” patch, I’m finally giving the game a thumbs-up. Very impressive, guys! Previously, I felt that this game might have perhaps gotten more attention and understanding as an “early access” title, but now it has earned its status as a finished product, one which can be built upon....

Spinnortality | cyberpunk management sim This game oozes potential. From its premise to its simplistic, yet surprisingly deep gameplay, Spinnortality is great. However, just like its name, there is something off about it the deeper you get, until you realize this game is nigh unbeatable…and not in that good, strategy game way; but instead, due to frustrating bugs, poorly thought out mechanics, and unbalanced agenda trees that make 2 out of the 4 victory possibilities impossible beyond easy mode (even then it’s a pain)....

Spellcaster University This game straddles the line between game and simulator, and it might leave people looking for either one disappointed. I, however, love this game, so I want to talk about it a bit. The gameplay almost exclusively involves making choices from a mostly-random selection. You draw from a deck or speak to a faction, and then you choose the option that seems to serve your needs best. You have a limited time to make these choices because the Lord of Evil makes you move along almost as soon as you get rolling....

The Mims Beginning The Mims Beginning Review The Mims Beginning is a breath of fresh air in an increasingly stagnate gaming pool. At first glance, the game may look light and simple but very quickly you begin to see that this is a deep, well-designed strategy/god-mode game. Borealis TL;DR 4/10…This is a simple elegant game which should get a thumbs UP even though most people will get a quick zen moment for 10 or 20 minutes, then abandon. In theory, most any gamer could be happy to drop their 0.50-$1 for this on sale. However, they took a simple one dimensional mechanic–and blew it. There are only 13 modes. Meteors zip through the screen with various unique movements, but most of them are heat-seeking (to you), though with very wide turning radii....

Chessaria: The Tactical Adventure (Chess) TL;DR A game of chess and chess-puzzles, with an extremely high-cliché fantasy theme. Quite engaging, highly-polished and very enjoyable.
