Pandemonium My review is likely going to be biased - I was too fond of this game fifteen years ago and really too glad to find it here. That being said, it would still be a very positive review with quite a positive score even if I were stumbling on Pandemonium for the first time. I’d like to add that I started playing after being scared by other very negative reviews and, as a consequence, I was positively delighted to discover them to be wrong on more than a few points....
Sonic The Hedgehog I had a good time, received this from Sega as it’s Sonic Mania delay apology. -It’s a good game, it’s not the best, it’s far too easy for experienced players, i mean, i took me a few hours max to finish this with all the 6 Chaos Emeralds. -The soundtrack still one of my favourites, being Marble Zone, Labyrinth, Scrap Brain and Final Zone the ones that i enjoy the most....
GUILTY GEAR I recommend this game ONLY to people who love Guilty Gear. If you’re just getting into the series, please for the Love of God start with Xrd or Accent Core. This game is a 100% port of the original Guilty Gear for the PS1, and being a direct port is both it’s greatest strength and flaw. It’s a tough as nails fighter with mechanics that were questionable even during it’s release back in 1998....
Montezuma’s Revenge Great nostalgia product. I played this game on my Apple //+ back in the 80s on a monitor without color. So the green and red keys had the same shade of green back then. I learned to hook the Apple //+ to a color TV, and that changed things! This version is just like the old product, with some changes: 1. A bat will show up if you linger on a screen too long....

Empire Deluxe Combined Edition Having played the Empire series since the late 80’s, I put off buying this game because I was afraid that I was going to be disappointed. I was afraid that it was going to be not much more than the same game with a new UI and I my fears were not far from the mark. It feels like to me that the game has been dumbed down as happens with so many games these days....
Descent I played this game like crazy when I was young. It’s really hard until you get the hang of it, and then you become basically unstoppable. The most scary part of the game for me was level 7, the first time I encountered the first boss. I went out into this big lava room and the boss made such a horrible scary sound when he appeared, and it killed me....
