I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream Captivating Point and Click Adventure I enjoyed playing through this game twice, I’d say that if you’re interested, you should pick it up. The Witcher: Enhanced Edition Director’s Cut It’s a good game, closing in on great. Story is really good, graphics is decent or even good considering it is pretty old(you can’t pull of Witcher 3-graphics with a EE) and the background graphics, like the sky in Murky Waters, are really good. The combat flows well for being somewhat turn-based, it feels odd at first but past the Prologue you get the hang of it....

The Fog Before you read: Keep in mind I’m still playing, and I’ve only played about 25 minutes so far, and died once. So, I think my experience with this game is… odd, so far. You’re dropped into nowhere, with very little explanation of what’s going on. You have no tutorial, no helpboxes short of just the occasional “E to interact” “Space to pick up”, etc. You’re not actually taught how to use the items, you need to kinda figure it out....

A Little Lily Princess I absolutely loved this romance sim. It was very delightful and interesting. There are 4 romance routes, and 2 friendship routes. It involves stat raising, but it is not tedious or annoying. It takes place during the Victorian era in London, England. That is a vague time frame considering Queen Victoria ruled for 63 years. However, since the book this visual novel is based on was published in 1905, I would assume the story took place late in her reign before she died in 1901....

Call of Cthulhu®: Dark Corners of the Earth OLD STYLE HORROR… Oh Yea! Intro: This game is based on the works of H. P. Lovecraft, author of “The Call of Cthulhu” and progenitor of the Cthulhu Mythos. It is a reimagining of Lovecraft’s 1936 novella The Shadow over Innsmouth. Set mostly in the year 1922, the story follows Jack Walters (previously a police detective) and now private detective who is trying to solve cases even when there wasn’t any evidence....

Sword Daughter I guess this is one where I wished steam had a number or star rating rather than a good/bad option. I bought it some time ago, didn’t particularly like it so put it down for a while and picked it up again recently but found more of the same. Overall I’m coming down on the negative side of neutral with regards to it being a game book written in the 80’s....

Painting Werther The Sorrows of Young Werther, was written by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe in 1774. Loved by artists and emperors, it shows the inner struggle of a deeply romantic man. Or at least that’s what I used to think… Come with us on this interactive visual novel to see another version of this legendary story. Was young Werther really a romantic? Or was he just a man with a death wish?...

Discouraged Workers TEEN A quite weird visual novel, actually.. in some senses. First point - there is no interaction, there are no choices until the end of the game, which is fortunately quite long for its genre, even if you have constantly the feeling of being unable to have an impact on the game itself. Towards the end, you are asked to save some times (only twice actually but anyways XD) and you can make your first and only choices....

Record of Lodoss War-Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth- Impressive game, I enjoy it a lot. Felt a rush in my heart while I was playing it, Remind me a lot of Castlevania:SOTN. By far a true gem, I will hope for the sequel to buy it ASAP. Orwell’s Animal Farm This game explains nothing about its gameplay (after multiple playthroughs I’m still unsure of what the Animalism stat does) and appears to be a buggy mess of RNG. Dead animals can still comment on events occurring (Napoleon and Boxer appear to be the biggest culprits) or show up at the gravesite despite being dead (such as the Cabal of Pigs ending where Snowball and Napoleon have died, but Napoleon is at the grave)....
