Tom Clancy’s EndWar™
EndWar is a game that I absolutely love. It is one of the new wave RTS games where you do not build bases and only control the units you have and have to make the best of it. It is not an strategy game, it is a TACTICS game and it does it very, very well. The combat is rock-paper-scissors with many combinations, plus special attacks that can turn the table on a stronger opponent. Couple that with the three supports (Air Strike, Force Recon and Electronic Warfare) and you can have quite dynamic battles.

EndWar is a game for those who prefer strategy over running like a maniac with SMG’s. You are a colonel, your rank is only below the generals, although you really have more combat power than they do. As a commander of the Joint Strike Force (USA), the Enforcer Corps (Europe), or the Spetsnaz (Ruskies), you get your very own battle advisor, in other words, a war secretary, a whole battalion of your nations finest, and access to WMD’s (Weapon of Mass Destruction). One of those weapons being a big sattalite dropping kinetic rods with enough firepower to take out Time’s Square. The combat is simple. click on a unit, and tell it: Attack enemy, Secure Uplink (Major Part Of Game), Send Nuke Here, or even evacuate to ensure its survival. However, the game was engineered for one purpose,,,,VOICE COMMANDS. Yes ladies and gentlmen, even though this was made in 2008 it still surpasses even Googles voice search. Using a simple way of speaking to units such as, “Unit 3, attack hostile 4.” Why use a mouse when you can just say “SEND THE NUKE!” Before I get excited, i’m gonna stop myself and just finish with this. There Came an Echo
In a digitally-aware world encryption is everything. In light of recent revelations involving the NSA and GCHQ spying on much of the world’s internet traffic, encryption has become a hot button issue. Whether you know how it works or not, it’s there securing your online presence against unwanted intruders. And yet, how often do you stop and think about the people who make your communications and data secure? Not often, I’ll wager. In There Came An Echo, Corrin is one of those people, one of those geniuses, you might say. He’s your typical computer whizz and he is about to become embroiled in something larger than himself, or anything the physical world has to offer.

There Came an Echo is a game made from independent game developer Iridium Studios.
It is based in a not too distant sci-fi setting and has teambased RTS elements.
The innovation of the game is that the issuing of orders to your team is done with voice control,
meaning you issue the commands using a microphone, the game registers them and the respective units execute the orders.
It is possible to play the game without using a microphone though i do not suggest it since the voice control is fairly responsive.

My Little Army
Resurrect your undead skeleton army, equip them with ancient artifacts and become the greatest boss like no one before. Kill good guys, bad guys, eradicate or enslave other monster clans. Your goal is to earn the title of the Greatest Evil. Does this sound badass? Better read mode.
You will be able to command army by your own voice. Yeah, its possible. You can shout, yell, scream at your minions and it works! I mean that they become even more angry, deal more damage and start act like a total fools… Well, sometimes it’s not the best way out because ability to recrut more minions is limited. Better take care of them.

Radio General
In the WW2 RTS Radio General the player assumes the role of a Canadian army general, leading troops into battle from a tent far away from the fighting, using only a radio and a tactical map. Unlike other games in the genre, the positions of units do not update automatically, the player has to regularly communicate with their own troops to learn where they are and what they are dealing with, and manually place small tokens representing the units on the spot on the map where they have last been reported to be.

… all I said in my review is maybe true but simply not valid in this case. It would be true if this were a big company like e.g. Ubisoft. Speaking of which it is most unfair to compare this title to two Ubisoft titels as I did in the beginning.
So I recommend this with all my heart to anyone who wants to support a very small but gifted company and having a good time for a couple of hours.

Espire 1: VR Operative
Espire 1 is currently my favorite VR stealth game. It was rough at launch but the major issues related to glitchy and inconsistent guard behavior seem to have been ironed out with the first update. There’s already plenty of fun to have in the challenge missions and I’m looking forward to more being added to the game over time.
The performance of this game is very good overall as you would expect from something that was simultaneously developed for the Quest headset. While this means the environments are somewhat bare I prefer the approach because of the higher frame rate. I often see frame drops in other stealth games like Budget Cuts or Unknightly with an RTX 2060 but I can run most of Espire 1’s challenge missions at 144 FPS without a hitch.

SHORT VERSION:
It can be fun and there is a freedom in it that is not like other VR stealth games but the glitches and certain factors of the game kinda ruin it.
I am waiting till the updates fix it to play again.
If you don’t have it, follow it on news and pay attention to updates. Or wait for it to be discounted, at least then if you don’t like it you wouldn’t have paid the full price.
LONG VERSION:
Best attempt at a fun stealth game, but so far a little disappointing.
Not saying I didn’t have fun, but certain glitches and game design ruined fun playthroughs.
