Curious Expedition 2
I’ve really enjoyed this sequel. I see a lot of criticism about bugs, art direction, and combat. Here’s my take on it:
Bugs:
Yeah it’s buggy, but it’s to be expected right now since it’s in early access. I was able to play the game all the way through. Some tips on impassable bugs I encountered: DON’T RUN OUT OF SANITY. When you do, you’ll get a tutorial popup telling you to rest/eat consumables, but you won’t be able to exit the screen. Instant game over and restart. Try and be diligent and stock up on lots of consumables so you never have to deal with that.

I really enjoyed this game. A lot has been changed and improved from the first game. It is a really fun challenge. I completed four complete campaigns and got all of the achievements in 145 hours of playtime. The value for the price is fantastic.
You begin by choosing a leader. As you progress in the game, additional leaders become available that you can use in future playthroughs. I changed my mind on my favorite leader a couple of times, so there are definitely options for everyone with vastly different strengths. The leader makes a big difference in the best way to approach specific expeditions, but it isn’t limiting options - you can still generally play how you choose with whichever leader you pick.

The online option is very limited (only 1v1, no realtime matchmaking), and the local pass-n-play does not offer a blanked out between screen to have time to switch. All in all, I was very disappointed by the limited options for actuall play this game gives.
In addition to these grievances, if someone has bought an expansion (like the historic characters) and sets up a game with it, you cannot play it unless you buy it as well!
And we’ve not even touched upon the interface…

Sentinels of the Multiverse
Introduction:
Sentinels of the Multiverse is a turn based cooperative card game for 3-5 heroes (Can be played solo as one player controls from 3-5 heroes). You gather your team and embark on a specific location to defeat the big bad villain. Each character you choose have their own personal unique deck that comes with them. The villain also has a uniquie deck and the enviroment you play also has a unique deck! The basic game comes with about 10 distinct heroes, inspired by some iconic comic superheroes of our times, withought ever being way too similar. The game flow is simple yet captivating, with the just right amount of suspence and amazing teamwork and synergy amongst your champions!

If you are a comic book fan like me, there’s a lot to love about Sentinels of the Multiverse.
It is the digital version of a tabletop card game, where each character and environment is a fixed deck of cards.
There’s a lot of variety here, different heroes with backstories and themes that remind you of famous DC or Marvel characters, many variants of those heroes that unlock after certain conditions are met. These are really fun to accomplish and sort of introduce you more and more to the lore of this universe.

Into Oblivion
I’m only a few hours into this game, but I imagine that I will play it quite few more. It’s fun and relaxing, the humor is short-lived, however, it’s a challenge going for the achievements, if that’s your thing. Anyone who liked Oh Sir! The Insult Simulator should like this as much. The tutorial is helpful, but I don’t think it covers the utility in using recipe book; it took me a few hours in to realize that the possible drinks you can make with the ingredients you are dealt will be highlighted in the book. As you play the game, you’ll quickly see how that is important, but this isn’t a guide, just a review and I’ll say this is a little gem. You can’t get much more bang for your buck or drink for your drunk. Bottoms up!

The Twins
It’s very similar to The Summoning and shares a lot of the same references in the story.
It’s more Lore Based and opens up on the history of The Summoning, and the poems are a nice bonus feature that adds a level of creepiness to the atmosphere.
While it felt very similar, it simultaneously felt very different in its own, positive way.
I enjoyed both of these experiences even though The Summoning scared the daylights out of me at first.
– Real player with 3.1 hrs in game
I think I enjoyed The Summoning better just because it was the first one, but I think The Twins really added a lot more depth. It was good to get more of the story in a way, rather than just the experience the first game offered. I don’t think these games have to be played in order though. I also played The Summoning with a friend but I played The Twins on my own so maybe it would have been more fun with company. I don’t really believe in supernatural stuff though so I think watching my friend who does added a lot of fun to it. I’ve seen first hand just how scared someone can get if they do all of the rituals rather than just skim over them. I think if you don’t play the game the way it’s meant to be played, then you’re gonna have a bad time. If you follow the instructions, your chances of having a good time increase significantly, again, if you’re into this sort of stuff.

连海台球俱乐部 ウィナーズブレイク Lianhai Billiards Club
We’re working on it, so stay tuned!
The main character is a student at Lianhai High School.
His father’s alcoholism and violence kept him away from his family, wandering around all day, and his grades consistently ranked low.
One day, the hero is entrusted by his class teacher to hand in the class materials to his classmates, Xinsu.
At the billiard club run by Xinsu’s family, he witnessed a scene in which Xinsu was harassed by a gangster.
By coincidence, he picked up a billiard cue and won the match without any billiard experience.
Xinsu, who admired the billiards talent of the hero, gave the hero the right to represent the club in the annual “Lianhai Billiards Club League” in Lianhai City.
The hero, who once lost his faith in life, gradually became a billiard star with the support of his partners.
But as the day of the game drew nearer, certain things changed.
Xinsu learned that his father, who had beaten the hero’s father in the National League, made the hero’s father had never recovered.
What will happen to Xinsu who knows about this…and how will the game change?
The game can be divided into two parts, “Role-Play” and “Billiards”.
In Role-Play part, players can explore freely in the school and in the city of Lianhai, looking for plots that can be triggered and developing relationships with their partners.
As your bonding with your partners deepens, you can acquire special skills for use in billiard games. (e.g. sight line visualization, etc.)
Every once in a while, there will be an important billiard match event where players need to use their honed out abilities to win the match and advance the plot.
The player needs to select the topic of interest to the session object and only has a limited number of options per session.
There are also different branching options for each topic, so if the conversation is full of good feelings, something good will happen!
For the first time, the city of Lianhai, which appeared in “The Adventure of Fei Duanmu” and Code Creakers, can be explored in free 3D.
The weather system also allows you to explore Lianhai City in a variety of settings, including dusk, early morning and rainy night.
The central theme of this work, billiards.
Win the game by knocking the eight balls on the table into the bag.
A seemingly simple game, but in fact it’s a test of brain and mental conditioning.
Here’s to enjoying challenging different opponents!
Kingslayer: The First Assassin
The graphics are very simple and the guitar music is pleasant.
The puzzles surprised me, they are really interesting and smart. I liked this game.
The option to download the music is welcome, the on-screen menu is intuitive, clean and works well.
The level selection is very good.
Extreme simplicity in everything, but it fulfills what is proposed.
