Endless RPG: Random Dungeon Map Generator for D&D 5e
Very basic, and the interface is sort of clunky, but this is one of the only resources on the market that will actually let you play solo D&D. It was a nice comfort during a very long quarantine. Don’t expect much, but if you want a completely random dungeon with built in map support to throw at your party on a pick up game, or if you were like me and desperately wanting some solo D&D support, this has it. It uses the CR rating and monster manuals from D&D 5e, but with some leg work it would probably work just fine for other fantasy TTRPGs.

I have used this program countless times for my games. It has helped with randomization and themed adventures. I would like to know more about how to add assets and use them to create my own adventures using this product. I think it really does help with encounters, treasure, traps, themed adventures and much more. Really looking forward to future developments and if not, I’m still pleased with the time this product saves me.

Descent: Legends of the Dark
The App is being supported well. Game play is fun and innovative. It still feels like Descent. I like the streamlined changes to the fatigue system. I like the combat system better now that there isn’t a 16% chance of whiffing. You might do very little damage, but something always happens on an attack roll. The multi level terrain adds a neat visual affect and has a descent affect on game play.

FFGs best app based board game yet! Enemies drop loot, you can harvest crafting materials, save your game between rounds, visit a town where you can craft items, have town triggered events, and more. Each mission had specific points of interest and and interactions that were unique depending on which characters you brought with you. I’m also really impressed with the quest variety. They’ve really outdone themselves. 33 hours in, and still having a blast.
Super excited to continue my adventure, and I hope to see this board game/app supported for a long time to come!

Destinies
Great board game companion app, I found no difficulties with the base functionality and I definitely recommend playing it over steam on a laptop with a bigger screen.
My 2 main points of feedback regarding the game in general are:
1. There’s hardly any need or use for the board and the minis of the actual physical board game. We found ourselves looking only at the screen, which had the most up do date information about the locations and map, and forgot to move our minis around in the physical version. The biggest use for the physical map and minis, is to note down the location where items are dropped.

The Witcher Adventure Game
This is a good realization of the board game. It is playable as hot-seat or online and may give you many hours of enjoyable experience.
But there are some flaws that need to be fixed to make the game perfect:
1. When a player have to do a choice, he/she can’t access to the game map and/or any player hero sheet and resources including his/her own. This may easily lead to wrong decisions and waste fun. The board game is obviously free from this limitation. So, the possibility to “minimize” the choice and take look at the game state will make the game much comfortable.

This game is technically solid. There’s good music, there’s a nice atmosphere, the encounters are cool and the interaction is nearly well excecuted. It’s a very well thought out board game, with minor flaws and weird ‘fast travel’ systems that just robs you of your money.
With nearly well, I mean that the AI is A) dumb as hell, B) cheats.
As for the dumbness - the AI tends to just spend all their development cards for 1 fight, while s/he should only need 1. Then there’s the endless ‘fast travelling’ that they’re doing and making things harder for themselves.

Descent: Road to Legend
Disclaimer – This is a companion app for a board game, not a standalone computer game.
Only way I play descent. This version I like better than Android. Pretty effective tool to get you to buy expansions. Not sure how much replay value there will be to the main campaigns unless you buy more expansions to descent.
Although, this app makes the game playable for my crowd that vastly prefers co-op. I can’t imagine that ladygrill would play against me as overlord. My cousins would get sick of getting stomped on. No one else would volunteer to play OL except maybe the lady’s brother. This game would be collecting dust if not for this app.

It introduces a lot of reading and turns out the game pace slow since you have to read and do the Overlord actions. You have to be honest and make the best decisions to the Overlord.
The monsters are overpowered, every single monster groups has changes to its powers and are difficult to kill.
The monster respawn is very fast.
To enjoy the best with this app you have to rush to the quest objective, ALWAYS. Most of the time if you decide to go after the search tokens, many monsters appears back to the table.

Demeo
If I only had one word to describe this game, it would be… wow!
This is on my list of best VR games of all time. It is very similar to some of the D&D-based board games. You control a miniature and you get two actions per turn — move, attack, play card (although some cards can be played without using an action). You can be one of four classes. While the game mechanics are simple, game play requires strategic thinking (and cooperation when playing multiplayer). Game difficulty is just right. It’s challenging. This is not an easy game and you can definitely get yourself into a bad spot, but it’s not impossible. AI is pretty simple. It seems like for the most part it attacks the closest character within sight, but has a chance to do something unexpected which forces you to change your strategy and keeps the game interesting. This game is fun in single player, but really shines in multiplayer. Enemy difficulty is scaled for the number of players. Experience and loot — gold and chests — are given equally to each member of the party, so there is no fighting over who gets to open a chest or who picks up a gold pile. Graphics are gorgeous and the game atmosphere is fantastic. Sounds and music are excellent as well. I also have to say this game has the best tutorial of any game I ever played. It is engaging and not patronizing.

TLDR: If you have friends to play with, get this game, it’s worth it.
I’ve been playing this game with two other people, we played the first level over and over with every combination of 3 heroes possible. We were clamoring for the new map and then it dropped. We were able to barely squeak out a victory against the rat king the first time. Every single time after that we’ve been absolutely destroyed by the mechanics and various bugs. While we are happy that the game got harder, we just wish a couple of the mechanics were tweaked or that each pack has a difficulty rating. The rat king one being extra hard.

Dwarflings
This is a really likeable tactical puzzle game with oldschool taste which feels like the mix of Lemmings and Commandos. Here’re some reasons why you would like it (without particular order):
1. Art is simple, but very nice and with great attention to details, and quite a lot of them make you smile.
2. Rules and controls are very easy to learn, you do not really question how to play the game, you just play.
3. Levels are well-thought and each built around its own idea. There’s no complexity for the sake of complexity. Many of them will make you scratch your head, but once you get it right you go through. It never gets too long to bore you. Harder levels are sometimes followed with the easier to relax a bit, and then there’s a new puzzle.

Do not buy this, it is a terrible excuse for a game. It says it is “Lemmings meets Lost Vikings” but both of those were clever, well thought-out games that were fun - this is definitely not. Add in the covert in-app purchases and I think you have the measure of its design.
In short, you click one of a few icons to get the dwarf you are controlling to do something. The game has no charm, subtlety or depth. I am fairly sure that very few people continued far in, judging by the % ratings on each achievement. It only appears that I have played it for 11 hours because I idled it for the cards. I will now be uninstalling it and not wasting any more time on this poor effort.

Hustle Game
A wonderful game!!!! When you start playing, you think that it is a waste of money and the game is not worth it. But continuing to play with every minute and random event, you understand that I have to score as many of these ***** points as possible. And so 7 shooting dogs out of 10! For cake developers)

In general, a pretty good game in which you have to
control a platform that can be moved horizontally from one wall to another, placing it under the ball, preventing it from falling.
