My Safe House
If you’re travelling on a business trip or sick with uni assignments and just wanted to take a break for 15 minutes, then this game is perfect for you. A few bugs with the game but not those type of bugs that will either crash the game or make you wanna scream in frustration. Lots of potential. It would be nice if the developers were to add more scenarios in the game such as office complex or hotel but then again it their first game. Also would be nice if you can actually see the man who is hunting you in the house.

Alright, here’s the usual video insert here for a visual playthrough: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gbu5x-z_v44&t=9s
With that said and done, here’s what I think of this tiny lil' project… and of course, there’s spoilers.
-Story? What story? It’s just a home invasion scenario. There’s some idle chit-chat between you and your sister, but as far as I could tell, that’s about it.
-The audio was alright, in terms of how it was designed between ambience and cues. The cues could’ve been executed better in gameplay, because it was pretty difficult to tell where the enemy was in terms of closeness more so than direction.

Mr. Walker’s Basement
Very fast paced even in the second room. I did only get to the second night as it seemed that the developer throws a lot in your face from help sheets till button bashing to staring at an alien at on time. Plus the door may have been bugged as it never opened AND the keyboard I dont think worked either. the only advice I have is, even though you already are busy do a multitude of things at once, you have to pay close attention to find the number for the keypad which the game doesn’t tell you is small and hidden around the screen. Do give this game a go and try and beat my score.

Zurvival was a game that was promised to creep me out and it had kept it’s promise. It’s scares got me good my first play through.
Positive feedback:
*Crafting was introduced into the game, which help add a layer of difficulty toward completing the game.
*The game had me question my decisions and caused me to hesitate about what I should do and what to make or use, thinking I’ll hit a dead end. But was able to progress without issues.
*Character sprites are great for both the talking heads and the over world, a big improvement from the previous game.

Midnight: Submersion - Nightmare Horror Story
Money well spent!
I played the game for 11 hours because I just couldn’t get over the nostalgia the old-school visuals gave me. I haven’t played a horror game in a loooong while, but I just couldn’t resist; I played it all night and was late to my university in the morning - and I have no regrets.
The closest comparison I can make is that its kind of like a Lovecraft’s Novel - it’s perfect for a comfy little Saturday evening to just cuddle up in a blanket, with a cup of coffee and get lost in the gameplay.

Outstanding game, I was scared most of the time by the nature of the creepy mannequins who kept showing out of nowhere, I like horror games but this was different and nice for a change, The puzzles can be quite challenging but you will always find clues on how to solve them if you walk around enough. Overall i’d give it a 9/10, only reason why it doesnt have a 10/10 is because it has no coop option. They should consider adding it on the future.
Overall great horror game.

A Confusing Attempt at Coop Horror
I look all over Steam for random / unknown Steam games to play. This was one of the chosen titles this week! If you’d rather watch than read, you can do so here:

[Thoughts and First Impressions]
I love coop games. It’s so nice to sit down with someone you like (or hate, depending on the game) and play a game where you have to work together to solve puzzles and get to your goal. It’s always fun, even when the game isn’t necessarily great if the puzzles are good then you can forgive a lot and get through it. This game is not that case. This game is a case of a neat idea that just failed on the execution.

Eyes of the Night
Eyes of the night is a very fun game yet is still very simple to learn and play. After downloading the game I very quickly found myself enthralled in the games ominous and captivating environment and couldn’t help but play “just one more game” trying to evade the wolves and beat my score from the previous round. The game seems to be well made and I can’t wait to see what the future updates will bring to the experience. Overall, the game is very fun and if you have five dollars laying around I highly recommend you give this game a shot.

Atmospheric and Entertaining
I haven’t spent too much time playing it yet, but Eyes of the Night is a very entertaining game. The gameplay is simple, yet good, and the world design and music creates an atmospheric experience. I think that it’s worth noting that the music reminded me a lot of that of the Amnesia series, which I adore. Overall, I recommend checking this out! It’s fun, inexpensive and a good way to support indie developers making unique games.
