Overfall
A game more than worth it’s money
I’ve owned overfall since it has released in early access and it hooked me straight away, Be under no illusions, the game is tough, You will die and you will have to start over, this is a rogue-like after all, but a very rewarding one at that.
With little introdution you are thrown into a world full of fantasy and myth, rich in different stories. On every island you go to you will encounter a little bit of a story, sometimes just a few lines of dialogue, sometimes a whole murder mystery. Most of these encounters are little self-contained stories, sometimes funny, sometimes serious. And often ending in a fight. What’s even better, many of them will only unfold the second, third or even fifth time you encounter them, as with playing other characters, your choices and options change.

Lost Patrol
As a kid, I used to play this game on the Commodore Amiga when it first came out….it was frustratingly hard, but had a good story and was really atmospheric (including the music).
When I saw it on Steam, I was really excited and looked forward to trying out an ‘old classic’ again.
Unfortunately, the game has no sound and the controls (after figuring them out) can only be described as horrendous, at best. No mouse, no instruction, no music, and I’m sure a couple of the features don’t work. Such a shame - not a good version of the game.

Monsters' Den: Book of Dread
I absolutely love this game. Back in highschool when this was a web browser game, I would sign up for computer classes just to play this game secretly in a corner.
What I love most about the remastered version of the game is that not a single thing changed. There is so much loot to be had, so many boss fights, and bad ass legendary monsters to hunt. To my knowledge, the game has no end. You can beat the campaign, but it lets you keep playing anyway for the sake of things.
It’s simple enough to play casually, but challenging enough to make you think. The most fun part is its Diablo 2 skill tree mechanics that you try some really unique parties.
– Real player with 142.7 hrs in game
This game simple mechanics are solid, with no apparent bugs or fails. It works and is fairly entertaining at first. UNFORTUNATELY, it has no story worth telling about. It has this weakest of story lines that repeats itself over and over again at each level, which becomes old very, very fast. You are going down in the dungeon at each level defeating the same opponent types at each turn. You collect gear, and become stronger because of it, but the monsters also get stronger in proportion to your dungeon level, which means, well, you get the same dynamics in combat also.

This is my 50 hrs review of the the game, and i will continue to update it as the game moves on.
Lets break this game down into a few components all scores are subjective according to the games i like and play:
1)Difficulty. 9/10 If you have trouble getting started, or feel like you are running around in circles, reach out and we can help. Survival is in the name so expect it to be hard. Very easy to recover health once you are geared up making you almost invulnerable so docking a point for that.

The Jovian System
In the late 21st century, mankind has turned to the solar system to meet its ever-growing needs. The frontier colonies orbiting Jupiter are in disarray after a major disaster on one of the Galilean moons. With the powers that be unable to respond in time, the Jovian System is left to its own devices.
You take command of a space ship still under construction and use it to navigate the system. Exploit the power vacuum to seize control, take it upon yourself to help people in need and build a sustainable habitat, or turn the space station into a transfer ship and set course for earth.
The Jovian System is a followup to Titan Outpost set in the same universe. It features similar gameplay elements with one major addition: Tactical Turn-Based combat in zero or low gravity environments.
Key Features
-
A hard science fiction setting inspired by Robert Heinlein, Arthur C. Clarke, Isaac Asimov and Stanislaw Lem.
-
A sandbox structure in which your choices determine the fate of the Jovian colonies.
-
A rich character-creation system, in which you define your character’s attributes and develop his or her skills and gear over the course of the game.
-
A ship-building system, in which you must manage your crew, resources, and facilities to survive the vacuum of space and deal with your rivals.
-
Multiple approaches to the game’s challenges: dialogue; crafting; exploration; trade; and combat are all viable ways to win.
-
A rich and reactive story full of mysteries, twists, and memorable characters.
