LOCIS
I’m a beta tester and I played the game since the first releases.
LOCIS is like a purgatory, a world where the good and the evil are one thing.
Player will catapulted in LOCIS without much explanations and suddenly it will be like being in a dream, or perhaps it would be more accurate to say like being in a nightmare.
Time is an enemy, but it won’t be the only one. Player will be faced with numerous dangers and monstrous entities, so it will not be easy to survive. I found a lot of variety, and even as a veteran, when you’re sure you’re ready for anything, it doesn’t take much to find yourself dying or lifeless.

This game was very interesting to play. This game it’s not like the majority of indie horror games that you can find here in the Steam store, Indie horror games are not very appreciated, due to the way they are made, without any care and attention to detail, realized with Graphic engines that use pre-packaged assets.
Why you should try it:
LOCIS is a very well thought-out game, despite the weight of the game files, it’s a very rich in content, despite being still early acces. The graphics is retro style and reminiscent of the old ps1 titles like Silent Hill, even the soundtrack it’s very well done and effective, very apt with the game, it gives that sort of restlessness and sense of mistery to the player. The game is divided into different areas, generated randomly, the game develops horizontally, you have to go through long and infinite corridors in whick there are many doors on the sides, locked and that can be opened, they contain interacting objects and furniture inside them. Inside them there are notes that are left by travelers of LOCIS, many are notes of mad peoples that have only meaningless or frustrating phrases, while other notes are very useful to understand what are the dangers of the area. In the rooms you can also find two types of keys and blue flames.

ToruTaru
For the half hour I have played so far it is very enjoyable. I can’t wait to see this expanded on and built up. The atmosphere is set from the beginning with the oddly shaped people and the almost too soothing music. The TV’s play their audio in distorted ways that are eerie.
When you get into the game play, the evil entities were creepy and some of their mechanics made it hard to go willingly around some corners. This paired with the uncertainty of how to effectively use the talismans, provided quite the desperate horror when confronting said entities. All in all, I enjoyed the experience, and will come back to add anything when I return to play with my Twitch audience.

Definitely underrated,
theres a few things i would like to say about this game, first of all its well made and the devs definitely ARENT lying when they say the levels are procedural generated, they definitely are and it adds a whole new aspect to the confusion we love in horror games (and its the good confusion, not the “AHHHH i dont know where im going confusion”). Some levels might take 10 seconds and some might take 10 minutes. The audio is good, it suits this type of pixelated game, however i do wish the spirits had creepier moaning or screaming noises. As for music ? Theres not much but its not really necessary for building tension

Enter The Backrooms
Honestly, the graphics look bad. But that doesn’t exactly make the game bad.
You see, I’ve lost interest in backrooms over the past few months. It became the same thing: mono yellow office rooms, more levels. It became too predictable after a while.
This game you see here called Enter The Backrooms, doesn’t do that.
It intentionally deviates a little from the wiki just to make this game a little more unpredictable. Honestly, I prefer games that deviate from the wiki more than games that follow into the wiki’s footsteps. I do not like games that follow the wiki for the backrooms much as it makes me feel like the backrooms aren’t a horror story anymore, but rather an adventure story. This game may be a wiki game, and I find this game an Adventure game more than horror. It is just my opinion, you can disagree with me, but I find this not very scary. Although this is not very scary, I never said this game is a bad game.

Enter The Backrooms is an example of what hard work and time aswell as effort can do.
The game is well made and gives off a unique atmosphere and already has given me chills aswell as small rushes of adrenaline while being chased.
Seeing a game based off the backrooms is amazing i’ve been looking forward to something like this.
Anyone who enjoys the backrooms should play this game for sure.
I cant wait to play more!
(Edit)
There are many different levels to go through ranging from level 0 all the way to level 11 and thats not even including the fact that more content is coming!

I recommend this game completely! this are Most need games in your VR catalog
This game could be summarized in Obscure meet Dead Space Meet TWD: Saints & Sinners
THE GOOD
the game is quite friendly for new users and veterans welcoming the survival horror
the story is interesting but it is a pity that you cannot discover everything in a simple run you must keep playing to unlock all the objects and lore bits of the game
As you keep playing the game evolves also putting a couple of additional challenges which is welcome but it can be RNG too so your first experience may be very difficult or very easy

EDIT: Many of these issues have been totally addressed and playing through the game is now extremely fun. The air canister issues are no longer a problem - and now they appear often enough that occasionally I have a few extra, but because of the limited inventory space, making a choice what to keep feels meaningful and it never feels like I have a total surplus of air.
The extreme darkness seems a lot better, and lit rooms feel easier to function and navigate for the most part - some rooms have more dim or more ambient light but in general it doesn’t feel like the flashlight is absolutely necessary in those rooms.

Draft of Darkness
a fantastic blend of card based rogue-like with survival horror elements and atmosphere.
there’s a good amount of content here for the asking price (around 15 hrs+), giving you a great introduction into what this game has to offer, after playing through everything there is currently available I thoroughly enjoyed my experience from beginning to end, any issues/bugs I experienced where minor(and also easily report-able within the game).
these where only things I could find fault with,
the gear can be a bit cumbersome to keep up with(it would be nice if it was a bit more visible what gear was higher level/higher rarity, I understand there is a sort tool but I wish this could be a saved setting instead of resetting each run), the UI is however very good at providing detailed comparisons between what your looking at and what your wearing.

Very fun and genuinely unique as far as this roguelite deckbuilder genre goes. The atmosphere often reminds me of STALKER in terms its lore and world being enigmatic. If you enjoy digging around for lore and what the hell is going on (at this point with 10 hours in I still can’t confidently claim to know myself what is up.) then you will deeply enjoy this game. It may be early access but has enough content to chew to justify picking it up just to toy around with. The combat is very odd when it comes to timings but you’ll get use to it. My favorite part of this game is the flowchart. While i’m not 100% sure what all it encompasses it basically is just helps paint a better picture of what events lead into what.

The ORBITAL
Orbital - first person sci-fi survival horror. You are one of the last, (or maybe last) crew member. Your mission is to find out what is going on and get out from the spaceship. Will you survive, or not, will depends only on you.
You are an ordinary member of an expedition to explore new worlds. Your responsibilities include maintaining the ship’s subsystems and maintaining the working equipment. After another expedition to the surface of the nearest planet, you began to notice some oddities in the behavior of an electrician. But you blame this on the unexplored effects of exposure and the electromagnetic field of the new world. And one day you wake up as usual. But nothing else is normal on your ship.
Can you be smart and get off the ship that has turned from home to your worst nightmare?

The same spaceship - a different place
The location of the items changes and the available rooms change after each failure.
Different scenarios
Explore the ship, collect notes about the last moments of the life of the crew and find a way to get out of there.
Dangers and Opportunities
Using the work tool, discover new places and previously inaccessible areas. You don’t have a chance to confront your enemy directly. But you can distract and run away. If you’re careful
Death is the loss of everything
If you are lost, this is the end. When you die, you will start the game from the beginning. On a different ship, in a different situation. Another person. Good luck.
