Living the Nightmare
no horror, not enough blood, not disgusting at all.
it is something like small version of turnbased crimson land.
if you are not into modern graphics and stuff and you are in search for some 30 minutes single session of killing monsters roguelite - it is for you.
advice: turn off ingame music and play some black/grind/funeral of your own collection.
EDIT: vote for game to be more disgusting! (and more stuff).
EDIT: ok, it is not a great-great-great game, also it has frustrating/gamebreaking bugs. but it is sure playable and i just want to support devs a little with positive review. still recommend, yeah!!!

Afar as game that try to somehow fit in the rouge like genre this is one of the more interesting. The tutorial level goes by fast and unfortunately you can’t go back ( at least I don’t know how. ) I like the hex format and overall style of the game , The combat is fitting for what they are trying to do. The only thing that really irritates me is the height thing. Its a pretty addicting little game. I am sure there are those who have ignited all of the shrines but that is not me as of yet. Its fairly cheap price wise so if you like rouge type games and horror definitely pick this up,

Saving Grace
This is my first Steam review so bear with me on this.
I received this game from Thomas09 the developer himself. I don’t personally know him, but I have played his indie games that he has put on the Game Jolt and Itch.io website. I can without a doubt tell you that he is on his way to making great indie games and has come a long way from his development beginnings.
Saving grace puts you in the shoes of a father who has had his daughter taken from him and it is up to you to get her back from the cult that took her from you. Are you up to the task of putting everything ( your life, soul and sanity ) on the line to rescue your daughter Grace?

The moment I saw this game’s store page description, it just clicked with something within. Maybe it’s the fact I watch a ton of thriller (horror in general) films. Or was I particularly bored that day? I cannot for the life of me.. Anyway, cut short- the dev himself approached me (thanks so much dude) and that’s when I finally remembered about it! That’s where we’re at now~

Team-Z
EDIT: This review is already very long, so I will post a video. However, the developer fixed almost all of the issues within a couple of days of my original post. THANK YOU! I changed my mind about recommending this game after seeing the developer’s diligence. I think there is a little ways to go still but this is definitely going to be a great game!
ORIGINAL:
There is a lot of potential for this game and I want to like it but I think it needs some more development. However, there is one major issue that would make this playable beyond 30 consecutive minutes for me: the player character sticks to everything in the environment. This means that there are about five times the usual amount of keystrokes required to navigate through the town.

It’s a cool game. If you’ve seen The Walking Dead - just like Rick you wake up and don’t know what’s going on. You discover you’re in a post-apocalyptic and there’s a zombie apocalypse going on.
You can walk through the town and find items like guns, money, and quest items. And meanwhile it gets increasingly more difficult with stronger and stronger waves of zombies spawning every couple of minutes that you have to survive as well.
There’s a variety of zombies attaching you, like some sprinting zombies, rotting ones, exploding ones, and massive “boss zombies” with armor and stuff. The other characters in game are fun too, including the random catchphrases your own character has

Hate Wave
A pricey game that seems like nothing more than an asset flip. The mouse handles horrible, the day to night cycle (I assume that’s what it is) is horrendous, and the enemies all look stock. The audio is good enough though, and honestly it achieves a cheap Devil May Cry (PS2) knock-off atmosphere I did appreciate.

The only thing this game and Dark Souls have in common is that they both have two words in their name.
The lighting is a mess and you play half the time in pitch darkness.
The enemies march in lockstep directly at the player.
There is one location and it is as boring as watching someone watching a video of paint drying.
Avoid.

Onimusha: Warlords
Onimusha: Warlords is a great but flawed remastered classic game. But let’s talk about the story.
Japan doring the Sengoku period, it has been one year since Nobunaga was fatally wounded and assumed dead.
Samanosuke a strong worrier who watched the battle soon gets a letter from his childhood friend Princess Yuki, who says that monsters have appeared and are taking her people.
So with his friend Kaede’s help they soon go to the castle, but what awaits them is more horrifying then anything they have faced and more powerful than any human they fought.

GAME TUBE ♛

Lakeview Cabin 2
Another good chapter in the Lakeview series, the 80s Horror/slasher genre feeling is captured again and you can feel it in this new adventure. True moments of distress and the feeling that you have to watch your back will hit you as soon as you start the game (at least after the first night ;-) there is new set of scary Killers waiting for you in this First Episode and new ways to deal with them with some traps you could “built” resembling the ones made by the kid of the old movie “Home alone” that will allow you to make really convoluted ways to hurt and kill your persecutors (The lore is expanded in this new game and as it’s still early for anything “official” everything is left to the interpretation of the players but is clear it is another work of love by the author). The game is still a work in progress but you could lose hours trying to beat it in the best way possible. There is again no Save option and your choices (and some times luck) will determine the outcome of your play. Highly recommended to buy and support the creator and enjoy another Terrific story.

It’s so good. Great for fans of the last games especially. You’re put back into the wild world of Lakeview Cabin with new mechanics, new enemies, and the same amount of full frontal nudity.
I love how this has turned out, BUT be warned that this is very much in early access. You’ll experience lots of bugs, incomplete features, and less levels than the first game. Currently there are 2-ish levels, tons of new items along with old ones, absolutely fantastic graphical improvements, and new physics.

Customers From Hell - Game For Retail Workers (Zombie Survival Game)
An amazing fun little game where you have to shoot up customers (customer zombies? lol) and defend your base. Its simple but its fun works and really did enjoy it there are multiple weapons you can buy, traps, areas to unlock and other things like that. Its like playing the wave-survival zombie game all over again but in a cartoon-comedy type of game. The customers come in and attacks you between waves and they get harder and stronger as each wave passes. In between waves - you will have to build your defence and traps to slow them down. Its fun and works and I recommend to also support the developer as its just one guy creating this.

Funny litle game.
After developers add more content and more settings it will become great time killer.

Dying Light
I recommend this for the gameplay, not for the abysmal story.
The mechanics are fun and really build on itself. You go from jumping on cars and climbing up balconies, to freerunning across the city, jumping from dangerous heights and zipping around with a grappling hook.
While weapons degrade kinda fast at first, it is to be expected. And they give you plenty of chances to find mods and better stuff.
Leveling system is a drag. While combat and survivor level pretty quickly, even with using tricks to raise agility it is slow.

Best Zombie game in history. from the great story to great combat and amazing parkour mechanics and animations, and the amazing Grappling hook, Everything is awesome and it’s still getting new content to this day. character development and cut-scenes are amazing. only grudge i have is multiplayer characters are the same models, but still can be changed with different skins which thank god it exists.
you won’t find any other game that forces you climb buildings and run for your life while hordes of zombies are on your tail and try to flank you with every opportunity they get.
