Zombie Survival online

Color me impressed. Despite being a free release, this game has a level of depth and polish I did not expect going in. Take a broad, knowledge-rewarding crafting system (the best aspect of Black Survival), well scripted AI, crisp, distinct hitboxes, and the constant race against time, and whamo, fun times.

I only have 12 hours atm so I’m just getting started but I love it.

Great game!

Suggestions: (because no one asked)

I would love to see a co-op mode added and the ability to modify game options.

Quite good. I have played this game for not too long and have found it very entertaining. One thing that does it for me is that there is only 1 gamemode on solo and multiplayer, I would like a co op version as there is a giant gas cloud coming in, I

Fun game. Controls take a little bit to figure out, but great once you get the hang of it. The only good bug is a dead bug. 7/10

Dark Side of Fate

Dark Side of Fate

A good game. The control of the game of Dark side of Fate. I just had to push buttons. I saw that if you push W button. That will be your skills. I went and bought some arrows at the shop. The arrows show up on my skills. If you use the S button the arrows will shoot out. The arrows will go through the wall.

The Dark side of Fate is very small world. You have to get a assignment from the guy in the red outfit than you can do it. If you want to have meat assignment. Go south and kill the deer and go back to him. He will only say “Good Job” The man to left side of the room is the place you get weapons. The man to the right is where you get healing potions. When you get a assignment than you can go south than left past the bridge pyramid is. When you kill Gold Statue you will get a skull that you returned to him. If you kill the Zombies a the pyramid they will drop loot that you can resell at the shop. Right now it is the place that drop any loot.

A wonderful 2D adventure game with excellent hand-drawn graphics and a good soundtrack.

In this game you will play as a forester named Noah and you have to kill monsters, upgrade your character, sell items, take quests for monsters, explore different locations.

You will definitely like this game and will leave a good impression of the 2D adventure game.

Dig or Die

Dig or Die

I bought this game because, as anybody with eyes can see, it’s very similar (outwardly, at least) to Terraria.

Does it play like Terraria? Well… kind of.

The main thing that drew me to this game is actually, now, one of my biggest complaints with it: the building mechanics.

The building mechanics are terrible. It’s not worth even attempting to build any long-term structures until you have the strongest possible blocks and, even then, if you’re not playing on the Peaceful difficulty there’s every chance that it will be leveled during the night by the waves of enemies that come pouring in.

Overview

Dig Or Die (DoD) is a 2D open-world survival game set in the far future, on an alien planet. Players impersonate employees of Craft&Co., an interplanetary building firm, that became stranded after a spaceship crash. Starting only with a few essential tools, you’ll have to scavenge materials to build a base, craft more advanced technologies and fight the local creatures with the ultimate goal of building a rocket to escape the planet.

🟩 Pros

  • Satisfying gameplay that merges sandbox exploration, tower defense and building simulation.

One Gun: Cat

One Gun: Cat

Nice game to relax to,,, a good medium of idol gaming, “cartoony”, with a dash of RPG. Kinda reminds me a little bit of Castle Crashers. Graphics are eye friendly, as I get motion sickness, and have epilepsy, and legally blind. No issues with this game. Just an all around silly game that I’ve gotten a few ppl into, as it really is a fantastic game. One of my go to’s. As a Psychologist, its a great therapy game that promotes natural EMDR. Just put on your headset, play some good tunes, and get lost in it all ^_^ Hoping they turn it into a multi-player option soon. Highly recommended.

TL;DR: A an amusing, if very flawed and at times quite buggy 2D shooter with reasonably deep upgrade mechanics and loot system. Not worth the full price. Definitely worth it on sale for some mindless entertainment.

One Gun: Cat has simple but but decent 2D shooter mechanics. Character movement and shooting both feel reasonably good. Sometime dodging attacks (especially from bosses) are based more on luck than skill. There’s a fairly deep but not terribly interesting loot system. There’s a fairly large overworld map with dozens of areas that have a massive progression of difficulty. Each map area has a series of bosses with difficulty ratings. The starting boss is difficulty 5. I unlocked a boss at difficulty 100,000 before I gave up on the game.

To Ash and Ember

To Ash and Ember

Meet your Maker and Kill Them.

That which was Dead refuses to Die. One of the Slaughtered Gods is resurfacing; bringing with them all the terrors of the night as the world warps under their dead weight. Through hidden doorways and between flesh-strewn trees you seek the name of the one who dares haunt this world and, in fantastic ritual, rip them from out of the Veil to face you in grim combat. Wounded, mentally shattered, and bedeviled by a Godcurse you return triumphant to a city whose people have become further twisted by this game of cosmic import. But how long until your mortal body fails you? In what hour shall your will be finally broken? How many divine curses can your soul bear before it shatters? The embers of chaos still burn and another Fallen God shall surely surface – and again you shall stand against them until either you, this world, or all the Fallen Gods are Ash and Ember.

To Ash and Ember is a singleplayer Dark Fantasy Event-based RPG. It plays like a board-game without needing to shuffle decks, set out a board, or read manuals. This is a game of time management and decisions, of who to save and who to sacrifice, and of a City whose windows and streets grow darker and stranger the longer your battles continue.

Features

  • The Slaughtered Gods leave indelible marks. Investigators may become as warped as that which they fight: going mad, growing horns, and perhaps even dying and becoming a Wraith. The City’s locations may burn, be distorted, or become infested with otherworldly abominations.

Battle horrors beyond imagination. In the shadows gleam knives and teeth that shall seek to crush you that their dead God be allowed to return.

  • The World forever twists underfoot. You will routinely encounter World Distortions that change how the game is played or impose restrictions as the Slaughtered God stirs in their astral grave.

  • Harden your heart, steel your mind, guard your soul. Investigators gain Experience from their trials and battles which they can use to level up, gaining Perks and Quirks: advantages that come with disadvantages. The more experienced, the more Complicated.

  • Enlighten the World or Burn it. If all is lost you may abandon a Worldline to its fate and migrate to another. Even if Investigators fall, you can Enkindle new ones to continue the fight against the constant horrors that face this world.

  • Fate’s cruel but fair dice. In true board-game fashion, you roll against Fate herself to determine the outcomes of the many tests that face you with six-sided dice; each Investigator has their own strengths and weaknesses.

  • This is Your Story. Game events are presented as mini-narratives with branching paths, opportunities, and perils. Your choices may open up new possibilities – or seal them.

  • Come as you are – armed to the teeth. Wield, discover, empower, and sell an array of spells, weapons, and beasts alone or with Companions and Allies as you stand against the Resurrection.

Expiration

Expiration

So I have played this game quite a bit now, and I must say I’m kinda impressed. I mean I went in not really expecting much but I was greeted with a really well rounded game. Haven’t in my 90 minutes of play time run in any gamebreaking bugs, so real good job there! Sure there could be made quite a few quality of life improvements but for it’s price it’s a really neet little game! If you have some spare money on steam definitely give this game a go :).

This game gives me nostalgic feelings. It’s a game of which it reminds me of the good old flash game era. The game itself is quite challenging as each round get significantly harder. It’s still in its early stages but I expect a lot more content in the future. Therefore I recommend this game to the people who are bored and seek a nostalgic feeling.
