Devader
Devader is a twin-stick shooter that would feel at home in an arcade cabinet. In it you combat waves of bizarre and awesome enemies to defend a hexagonal matrix from destruction. While there’s no dearth of these type of games on Steam, Devader has several interesting components that make it stand out. The first thing most will notice from looking at screenshots is the aforementioned enemies. These otherworldy foes are called the Krin, and they are every bit as impressive as they look. There is a huge variety of them as well, probably well over 100, many, many more than what is usually found in this genus of game. There are least 15 different bosses alone. Contrast that to Cuphead with its 19 bosses and nothing else (okay, there are a couple of non-boss stages in Cuphead), and you get an idea of just how expansive the menagerie of monsters here is.

Addictive, intense and hypnotizing !
That’s how i can describe Devader in three words. 😄
Right after getting the game i ended up playing it 15 hours in four days, so for someone like me who’s pretty stacked with way too many games to play it’s a good sign !
It’s such an awesome game, quite hard and challenging but so rewarding once you complete a tough level.
The artstyle and graphics are beautiful with gorgeous 2D sprites mixed with 3D elements.
Devader is probably one of the the most visually intense game i ever played, it’s ecstatic.

X-Morph: Defense
Tower defense genre was never known for having a lot of variety. And man, we have a lot of such games. In a way, tower defense is like hidden objects genre. Which means that most of such games feel almost exactly the same and it’s really hard to remember certain names. It’s like “Tower defense games? I’ve played those before…”. So, how to make your game to stand out? Well, there are only two ways. The first one is to add a unique feature. And the second one is to make it especially spectacular. EXOR Studios chose the second way.

Usable Planet Located
X-Morph: Defense or XMD is a combination of a ‘Tower Defense’ and a ‘Manic Top Down Shooter’.
At first I had my doubts this was a good idea, but in game it makes perfect sense.
The issue with the standard tower defense is you place your towers, start the wave and sit back, maybe add or alter a tower or two during, then go back to waiting for the wave to end and repeat.
This is not the case for XMD, unless you’re playing on Easy with all unlocks.
You have the usual between wave time to do what you need, place, move, sell & change turrets, but once the wave starts you can personally get involved, helping out how you see fit, as well as all of the above.

A.I. Invasion
A Top-Down Squad Manging Action Shooter
-
Long lengthly levels, plenty of content
-
Challenging and does require some strategy
-
Grapahically the levels look pretty good and well planned out
-
You can individually equip each soldier in your group
-
You can issue individual commands to your units to use certain items or wait in an area
-
Not enough enemy variety (i’m sorry but fighting robots gets boring and repetitive)
-
No commentary or voice-acting (Reading text boxes felt like a chore)

A.I. Invasion is futuristic top-down shooter that put you in role of squad leader trying to fight off alien thingies, and save the mankind.
Although it is in early access game looks promissing, I cant say it looks great at this moment, but it is decent.
Graphic is fairly nice, textures and models looks moderate, not great but its not crap, same goes with visual effects shooting and explosions.
Game has good pumped up music, but I do find lacking some voice acting and sound of any interactions, there are none at this point, and I really dont like to read.

Cosmochoria
Cosmochoria tells the off-the-wall story of a lone astronaut, equipped curiously with nothing but his trusty laser pistol and space helmet. No, seriously, that’s all, this dude is completely naked. Not much is known about our naked astro-protagonist other than his mission to bring color and life to a dying galaxy randomly sprinkled with lifeless planets. You’ll jetpack around in classic arcade fashion pew-pew-pewing all that stand in your way as you rocket between the rocky spheres in an effort to rescue these planets from bleakness.

Ever try selling something online only to have a potential buyer haggle over price after meeting to transact so you slam the door in their face and decide you won’t settle for a penny less than what you have decided this junked up old cell phone is worth? Don’t buy this game on sale, pay full price instead because for once forget about money and other things that cause stress in your life and allow this little hooker to bring you one last true feeling of joy and satisfaction before you lock yourself in your car with a hose redirecting the exhaust into the cabin. Weirdly specific? Don’t turn around, but I’m standing right behind you.

OSES
OSES is a third-person shooter with some puzzle elements.
In OSES you play as 1-3 survivors each level, switching at will as appropriate, attempting to complete the level objective.
It’s a bit silly that despite having three characters, there’s no multiplayer whatsoever. It looks like something made for local co-op.
But there’s only one zombie type, except for the boss zombie of certain levels. The gameplay quickly grows stale.
You can buy permanent weapons, power-ups, and cosmetics for survivors with in-game money earned by killing zombies. Weapons are a decent variety with rather obvious best weapons but power-ups weren’t that useful to me. Cosmetics are fun and diverse, considering the simplistic character models.

It has pretty graphics and ideas but the characters are totally uncontrollable and it is almost imposible to aim the zombies with the keyboard especially when the characters is not running. But it could be good if these issues are fixed.

Armoured Onslaught
Had a great experience playing this game at EGX 2019 and I have been keeping an eye out for this game ever since. The game is fantastic! This is my first tower defence game ever and it is a great intro to the genre. I have a great time playing this game and time goes by quickly as it can be very addictive. Killer soundtrack too, really fits in well with the game could turn you into a BEAST!

It’s not awful but not great either. Mines also count as towers… which is dumb since you have a tower limit number next to a mine limit number. The difficulty is wack as fuck. Love TD and have played and beaten all TD games that arent garbage but in this game shit happens and nothing fucking nothing you can do about it… Support shield tower is total shit as you can’t put towers even close to each other. Game feels incomplete. I want to recommend but not yet. Purchase only when on sale
