Blood Bowl 3
Put on your cleats, buckle on your helmet, adjust your shoulder pads and breast plate… and (discreetly) tuck a sharp dagger into your belt.
War disappeared in the Old World when the inhabitants decided to resolve their differences by playing the god Nuffle’s sacred sport: Blood Bowl. And yet it is no less bloody than the battlefields it has replaced. Murder, mutilation, cheating, corruption, sorcery and even divine intervention come one after another on the pitch, to the delight of everyone watching!
-
Merciless, not brainless – Take charge of a team from amongst the 12 available races, each with unique characteristics, and stop your opponents from advancing by carefully positioning your players. Dodge or mercilessly eliminate whoever gets in your way and reach the end zone to score the decisive touchdown! Naturally, the best strategists should have an edge, but… who knows? A rampaging troll might eat a teammate and change the course of a match.
-
You’re the boss – Create your team, recruit your players, customize their appearance, emblems and armour, recruit cheerleaders and a coach, then take part in the most ferocious competitions in the Old World. But beware: injuries are commonplace, and it’s more than likely that some of your players will be carried off the field in a body bag, bringing a definitive end to a once-promising career…

Horns of Justice
Horns of Justice is a brutal sports MOBA. It is inspired by the MOBA genre and has added the elements of ball sports to the mix. The brutal part comes from the resources you can employ; weapons, spells and basic melee moves. These help you in taking possession of the ball, scoring goals and defending your own goal. It is the tension between the sports field play element and the violence of the MOBA element that creates the dynamic gameplay which makes Horns of Justice the unique game it is.
Pick your style
In the arena the aim is simple: Score a goal. The way you achieve it is up to you. Good old brute force, powerful spells with nasty side effects, or clever ball-passing tactics. Stick with a style or pick your own by blending all the elements into a dynamic strategy that rules the arena.

No option for changing the background which is unfortunate because the default really sucks. It’s so busy that I have problems seeing the cards easily. The choice of card backgrounds is very limited all of which are the same type artwork.

Endless Furry Pinball 2D
Interactive gameplay on fleek

The title already doesn’t inspire much quality, which doesn’t mean a bad pinballgame can bring some brief entertainment. This pinball has quite a large deadzone in which you lose your furry ball guaranteed. And that makes hitting one thousand furry targets for the final achievement not so much fun…

Dungeon Deathball
Fun tactics game. It plays like into-the-breach-lite.
What this game does better than into the breach:
-
Every turn is more connected. Enemies can only move a small amount and won’t jump across the map and target something else unlike ITB.
-
Enemies can be manipulated easily; A big part of mastering the game involves manipulating enemies which is really fun
-
The orange monsters and goalies chases the ball
-
Cyan monsters that chases players.
-
You can stand in an enemies attack range to make them attack you the next turn

Quick note: My actual playtime at the time of writing this is closer to 8-10 hours, as I’ve been playing it since the first public demo on itch, months before Early Access release.
Dungeon Deathball is a compact, turn-based strategy game, in part inspired by Into the Breach - it shows you exactly what enemies are going to do next turn and also allows you to turn them against each other by pushing them around. Unlike ItB, it’s a very easy game to pick up and play a quick round or two while on a short break.

Halloween Puzzles
Was enjoying this game for a while then accidentally clicked GAME MENU when a puzzle was almost done. Lost current puzzle progress and which puzzle I was working. Exited the game & when I came back in, even the number of puzzle pieces was lost. Apparently no save whatsoever for game progress. Although there are 3 types of puzzles, jigsaw is the only one that appeals to me.
+some nice pix
+puzzle pieces snap-to-back
-some black & white pix
-no gallery to view completed pix
-no save (killer for me)

Halloween Puzzles might just be the greatest video game I’ve ever played. The enthusiasm and creativity of the developers is remarkably inspiring. The game revolutionizes the genre, by adding a infinite scaling difficulty, which allows for great replay value. Halloween Puzzles is my favorite game, and I cannot wait to see the upcoming and elusive sequel, Elden Puzzles!
