Turbo Shell
Turbo Shell is a fast-paced 2D platformer with a unique movement mechanic: instead of running and jumping, you push and pull yourself through a sci-fi world with the help of the EPS (Egg Propulsion System).
Pick up the EPS and get going
The EPS (Egg Propulsion System) allows you to glide through the sci-fi world of Turbo Shell: push yourself off surfaces within a range using the blue ray, or pull yourself towards walls and ceilings using the orange ray.

Really cool rhythmic Game with some twists. I really like that it’s not instantly on an easy mode, but you rather start on a regular difficulty. The Music is awesome to listen to, what makes me more smile when doing mistakes then actual raging for my fails.

Jetscout: Mystery of the Valunians
I’m really enjoying this. The controls are tight, the collision detection is sharp, and there are many fun challenges that totally keep me on my toes.
There are levels that I have to play over and over and OVER, but it’s really satisfying to beat them.

I can vaguely remember playing a game much like this one a looooooong time ago, but Jetscout takes it to the next level. Awesome range of levels, monsters, challenges, and innovative mechanics. Not quite finished yet and thoroughly enjoying it. Took me two days to get past the third mission but then I was hooked! Original take on the genre featuring dynamic environments, monsters, and innovative use of the jetpack. Real nail-biter. Superb.

Super Rocket Ride
Nice little game with some fun and interesting mechanics. Solid and consistent graphics, great audio and clever level design.
Most importantly, this does a fantastic job of maintaining a good level of challenge without being overly frustrating. The levels are short enough that crash many times never feels overly punishing. You keep collected coins even when you crash so its worth diving into certain death to get a coin in a hard to reach place.
Overall simple, fun, challenging not punishing = GG!

That fact that I am giving this little indie gem it’s first review more than two full weeks after it launched shows the sad state on Steam of how the over saturation of asset flips and low effort garbage buries little treasures like this game.

A game that I played back on my old Commodore 64 called “Lander” is brought back to life here with the objective simply being mastering the controls of a rocket ship to get it from point A to point B. Using thrust and left and right steering seems simple enough sure, but mastering it is the real challenge.

This game is honestly very well done. I only played 10 minites so far but it hits me right in the nostalgia feels about old Lunar Lander flash games. It has lots of levels and different ships.
