First Class Trouble
This game’s community became trash the moment they made it cross platform. It was a great community of like minded players 9/10 sessions were very fun, social and generally pleasant but ever since they opened it up to the xbox community it’s just full of toxic players, people teaming and each lobby is nothing but homophobic and racist slurs. I have 135 hours on record but now it’s time to uninstall. What a shame.

This game is great at its core. It was unfortunately recently ruined by cross-play.
As others have stated, you’ll likely get matched with people with no mic or people who are in a Playstation party together, so you’ll rarely hear people speak. Since it is such a language driven game, you cannot play a proper match without communication.
It’s still fun if you can get a group of 6 together, but the solo or duo queue is incredibly difficult to deal with. If you turn cross-play off, you’ll wait for 20 minutes for a full lobby, whereas before you were in a full lobby within seconds.

As someone who has nearly all the achievements and an ironic amount of playtime at the moment of reviewing, I feel as though I am legally obligated to review this game.
I’ll spare you the history lesson here, as you probably know what Among Us is. I’ll just talk about the new update and my experience with it. The new update includes 4 new roles, 3 of them are for Crewmates and the other is for Impostors. Scientist, Engineer, Guardian Angel, and Shapeshifter. The Scientist can access the Vitals from anywhere, and any time. Engineers can vent, just like Impostors. Do note that the abilities of Scientist and Engineer get disabled if the Comms Sabotage occurs. The Guardian Angel is given to you upon being voted out or being killed by an Impostor. It allows you to break the game by shielding Crewmates and disabling an Impostor’s Kill Button for an entire round. The Shapeshifter is an Impostor-Exclusive, and allows you to become any Crewmate that is/was alive during a current round. Anybody from a previous round cannot be shifted into.

Rocket Wars
A frantic action ship shooter with a huge variety of unlocks and visuals. The weapons offer a good assortment of strategy and defense. The ship customization caters to your playstyle by offering different stats depending on how you like to blow others up. Fully able to level up and compete against bots, but as with most games, it’s way more fun with friends. A good choice if you are looking for that old arcadey feel and have a few buds over for game night.

So, I have this cousin who studies in another region of the country, and comes here almost every weekend.
I took the habit of buying local-multiplayers games just to play with him. I was checking the store for discounted local-multi games the other day, and came across this title.
First thing I thought was “Man, this looks cool and fun!” and I immediately bought it.
I can totally say this game is worth its price.

Bonkies
I played this game some while it was in Early Access but waited to play the rest and to review for once it was fully out.
Bonkies is a great couch co-op game that has a great visual style and is a ton of fun. Everyone that I’ve played it with has had a great time. My girlfriend who is not much of a gamer loves it. It’s worked great with Steam’s remote play to play co-op online with other friends.
Even though the single player campaign is definitely not the game’s focus, and it is admittedly short (it took me an hour to Ace it, but new players probably 3-4 hours), I had a great time player the single player campaign as well.

About the game:
Well, the gameplay is pretty simple. Every of the (up to) 4 players is playing one space monkey. Their task is to construct certain “buildings” in a limited time (usually around 3-5 minutes). Unfortunately these space monkeys have a heavy handycap: they all have only one arm. (Not sure who let them be in charge of the construction site but that’s another question).
The game mechanics rely on 50% communication with the other players (since you can’t lift objects very well on yourself alone) telling them where to move, what to do next. The other half is actually some creativity since it’s not always clear how to build these desired objects. You only get a shape of what’s expected and are left alone trying (or imagining) how it fits best.

Bricks Frenzy
A good and interesting game that is addictive for a long time.
I also liked that it supports a gamepad and is somewhat reminiscent of the good old Tetris or games in a similar style

An unusual game in neon style. The game mechanics are quite well-known, but the authors decided to add a certain variety to the design. The modern interface gives the game something new.

Spaceteam VR
Hilarious and fun. This game makes me feel more like a member of Starfleet than Star Trek: Bridge Crew ever did. It might be a little steep on the price for the content included–but it’s a hilarious party game that we played for hours without even realizing.
It’s like Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes without the manual, but all the hectic craziness. But now everyone’s defusing a bomb, and everyone’s yelling instructions over each other.
It’s beautiful chaos, and I love it.

It’s Spaceteam. If you wanna argue with your friends about spaceship stuff for hours in a sort of cooperative tangle of jargon, this is the game for it. There’s a free phone version that’s been around for years, and this one works with that one too, but the extra stuff you can do in VR is great. I highly recommend as a party game.

STARWHAL
a Fun little co-op game that can be played with friends.
The game has Single player challenges that can be played but the game was never intent for Single Player so that entire section is lacking somewhat, but the game was meant for multiplayer, that is where it really shines.
The game made very simplistically but very enjoyable, the controls are easy and fun to use with little to no hassle there, a sit back and relax game type.
The games graphics is a love or hate concept, if you have any love for the 80’s art and look style you will absolutely love the graphics, is vibrant and brimming with color, a lot of attention to detail was invested here and it paid off well.

Truly the Citizen Kane of marine-based mammal space battling games.
Really though, this game is great, arcade fun. Hook it up to the TV and you’ve got a great party game. It draws you into to a frenetic, fast paced battle royale. The simplicity of the game means that anyone can play it, and go from saying “that looks silly, I’ll pass” to “OH MY GOODNESS THIS IS AWESOME” in about 4 seconds (and I’m not saying it looks silly).
The additions that they’ve added are great. Great variety of arenas, hilarious costumes (Jayne’s hat!). And they’re planning on adding so much more. Game modes. Single player. All sorts of goodies, it’s just going to get better and better!

I’ve been a game developer for many years. A lot of times you work on an exciting idea that seems like it might work, and a lot of times you work on things just out of momentum, and sometimes you wake up and discover you’re working on something you should have cancelled months ago. It’s sorta the way life goes, as a developer; it’s hard to objectively see what you are working on as anything but “good.” A lot of the time it’s hard to even find playtesters to help you out.
