Sniper Elite V2 Remastered
Sniper Elite V2 Remastered is a third person tactical sniper game.
The sniping is where this game shines. Each shot being affected by wind, gravity (not available on the easiest difficulty) and displayed on the satisfying X-Ray Kill Cam that shows the enemy’s organs tear and burst or their bones shatter. Shots can be masked through the environment noise for the stealthy approach. The SMG is highly inaccurate and the pistol is mostly used for it’s silencer.
The gameplay is slower paced and tactical where you usually sneak around to take out enemies stealthily or use cover and reposition when fighting. To sneak you can throw rocks to distract enemies, move their dead bodies, mask your rifle shots with global sound (artillery fire). The levels however are linear, so you will always follow a predetermined path. The trip wires, dynamites or land mines are rarely used.

Pros
Graphics look great
Great killcam
When the game allows you to do it properly - great sniping mechanics on Sniper Elite mode
Cons
Karl looks like he’s doing a cossack dance whilst he’s moving
Spawning trigger points penalize stealth
Large distances in game between checkpoints can break immersion
I came from Sniper Elite 4 and had so much fun with that that I wanted to try out the rest of the series. I bought a Steam Bundle for the previous games in the series before the remastered version dropped. The bundle included all the DLC for Sniper Elite v2 apart from the Assassinate The Fuhrer DLC - which was selling for around the same price as the Upgrade Price for the Remastered Version, so I waited for the Remastered version to come out.

Hello virtual Snipers,
Download of S.C.A. went flawlessly and frame rates (FPS) are buttery smooth.
MY O.S is good old Windows 7/64 Pro, on my proven PC Backup.
For a meager $1.14 (on giveaway Steam sales) Canadian, you can’t go wrong here.
Be sure to play in windowed mode, because you won’t be able to close the game properly.
Meaning that CTRL+ALT+DEL for task manager is your only alternative to stop it.
This bug is inexcusable and should be fixed ASAP.
Take note that pressing shift key will hold your breath during sniping.

Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts
IF YOU DON’T LIKE THE CORE GAMEPLAY OF SNIPER: GHOST WARRIOR 3, THEN YOU WON’T LIKE THIS GAME EITHER.
Kay, about to the review. 2 years after SGW3, CI Games come back with SGW Contracts. Seems like they know what they are doing this time around. No longer aiming for the AAA games market, scaling down back to AA game.
This review is after day 1 patch 1.02
Positives:
-No more open world. The biggest mistake with SGW3 is open world. Now, in Contracts, you have 5 open-ended maps. This keep the core gameplay from SGW3 which you can play how you want without any restriction. No open world also means faster loading time.

Summary
I have to give SGWC a “yes” (maybe 3 out of 5 star rating) because I do keep playing it, but – ONLY if you can deal with as many little frustrations as there are fun things about a game. If you’re easily annoyed, you’re probably better off finding a different sniper/shooter.
The Bad
- Terrain hangs you up when it should not.
= Requiring raising of stance
= Resulting in visibility to the enemy
= Saving grace: Enemies don’t recognize you until you’re seen for 1-2 seconds

Masked Forces
You have not lived until you’ve played Masked Forces.
The moment you see the title screen flash, you will be hooked for life. The UI (User Interface) is unmatched compared to anything else on the market, it’s intuitive and snappy, just works flawlessly. Although, the real magic happens the moment you step foot onto the battlefield. My first match played in the map Factory, bullets are whistling past my ears in every direction, my fellow Shooters are helplessly ducking from enemy fire, I hear explosions coming from the west, I stand guard, my buddy is wounded badly, I try in the best of my ability to provide cover, but alas it was too late. I see a grenade cloud over, like the first rain cloud before a storm - A white flash, deafening noise, silence. Their limbs, dismembered in only fractions of a second. I will never forget your name, Shooter8438.

This game is a port of an online Unity game. That being said, it can certainly entertain for anywhere from ten minutes to many hours depending on your standards. The playerbase is nearly nonexistent and very unskilled. The campaign is a joke, simply 3 mission types (survive for X seconds, kill X enemies, win a team/solo match with bots) on repeat endlessly with increasing numbers. Grenades in this game are essentially RPGs and kill in one (AOE) hit. This brings down the multiplayer to a barely playable level. That being said, this game has potential as a timewaster when you simply want to fool around with an FPS that can run on any machine and is very noncompetitive. In the end, I simply cannot recommend this game, but if you need a game to kill time… hey, the price isn’t too high at least.

Project RIP
Okay, so first off, a warning… this game can be a real pain in the ass, especially when it comes to getting your character to actually hit enemies at point blank range, and the way that enemies overlap with you and stand right where you’re standing so that it’s a trouble to find them no matter how much you turn and swivel the camera can really be irritating as all hell. However… the game was addictive, all of its problems aside it’s an exciting and enticing first-person shooter with a rewarding gear achievement and upgrading system that makes it viable to take on the higher-level game modes once you’ve improved your equipment into the highest tiers. Everything that I thought could go wrong with a $7.99 game (which I bought on sale, half off) didn’t really go wrong. It’s a straightforward shooter against zombies and hell-spawn with an exciting adrenaline rush on the side. If you just want a simple, to-the-point FPS focused wholly on being a shooter, it’s really not a bad choice. The dynamic of the weapons is really rewarding, the perks that you can upgrade really make a difference, and the opponents are creatively crafted. All the minutes I spent swearing at the game pissing me off hardly compares to the hours of fun I had switching up my arsenal and going into the fray.

UPDATED REVIEW AS OF 9//12/2019 , (first older review is below this)
Literally days after if not less than, the devs made HUGE content updates and also fixed the problem I had that I posted about with not being able to type my own username. A.k.a. I have 2 names on the leaderboards, GUEST and PuppyKicker. And also, no, the devs did not directly respond to me but they did fix an issue that I had along with multiple others that were troublesome and because of this I have a strong feeling they saw my comment as well as the others before mine. This is a very detailed and beautiful game, the amount of effort put into the visuals alone makes this flipping awesome. BTW, anyone who is doubtful about this, it is like a mixed drink of DOOM/PAINKILLER/RAW RED STEAK

Sniper Fury
“Sniper Fury” is a f2p time killer, posing as a sniper shooting game. In reality, there is no skill applied, but the patience to grind for another, more powerful rifle, to click your enemies out of the picture faster. More to it, the most significant elements of gameplay there -are energy bars. Yeah, exactly those notorious “stamina” things from browser games, which should instantly give any purposeful PC player a headache. Well, on top of things, there are mandatory bullet cam effects and big explosions every now and then. And the grinding process, where you build up your armory and unlocking yet another stupid “story level”.

It says the game is Free to play, I would rather say Free to download or Pay to play. Nevertheless it’s still possible to play for free and gain some progress, but slower then when you pay. It’s all about buying and spending rubies to progress, if not, you will have to wait an amount of time to pass a weapon or a squad upgrade for example. Basically everything you do require you to spend rubies in order to gain progress. And if you think you are going to play a sniper game, you will get surprised and very disappointed as I did. This game has nothing to do with sniping at all. You find yourself holding a sniper rifle or a machine gun, you won’t be able to move, all you can do is look, aim and zoom and that’s basically it. And even PvP matches are not with actual players but bots, very disappointing. Sniper Fury is more like a gambling game, so if you want to gamble your money and life away get it, either then that I would never play this game myself for one second.

Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army
This game is really fun! I had never tried any of the Sniper Elites before this game and this game actually got me into all of them pretty hard! If you’re like me and enjoy zombie shooters, this game is for you! Here are some pro’s and con’s to top it all off:
Pro’s
-
Even for a 3rd person shooter, the controls are superb and you can tell just by playing the game that the developers really put a lot of thought into it all
-
Guns are fun and accurate for the timeline (no red dot sight like that new COD bullshit)

“Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army was everything I loved about Sniper Elite V2, with an amazingly well-crafted zombie atmosphere. No other zombie game has managed to replicate the dread and imminent doom of the Romero-style zombie”
I’ve never been good at stealth games. I’ve also never been good at driving games - blame it on my Asian heritage.
When I played the original Sniper Elite V2, I loved the World War 2 setting, as well as the simulated realism of Sniper Physics – distance to target, bullet drop, wind, holding your breath to steady your shots. I detested the stealthing segments, throwing rocks and scurrying about. I would try the stealth approach 3-4 times, give up in frustration, and go very loud and turn the game into a shooting gallery as enemies attempt to find me, with my back against a wall and all approaches covered. Ultimately, the original Sniper Elite V2 wasn’t for me – that’s not a knock on my game, simply just a mismatch between my playstyle and game preferences.

Sniper Strike: Special Ops
If you don’t like spending money on a game this isn’t your game. Although I look at it more as I’m helping the creators and developers out with making a better game for everyone to play when I pay money for the packages if you don’t like spending and money at all or like investing in your account then try something else. You have different events that all require money to buy that type of guns and gear for those events. I don’t think you can get the special event stuff with out buying at least the most basic package however I have spent quite a bit on this game because its dam fun to play . Now a days you have to look at it like going to a movie, or investing in your account or characters in a certain game. Its just more fun to play with the cool new skins or brand new gun that just came out even if you can’t physically tell if there better or not. I just like collecting stuff in games so that’s my thing I guess. But out of all the years I’ve played this game with all the updated they stayed true to the basic overall idea that the game came out with at there start . Some games try to 1 up the competition and ruin there unique game as a whole when they do that . Not this game I love it for what it is and what it started out to be. A fair game for all to play when your playing eachother anyway. Sure guns matter but if your quicker on the draw and can see where the other is at faster , no matter what gun either 2 people have your gunna win.. That is what got me hooked. When I beat the number 1 in the world at this game and he sent me a message telling me good job and good game, I immediately found a whole new respect for this game as well as any game like this because I am just kinda good at these types of games. Every one has there go to where it makes them feel good about playing because not everyone is good at every game. Good job to the developers on continue n to provide constant updates and provisions and make n the game better and better along the years of its release , I’m sure they will never stop either. All n all get the game try it , love it, and most of all… Enjoy playing . That’s why its called a GAME after all!

Nice game, if you want to waste a little time while on a break. Gradually increasing difficulty and a requirement to upgrade weapons, at times with no apparent benefit. Constant offers to purchase better weapons for real money, however I would spend my money on better games. If you want to play competitive, its a waste of time as a few clans are somehow always manage to score in excess of 150000 points when the average is around 40000 - 60000 points. Leaves me wondering how. Better weapons? Perhaps, better at …

Sniper Elite 3
Sniper Elite 3: Afrika is one of my favorite games, and one of the best sniper games ever made. The main strength of SE3 is the sniper killcam but goes way beyond that (like shooting Hitler in the nuts). The graphics and soundtrack are incredible and immersive, and sometimes you just have to take a moment to appreciate the beauty of your surroundings. Hell, just to have a bright sun in a WWII game instead of the old dark and gloomy European setting cliché is already a great thing. The protagonist is a reminiscent of those old WWII action comics and he really resembles Rick O’Connell from The Mummy (which explains The Strange Brigade, but I digress) and the story is straight to the point.

I’m right on the Recommend/Not Recommend border with “Sniper Elite 3.” It’s possible that since I came back to it from Sniper Elite 4 (which I loved), I’m noticing the problems with it more than I would if I had just continued the series from Sniper Elite V2 (which I also loved). I’ll start with the positive, though: the graphics are really good, the voice acting is excellent, and the production values are good, too. It took me about 40 hours to complete the campaign on Sniper Elite difficulty with all objectives (and optional objectives) met and all Collectibles found. It then took me about another 20 hours to get the rest of the Achievements for the base game. So, even at the current list price of about $30, the dollar per hour ratio is good. Of course, getting it on sale would be much better.

Sniper Elite 4
6/10 for the game being mostly locked behind DLC and the AI making the game so predictable. Not many perches placed or enemies for epic shots. Where there is a perch there is very few to shoot. Taking a shot is rarely costly. Just run and hide till the enemy goes back to being predictable. they should search all around not just where you were. give a chance to knife them. Rarely can you lure AI into a shot they are so stuck to their path. No matter how many rocks you hit them with. Did play through twice and landing a submarine on Hitler was satisfying but not 10 bucks for DLC satisfying.

so when i got this game i didn’t know that it would be so awful. you can do surgery on people with bullets extreme precision to help them with dental jaw surgery (is surgery designed to correct conditions of the jaw and lower face related to structure, growth, airway issues including sleep apnea, TMJ disorders, malocclusion problems primarily arising from skeletal disharmonies, other orthodontic dental bite problems that cannot be easily treated with braces, as well as the broad range of facial imbalances, disharmonies, asymmetries and malproportions where correction can be considered to improve facial aesthetics [1] and self esteem. ) source: wikipedia
