Builder Simulator
https://store.steampowered.com/app/914010/Train_Station_Renovation/
Builder Simulator is the perfect game for those who want to build a house, from the ground up, one brick at a time. On easy, the game will guide you step by step and allow you to learn by showing you full instruction, but on hard you will get no help - instead rely on your builder skills and make everything yourself.
Builder Simulator will let you:
-
Create your own projects - build houses, shops and industrial buildings.
-
Use different tools - use specialist equipment as it’s meant to be.
-
Take care of building materials - do not let the construction site run out of materials needed for work.
-
Create your own materials - Mix water and cement to create concrete, but make sure your proportions are right.
-
Do It Yourself - do everything yourself, don’t worry about incompetent workers messing your work up.
Good Company
I see great potential for the game, but as I’m writing the review now I’m only taking those things into consideration that are already in the game.
Gameplay: 5/5
Graphics: 5/5
Tutorials: 4/5
Difficulty: 5/5
Support: 5/5
Gameplay:
The gameplay loop is simple:
1. build/rearrange production line
2. set up the logistics for that line
3. tweak bits and pieces to make it profitable
4. plan the next production line / change the line output to another product
For me that is exactly what I was looking for. You create something, an issue arises, you fix that issue and that leads to another issue or you’re set and you create the next new thing.

i loved the concept but the execution is so EXTREAMLY flawed..
market: why is it capped so low in FREEPLAY. ive tried countless times trying to tweak the my out puts. But literally ever single time ive played the supply chains get so damn long that I cannot maintain a profitable business with out producing more then I can sell which ironically makes me go bankrupt
out/in bound shipping: why can we move these? Why is there a limit to how many items I can place in the in/out bound points with out the ability to upgrade them?

SkateBIRD
EDIT: I have yet to try the patch out, but seeing that they put one out so quickly makes me much more hopeful for this games future. Additionally, once you manage to get past the first ~4 missions, it is a pretty fun and very cute game. I’m really looking forward to trying it out with the patch.

I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY want to like this game. I’ve been super excited for its release, and was THRILLED when I saw it was out! But I’m pretty disappointed so far. The character select is adorable and I love it so much. But the game itself is incredibly frustrating. Every time you crash into something, the camera gets stuck when you get back on the board so you can’t easily turn away from what you just crashed into. This and other issues make it WAY too difficult to complete the first few missions because you spend so much time trying to work around the awkward controls and camera bugs. The first missions at least should be easier. I can’t get into it when I can’t accomplish anything from the very start. I really hope the developers will do something about this.

SkateBird is a very interesting game, both in the idea and final product. A game where you play as a bird that skates around on a tiny skateboard across 5 open levels where you take missions from other birds to advance the story. Really speaks for itself, but it is at least very cute in how it’s all executed. I enjoyed the game myself as someone who loves birds and likes skateboarding games in general like Tony Hawk. Though a game like this isn’t near the same quality as say Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 and or 4, but I still have to give credit where credit is due, there are plenty of settings to change how you prefer to play, with adjustments on skating speed, handling, braking, etc. There are also plenty of bird skins to choose from, they even had one of a “Quaker Parrot” skin, which I own as a pet, so I how could I NOT say no to that. :3

Stunt Corgi VR
This game could be so much better but it’s just too buggy. It could do with an overhaul of the in game menu system and really needs polishing up all round. A good idea would be a quick button to move out or elevate above the garden so you can view the stunts from a safe distance without constantly selecting objects by accident while trying to get out of the way. Object placement is way too temperamental- just play the examples a few times and you’ll see how often the corgi randomly bumps into stuff or messes up. Maybe a snap to guide or snap to zone would be a better method of placing stuff?

I really like this game but the main issue I have is not being able to move back away virtually from the play area so I can see the course without having to physically move around and running into the wall. As it stands now you can only move physically. I let the Dev know about this but all that was said that they were aware of people complaining about this issue but did not say if it was gonna be fixed. As it stands, I cannot recommend this until this issue is addressed.
Update: I can finally give this a positive, the Dev listened to what needed to be changed and for me, the teleportation is a huge step in the right direction. Thanks again for listening!!!

SuchArt: Creative Space
“I think each of us, sometime in our life, has wanted to paint a picture.”
“I think there’s an artist hidden at the bottom of every single one of us.”
“You too can paint almighty pictures.”
“Talent is a pursued interest. Anything that you’re willing to practice, you can do.”
“Come into town and get everybody absolutely addicted to painting. It doesn’t take much to get you addicted.”
“I really believe that if you practice enough you could paint the ‘Mona Lisa’ with a two-inch brush.”
“You can do anything you want to do. This is your world.”

I recommend this game even if you suck at art.
I can’t say that I’ve had almost 20 hours on a demo before.
I’m excited for the giveaway of the full release, but I know I’ll end up buying it anyway.
Pros: First of all, this demo is free so download it right now and try it.
Anyway, You can make a mess, paint, clean, and create pretty much anything you want. There’s so many color options and plenty of canvas sizes that you can experiment with. There are a good number of brushes and blending options to spice up your paintings and have fun. You don’t even have to paint on a canvas. I literally redecorated my “art simulation space” and changed all of the colors of the furniture and shelves to the color of my liking. I decorated my place with my own artwork and my messes. You can earn money and spend it how you like, on whatever you want. More brushes, furniture, objects to paint on and bobble heads. Its such a therapeutic experience and very calming.

Totally Accurate Battle Simulator
I like the rag dolling and how you can interact with the TABS units. I like how the unit feel and interact with their environment and other tabs unit. I also like the workshop and the art style is really nice i would recommend 10/10

Gem is definitely totally accurate and will 100% show you foolproof battle simulations. It will bring you tons of fun, and laughs along the way. The unit creator just adds so much variety to the game, and even includes workshop modded units from others without needing you to download any yourself. If you’re creative, you can really milk tons of enjoyment from the game.

Buildmark
ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! This game is one of the best sandbox games I have ever played in my life!! (and trust me, I’ve played a lot of sandbox games in the past).
First of all, I think it’s the only sandbox game that is based around raytracing and that’s an amazing idea in my opinion!
Secondly, for a brand new early access game, I find that there are already many creative possibilities and it will only get better!
third, this guy is alone! Yes you heard me right, it’s only one person who designed this masterpiece and for only one person, it really stands out.

Cannon Foundry Simulator
https://store.steampowered.com/app/1403850/Mars_Colony_Builder/
-
Decide what size of cannon you want to cast (light, field, heavy or even bigger)
-
Shape its barrel (mortar, howitzer, long-barrel)
-
Choose decorations and inscriptions
-
Decide what material - (bronze, brass, iron?)
-
Cast off the cannon, keeping an eye on the melt and temperature (make no mistake because the casting will come out brittle)
-
Choose the caliber of the barrel and drill it (the thinner the walls, the larger the ball but also higher the risk of explosion of the gun)
-
Polish the finished barrel
-
Build a gun carriage for it (for ships, field, fortress, siege)
-
Test your cannon on fortresses, buildings and ships.
-
Kings and generals will want to buy cannons if they are good.
You set up a cannon foundry. You have to go through the entire process of creating an old cannon from the very beginning. Build your workshop and start production. You start with the most primitive medieval guns. But you’re still developing. You improve the workshop and discover new technologies. You build both light, field and heavy guns. After selecting the size of the gun, you set the shape of the barrel and its length. You also decide whether it will be a cannon or a mortar. Once you have made the cannon mold, you go into a risky casting process. If the casting succeeds, you can drill the barrel (the best guns had the barrel drilled only after casting!). Be careful not to overdo it with the size of the barrel in relation to the thickness of the barrel walls! Later you decide on which carriage to mount the gun. Heavy guns require a strong carriage, so their mobility will be reduced. Then test your gun - is it accurate? how is the range? does the cannonball fly flat or steep? how much gunpowder can you load (velocity of the cannonball)? how effective is it in destroying various targets?
This all affects the price your guns will get on the arms market.
