When Winter and Giles find themselves stuck in a cabin during a snowstorm, they discover it’s horrific history.
Wintertwined will be a narrative focussed, puzzle horror game.
You take control of Winter, a stubborn, people shy young adult, who’s struggling to stay alive during an apocalypse. With the aid of Giles, Winter’s parental guardian, they must work together to survive the night in the cabin.
In order to make it out alive, you’ll have to solve puzzles and explore dangerous locations.
Wintertwined is currently in development and planned for a commercial release in 2022

Don’t Disturb
I bought this game after seeing it advertised on FB mobile, I instantly fell in love with the art style and soundtrack. It’s a lovely little game with a unique narrative about asian views of the afterlife, using text bubbles and atmosphere to tell the story. The music is a mix of modern and traditional sounding instruments, such as a piano with hints of a shamisen(?) playing in the background, and the composition adds to the atmosphere. The art style is absolutely gorgous, in the style of traditional asain watercolour, and if you look closely there’s a slight paper - like texture to the game, which I believe is a stroke of artistic genious.

Sorry. I cannot recommend this game at all, at any price, if you do not speak and read Chinese, and are not aware of, and accustomed to Chinese culture. Yes, there is the option to have the game text in English, but the translations are poor, and the Chinese characters in the background art (signs and such) do not translate, and will have no meaning for English-only players, while they may convey some lore or story importance to those who speak and read Chinese. No way for me to know, I do not speak or read Chinese.

“Find the heart” is a simple pixel wind physics puzzle game. There are real physical effects in the game. Players explore the world by controlling the rolling of balls with various materials. At each level, there is a heart hidden, which can hardly be found. However, if all the energy balls in the level are collected, a prompt will be displayed after passing the level. With this tip, it’s much easier to find the heart. Even so, to find the heart, players still need to have extraordinary ideas and precise operations. This game is very small and there are not many levels, but it may take more time and thought than many other games to find all the hearts.
