NEOMORPH

NEOMORPH

NEOMORPH is a decent enough game.

The game is very cheap but it does not mean its a bad game. The gameplay is very simple: shoot the enemies trying to crash into your ship. The game has 8 levels and an endless mode. However, the game is not that hard and it lacks some kind of element to keep you fully engaged (you can basically play it with one hand if you are paying attention). One thing to add is that the game is like superhot in the sense that time is slowed unless you shoot, which makes the game become fast paced untill you stop firing.

Very very very mediocre shmup. Also, it’s not up but static and enemies coming to you and you are the entire wall on the left… so, it’s probably even more mediocre tower defense. Well, no reason to describe this any better. There are literally 2 types of enemies + armored versions + rockets and nothing more. Power ups, with sole exception of Z, don’t stack. When you are not holding the attack button time slows down and you can pick whatever you want or… do another shot. As a result the best power ups are C and L since they have the highest damage and you can spam them non-stop by clicking the mouse… is it a clicker now? In the result this turns from shooting enemies into avoiding picking up “power downs” and wait for them to turn into more Zs since with that you can just hold attack, relax and let the game play itself for a few seconds. Ah, right! You also have 3 abilities which can shield you, clear the screen or shoot more bullets, but you don’t really need them when you can spam the hell out of the most powerful gun. But they are a nice addition and can save you in case you pick something useless and suddenly can’t kill things fast enough.

It was alright the first time. A lot of typos though. The one thing that really was really annoying though is that your answers don’t even change the dialog 99% of the time. I get the same result and the 4th night repeats itself. The game couldve been so much more but it really falls short. For the money, it was ok. I would not say it was worth it though.

SoS was a pleasant surprise. A visual novel game, it distinguishes itself with a unique concept in which 4 characters are sent on a life-long journey into the depths of space with new tech to explore what lays beyond. The game revolves around managing the relationships between, and exploring each character’s past and personality. Without giving away spoilers, there is an interesting “mechanic” involved in which you learn more about each individual as the days pass. Refreshingly, every crew member is well fleshed out- they aren’t nearly as one dimensional as you are led to believe early on- and one in particular really evolved throughout my playthrough. The art and animations are well done too. Definitely a fun game to try, and worth the money.

Amairo Chocolate (Sweet-Coloured Chocolate)!

Very Gochiusa inspired game. Gochiusa is one of my favourite anime and the new 3rd season is great.

Cheiri-chan: Chino-chan

Mikuri-chan: Cocoa-chan

The artist Shiratamaco makes beautiful Gochiusa fan art too, and I love her original works.

I had the great fortune and delight to see a big billboard for Amairo Chocolate when I was in Japan, just outside my Akihabara hotel. I took some pictures too. So I was very eager to play this cute game before it even came out. I didn’t expect it to get an English release so soon, what a pleasant surprise.

Got gifted from a friend and worked towards finishing the game, was pretty cool, one thing i dont like that the white pieces are fully location based when theyre quite literally the same piece as the others, but aside from that we move. Pog game finished it in 7 hours, excited to see if they add more.

Finally I got all CGs. Interesting games and I have started to wish to play ‘Bonds 2’ as soon as possible. And If possible, I wish something new could be added into the game.

For example, the photograph system can be more interesting. When common commissions ask to tie up single girl, maybe next time, special commissions can provide chances to tie up two or three girls together. And costumes can be more diversified. Our characters may wear cosplay costumes such as maid dress, school uniform, nurse uniform and etc. In addition, if the girls can wear shoes or boots, that can be more interesting. Just for me, I really like girls be tied up in China dress with high heels or tied up in rainwear.

not much here so i do suggest you purchase it on sale As the game is very short

Its a very short bondage themed lesbian relationship visual novel with a mini game .If you could call it that where you . tie up the game sprites by selecting from a relatively short menu of bondage equipment and clothing . There is no nudity in the game . In order to advance the story you have to dress up one of the game sprites in using the mini game . matching a list given to you. The game sprites have a very limited series of 4 to five sounds for there reaction to being poked and tickled. verbally teased and insulted . I played through it unlocked all pictures in the art gallary and it seems to have one of two possible endings. Both which focus on the relationship between the two main characters. Both endings seem to be based upon a choice you make in the last chapter . As far as i can tell any choices you make in the mini game have zero effect on the main story line.

Very interesting game.

Unless you are good at remembering everything I suggest you take notes as you may get lost in some levels.

It is quite intriguing exploring a woman’s sexuality like this and I do recommend picking this up and trying it out.

My only 2 gripes with the game are:

1. There is no in game sound settings as it is rather loud.

2. There doesn’t seem to be a way to see which cards you have viewed or not when it comes to the view all cards achievement.

Interesting concept. I liked progressing through the story and learning more about the games different plots. Thought-provoking and brings a new experience to your steam library. For the price, it was incredible!!

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. Not only were the individual elements of music, art, writing, editing and directing, all individually great; the way they all came together really raised it to a new level. Definitely up there out of all VNs I’ve played. It’s so cheap too, there’s no way anyone should miss out on this deal.

Real player with 25.3 hrs in game

Cross the Moon is different from most VNs I’ve played. There’s no choices, just some collectibles for additional lore, but I don’t think that takes away from the experience. The art is on point? There’s fantastic use of color in the backgrounds, and I’m glad I picked up the OST too.

The story is well-paced, and I found it compelling, though it might not be to everyone’s taste. I was also happy to see multiple queer characters in the cast. And the 3 main characters are all POC which is kinda unique for a VN. The protagonists are a teenage boy, his older sister who’s just starting her career, (the siblings are vampires), and a police officer (who is human). They all intersect with the story and each other in interesting ways and, I don’t really want to say too much more and spoil things.

Oy…so this game… I was really excited for it because I actually really dig FMV games and this one was going to get super involved and elaborate and the inner conspiracy theorist was super excited to tackle this. The game starts out okay enough with an interesting premise not unlike some “lost phone games” (similar to Simulacra) but this game misses a lot of marks.

Pros: It gets pretty meta. You’re puzzles are neat and you’re going to have to dig around to figure stuff out. Using a mix between surfing your web browser for “real” websites and using the videos and documents in game to figure out the story.

Summary: A Rusty Muscle Car

As someone who loved Simulacra, upton reading it had the same basic premise, i dropped everything and bought this. i wish i could say i was perfectly satisfied, but im not. i think this game has done some things well and some things bad but over all is a nice game.

Premise: you are someone who comes across a missing persons case that is very quickly explained to be of the supernatural. you navigate a computer with files pertaining to the case and try to figure out what happened.

What a charming experience! And such an amazing message that it brings along with it.

A Youtube playthrough: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c3PZQqOZb5A

For a free game, I recommend it entirely. There are a few moments where the sound balance is quite loud, tracking can be wonky, and the voice recognition isn’t perfect, but overall it’s a lot of fun and truly brought a smile to my face.

Nice work!

Cute, simplistic, and interactive. There’s not a whole lot to explore, but it gives you a sense of choice nevertheless.

The more you do things for the household object “people” around, the more you tire your emotional energy, and the more you feel drained and unappreciated. To refill, you have to learn how to say NO to them and clean up your own space, even ‘experiment’ with some stuff.

It’s a good tool for those who are feeling down or lacking self esteem, a kick to get them to realize whether it’s in game or reality, you don’t HAVE to people-please! It’s totally ok to say NO to people and to do stuff you want to do sometimes, and there’s no shame in it.

For the Night

For the Night

A Cold War story.

”There’s a job for you. I need you to go to Stockholm. One of our people there have gone missing."

For the Night is a spy thriller, taking place during one single night at Hotel Adler in downtown Stockholm.

The player takes on the role of veteran STASI agent Lene Ulbricht, who is sent to Stockholm to find out what happened to a fellow agent who has mysteriously disappeared.

Through social interaction, deduction and lies, Lene will get to the truth about everything. The truth about the disappearance, the hotel, the war, the enemy and herself.

  • Espionage thriller story, set in the late days of the Cold War.

  • Point & Click-gameplay with heavy focus on dialogue, dialogue choices and problem solving.

  • Gorgeous 2D art.

  • Choice and Consequence with nuanced and layered impact on the outcome of the story.

  • Challenging problem solving through taking note of words in dialogue. The game won’t solve the case for you.

  • Focus on finding out information and social interaction.

  • In-game time that actually has an impact on the story. Spend one hour somewhere, and characters will have acted or moved elsewhere. The game and it’s characters do not sit around and wait for you to find them. They act on their own.

  • Multiple endings and outcomes, allowing for multiple playthroughs, trying out different paths and strategies to solve the mystery.

  • Original dark, jazzy soundtrack by saxophonist and composer Andreas Ferronato.

For the Night is developed by two-man studio Pusselbit Games (Erik Blåsjö and Leo Låby)
