Details:
Players will battle for control over a super massive black hole. The goal is to stay on the central black hole to collect mass from it while strategically denying opponents access to it. Players must keep opponents at a distance just long enough to reach critical mass and explode, scoring a point for their team. Players have to be careful while in combat, as firing kinetic projectiles sacrifices large quantities of mass in return for larger projectiles. Reaching critical mass is the only way to score, so players should keep an eye out for micro-black holes that will give them a quick boost. The player or team with the most points at the end of the match is declared the winner.
Developer Note: “This was my first release game and senior seminar project. I spent a little over 16 months working on this title in my free time after class and work. All future content will be added to the game as free DLC. Thank you for all of your support. I hope you enjoy playing Beyond Critical with your friends!"
Additional Notice: Beyond Critical has no influence over the connectivity and quality of the Remote Play Together streaming service. We advise that the host be using a wired connection with at least a 15Mbps upload speed or higher to provide a good experience using the Steam service.
Warning: This is a Co-Op only game and is best played with controllers. There is no single player mode. Only one keyboard and mouse combo is possible at a time, if chosen over full controllers.

Dark Data
Absolutely awesome game. Old school retro Golden Eye multiplayer inspired goodness, local splits screen up to 4 players, bot support, atmospheric music, cool guns, multiple modes to choose from. One of the best thing you can pop up at LAN party. I highly recommend it.

A boxy throwback to 64-bit couch 3d shooter deathmatches. Plenty of character customisation, weapons, levels and modes to play with, and some bots in case you have no friends or controllers or both.

Okay, meme aside, this game is freaking awesome! Please try the demo and get as addicted as I did! The developers are amazing people and this game is crazy fun! F-Zero, Wipeout, and Hydro Thunder come to mind when playing this, but I never got as addicted to those games whereas this game has its hooks in me. Come race me and try to beat my leaderboard times on the forums!

This game is fast paced, has beautiful graphics, and is very smooth and polished! A lot of effort went into this game, that’s for sure! The steam remote play is a great feature because you can race against your friends for bragging rights without them having to own the game themselves! The music…omg it’s amazing! Very cool music to listen too as you fly around tracks all over the galaxy! For less than the cost of your lunch tomorrow you can get this game, get 11 tracks instantly, 1 new track monthly for all of 2021, and a monthly tournament with cool prizes for the rest of 2021!! So much content! I highly recommend you get this game!

Lightfield HYPER Edition
It’s a very unique game. Calm one if you are not into a tight time trial. The menu navigation and time trial being always ready on the map makes the game flow extremely smooth. When you have it running on your computer, it’s hard not to just casually throw yourself in another time trial that won’t result in any meaningful records.
The ship has a very simple control, it can pitch and yaw but not roll – flip and 360 but no barrel roll. You can use ‘snap’ aligning it to a surface to indirectly roll without snapping to the surface.

Great creative racing game in space, looks like Daft Punk and TRON.
Campaign mode that starts out tutorial-like but quickly becomes challenging. This will humble you and teach you patience at hyperspeed.
A free-roam/time-trial/exploration mode, XP to be gathered, new tracks to unlock.
I am hoping there will be more online players in the near future. This game deserves more players.
Good if you like:
tough games with simple controls
adrenaline
mariokart and wipeout and mario
new ideas
neon
Worth the price most definitely.

A Time Paradox
A Time Paradox is a puzzle game where you look for a way out that does not create a paradox. Each move matters, the goal is to reach each level exit without being seen by someone from the past (mostly yourself !). Be aware not to block a future your-self ! Anticipation and planning are key skills that will help you go through all the levels.
The game have a single player story mode of about 80 levels, a 2 players cooperative mode, and multiple multiplayer mini games to share good time with friends !
A Time Paradox already hooked hundreds of players on Android, but only the PC version will give you high level of comfort for multiplayer.
EARTH DEFENSE FORCE 4.1 The Shadow of New Despair
The premise is cheesy. The dialog is hammy. But ham and cheese has never tasted this good!
Before we continue, let’s get the negatives out of the way so we can focus on talking about how awesome EDF is.
The base price can seem a bit steep given the game’s age, and the highest discount you’ll ever find is 40% off. Yes, it’s a console port. That means enduring some things such as a clunky menu interface and unmappable, hardcoded keybinds. Increasing your arsenal and max health isn’t just tedious, it’s a requirement for the higher difficulties. There’s talk of a cheater problem in public lobbies, and creating a private online game requires you to invite your friends through the chat shortcuts window, of all things. I don’t believe you can invite anyone mid-mission, either. Sometimes there will be so many enemies or explosions on-screen that your framerate will take a very noticeable hit even on a good computer. I don’t think there’s a borderless windowed mode, if that matters to you. Oh, and the game can’t even be launched if you’re on a version of Windows older than 7.

Overview
Earth Defense Force 4.1: The Shadow of New Despair, or more commonly referred to as EDF, is a third person shooter that puts you in the shoes of an unnamed soldier of the Earth Defense Force that is tasked with locating and eradicating giant insects and robots from across the globe. Your mission is simple – kill everything that moves.
You’re given four class options before starting: Ranger, Fencer, Wing Diver or Air Raider. Rangers are your typical versatile infantry class, able to equip a variety of guns, sniper rifles, or a plethora of explosives and specialty weapons. Your next option is the Air Raider, a class that has the ability to call in buffs such as shields, turrets, healing modules and heavy armor, such as tanks, helicopters and a slew of different mechanized vehicles. Your third option is the lightly-armored, agile and swift-moving Wing Diver, an all-female crew of airborne infantry that use energy weapons and jetpacks to quickly move about the battlefield. Your final option is the Fencer, EDF’s dual-wielding tank, comprised of thick armor and massive cannons at the expensive of maneuverability.

STAR WARS™ Battlefront
A game that, if nothing else, will force you to look at Star Wars again. But in Battlefront, the form of the game is defeated by stupid content and dances on his grave. Graphically fantastic, technically flawless, with a perfect atmosphere, yes, but the ever-receding euphoria reveals a simple and quite poor shooter in the core without any story.
But you would hardly find a nicer, more authentic and more atmospheric trip into the world of Star Wars.
Glittering ice crystals on the walls of the crooked corridors in a cave on the icy planet Hoth, the nostalgically familiar panorama of Tatooine, the emerald green of the forest moon Endor - all look as you remember it, as you know it, and the heart-pounding bell when conflict breaks out, He finds it difficult to dig into chains of words and sentences. A Star Wars lover will be ecstatic.

Obviously we’re going to compare this to the originals back in the day. Graphically, this is amazing. The experience is quite good, and it’s very immersive. But there are flaws that hold it back. Overall, I kind of want to say negative, just because the game is dead, and there’s lots of cheaters, but it really is a fun game.
Cons
1. No classes. It really feels like you’re playing the same class all the time. While you can switch up gear, most things feel nearly the same. Guns only have slight differences in stats, but they all feel basically the same. It goes pew pew and releases a red laser, either automatically or semi-automatically. There’s no sense of being a rocket guy, a sniper, a shotgunner, an engineer, etc. You are just running around with one of the many guns that feel the same.

Thick Air
Love it! I consider myself a pretty competent HOTAS pilot, but I find it impossible to win any race… Best position I’ve done is 5 of 8. I love a challenge and I can see many hours trying to master this. I would’ve happily paid 3 times more for it.

This game is still in the begining of the way, but obviously it has a good future. At least it is clearly getting better with updates. If before it was almost impossible for me to win the race, but now controls are pretty comfortable.
Graphics still has low fps on my machine, and the GUI should be polished, but the game has a good potential. It would be interesting to try it with the VR headset (I played on a normal monitor).

Vortex
Got this looking for a party game among friends. Its easy to pick up and tons of fun with 4 players. Once you learn to use the physics to bounce off walls you become much better at manuvering. the retro feels nice without being to much. best played with alteast three players, two can last a little long. mayhem and destruction for everyone. will be playing with friends alot more

I want to like this game. Visually, I dig what what I’ve seen. But…
And there’s a lot but…
As far as I’m concerned, in this day and age, it’s unforgivable to release any PC game like this without either a single player versus some sort of A.I. mode OR online multiplayer support for the intended experience. The local co-op-only support found in this game reeks of hobbyist game maker software, rendering the game completely worthless for 99% of the intended gaming audience. Really, who the Hell plays and enjoys local co-op? Anyone? I know four-year-olds who despise it. Unless I’m playing a turn-based retro coin-op like Defender or Pac Man, gimme my own effin' screen: I’m a big boy now wearing big boy pants … so get your grimey mitts off my stuff.
