Speed Mazing
I’m not sure how I stumbled across this game but its a really fun little party game. It kinda reminds of Micro Maniacs back on the PSX even though this doesn’t have weapons, or anything like that, it feels similar. You have to race against the clock to get to the finish square in 1 player. In local MP you are competing with other players to reach the finish square first.
The 1 player is essentially time trial across certain levels and unlocking Gold, Silver and Bronze achievement times.
The MP is local only but its a lot fun if you have people to play with. As with these types of games its reliant on playing with other people to get the most fun out of it but its great for short play bursts with friends if you have people to play with.

Says Shared Split screen….Lies. Says Remote Play Together….Lies can’t get it to work. Shows that you can add up to 6 people to play, but noone can join or “be assigned”. The game its self is actually a blast, reminds me of the Nintendo days sliding your thumb across A to run as fast as possible! Fix the split scree and remote play and I would give this 5 stars all day and a recommendation. Until then do not recommend if you want to play with family or friends.

Runbow
First of all, I must say. The colors are AMAZING. They add tons of life and flair into the game, plus add an extra challenge to throw you off track if you don’t play attention. The music is very catchy as all can be, and the controls are stunningly easy to use! The replay value is high, and the DLC adds to the fun! I recommend this to anyone who loves platforming and a fun challenge, because you’ll be playing this for a long while once you get the hang of it. 10/10

Runbow
Runbow is a 9 player party platformer action game which has some cut throat multiplayer battles. Does it race away to victory against its other competitors or gets sweeped across in its own colours, let’s find out:
Gameplay:
Runbow tasks you with a very simple job, run and reach the end before any of your friends do while trying not to fall down or get steam rolled in the way. Each game is pretty short too, lasting a minute or two. If you die One game that instantly came to mind while playing Runbow was Speedrunners. And it’s hard not to compare the two, both of them having similar gameplay and a similar type of target audience.

Action Henk
This is honestly one of the most amazing games I have ever played.
GAMEPLAY:
It’s a perfect example of how the principle “easy to learn, hard to master” should be implemented into a game. It only has a very limited amount of controls, only run, jump, reset (to start or checkpoint) and, in some levels, hook. That means you don’t have to remember much. Finishing the track at all isn’t hard at all (excluding the very last set of levels). But getting a time good enough to beat the gold medal (for beginners) or the rainbow medal (for more advanced players) gets very hard very soon. And even IF you manage to beat all normal tracks with the rainbow medal, defeat all your opponents in challenges and collect all the coins of the bonus levels in time, that doesn’t mean that the game doesn’t offer anything anymore. There is still an online multiplayer to play with friends or meet new ones. You can build your own tracks or play some of other members of the community. You can try to further improve your time on tracks to reduce your combined time of all tracks to get a better rank on the global leaderboard, or to get a top 10 time on a track, or maybe even a world record. Once you master all the little mechanics that might be hard to pull off, but save you alot of momentum and time when done correctly, you can spend countless hours grinding levels to get a better time. And when you think you got everything done, then someone finds a new mechanic, a new route or a skip, and it starts all over again.

As i have only put a few hours into it i have found that everything about this game is outstanding as long as your name isn’t nick.
1st off- the sound is outstanding. the different sound track alone make the game easy to play for hours
2nd - the levels at the end are alright, they could should be a little harder, after you play through them maybe 5 times there just no challenge left unless your name is nick
3rd - this game has a wonderful community and the dev’s are always willing to help you with any problem you might have and fix any glitches that you find. everyone is friendly and playful and as long as you are willing to put forth the effort it can be competitive unless you can’t take the fact that everyone is always striving to git gud then you better just stop with the main levels and build some for a while nick

Jumping Joe! - Friends Edition
Was a fun casual game even with friends.
However, there’s no twist when someone is just good than the others. He will always win.
Hope to see something new regarding that in the future.

Nippon Marathon
I´ll put it simple:
This might very well be the SURPRISE of 2018 and in my book is already a part of the Hall of Games of Couch Games alongside Towerfall and Duck Game.
Picture Micro Machines mechanics, except the mini cars are replaced by normal sized people that are not QUITE normal, like an old transvestite o an anthropomorphic dog (that somehow has become the new face of Indie Games in this book of mine I’m telling you about) ALL while competing to reach the Top in a obstacle course race in contemporary Japan.

Nippon Marathon is funny, wacky, strange, surreal, goofy, and everything you expected it to be if you have seen those funny, wacky, strange, surreal, and goofy Japanese TV shows that have a surprising number of international followers all over the globe. The game is currently in Early Access but will be coming out to full release in approximately 1 month, when the more fleshed out version of the game will be available to the public on multiple platforms.
