Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines
When someone mention this game, SOMEONE will install it. That lucky person is none other than me. How about the game you ask; and the answer is simple. It’s really, really bad. This game is made on source engine, which is undoubtedly one of the best and maybe the best engine at 2000’s. Half-Life 2 made on this engine. And Portal. And Team Fortress 2. You get the idea, if you are going to make a game with a gun - this engine is the golden choice.
But somehow and somewhat, Troika games blew it. The one and only purpose of this engine, which is developing first-person shooter game, and they really blew it all over. Just pick a gun and shoot something. It’s notoriously bad. When you minimize the game, the alpha layers of textures will be gone and all you left with black squares. It doesn’t have widescreen support. It doesn’t support higher resolutions. This game aged so bad that it stinks like a rotten cheese.

Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption
Pros..
1. Has a pretty solid story
2. great characters
3. has an amazing soundtrack
4. Doesn’t need to be modded in order to work like its counter part VTM Bloodlines
Cons.
1. Graphics are dated
2. Only allows 6 blood disciplines on your cast bar and you can’t key-bind your disciplines
3. The multiplayer doesn’t work and can’t even link up with friends through steam or even a LAN game.
4. Doesn’t have a steam workshop to fix bugs, add improved Graphics, or restore cut content.
5. Highly exploitable with being able to cast the discipline (awaken) on enemies to infinitely farm experience/gold which in turn makes the game insanely easy to play-through.

Short verdict: it will scratch your World of Darkness itch just as good as VtM: Bloodlines.
I played this game after completing Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines , which got me addicted to the World of Darkness mythos in the first place. And neither was I disappointed this time. In fact, I was surprised that this almost 20 years old game can perform so good and I can enjoy it so much.
Although the story is not as intricate as in some other RPGs and, in the single player mode, you can’t choose your clan, the story is quite interesting anyway. It’s a wonderful opportunity to participate in quests both in medieval Prague and Vienna, as well as in modern London and New York of the 1990’s. Redemption captures the World of Darkness spirit just as well as Bloodlines.

BloodLust Shadowhunter
After 115 hours of gameplay I decided that it is time to write a small review about a well made classic WOD game.
Story
In Bloodlust Shadowhunter you are playing a newborn fledgling woken up in the middle of some ruins. Having no idea about what has /is happening he starts seeking the meaning of his existence. Fortunately he got help by a voice that is talking and guiding him in the beginning.
Character
In the very first minutes you can select to be a male or female vampire or a dhampir (ok, dhampir sounds funny). A Dhampirs is half vampire, half human, that means he is a bit weaker as a regular vampire, but he also requires less blood and is more resistant to fire, light and silver.

BloodLust Shadowhunter is one of those rare games where the gameplay loop is so good it alleviates the flaws of which any other game would painfully suffer from. It has a very rough entrance, but after enduring the first 30 minutes or so, when the main flesh of the game becomes exposed, it turns into a very addictive dungeon crawler that will keep you entertained for a good stretch of your pathetic mortal existence. Never has a vampire game felt so addictive that I literally cursed the sun as it rose to greet a new day, knowing I had to abandon my current crawl and spend the day with that slug of a so-called step mother.

Vampyr
If someone says “Do you want to play a game as a vampire?” the answer should always be yes, but it should be especially true for Vampyr.
This is by far the best vampire game in existence. Maybe it doesn’t have the weird early 2000s sexiness of Blade or Underworld, but let’s be real, those are both pretty stupid. Instead of new-age vampires, this is old school. It takes place after WWI when the spanish flu is ravaging and killing people. DONTNOD cleverly uses the epidemic to mask but also discuss vampirism as a similar affliction. That means you can see a world ravaged by two epidemics, though most unknowing about the vampire problem.

Words cannot accurately describe my love for this game. The environments, the voice acting, THE BLOODY MUSIC, its all sublime!!! Feeling the weight of your every choice makes this game a must play and is one of my top 10 games of all time.
The only “negative” I could say is the combat is ehh, if you are only interested in the story, I would just stick to easy mode

Ashes of Immortality
Ashes of Immortality is a RPG maker game with an easy entry point
of satisfaction with some dispensarie flaws!
The graphics are pure kindling hot stepping gold!
The music is primed into a solitude effort!
You get a few side quests and some other milligrams transportation to use!
Now lets talk about the bad the bosses and enemies are copied rehash
novelty garbage disposals and its not recommended for that teensy bit!
But if you like a game and a challenging secret optional boss that gains you
the best reward ever then check this one out in customer-wise decisions

With just RPG Maker stock material this game manages to create more atmosphere and excellent storytelling as many triple A games do proving that you don’t need a big budget or high end technology to produce a good game. This is truly 16 bit classic JRPG magic.
Positives:
-
captivating story that ‘sucks’ you in, you want to continue playing to discover the story
-
well written dialogues
-
well chosen soundtrack
-
no grinding necessary (enemies are visible) but people who want to grind can choose to do so

BloodLust 2: Nemesis
I bought this game after finishing the first Bloodlust a few months ago and tried it right away then and honestly wasn’t impressed with it then. But it was (and is) early access and then I didn’t have time to play it again until day before yesterday. And while there are still a few things here and there that could use some polish, it was a night and day difference. The game is well worth the money I paid for it and the developer is actively involved in trying to make it a better game. He is active in the forums and pushing out updates and fixes often. He responds when people have issues. Which is really nice to see, in my opinion.

Only an hour in so take what I say with a grain of salt.
If you liked Bloodlust 1 you will like Bloodlust 2. Feels like the developer took what he had with BL1 and ran with it. A lot of the original complaints have been addressed, mainly the lack of character customization and graphics. They key to enjoying this game is to get it not expecting a AAA polished game. At its core this game is a dungeon crawler where you fight through dungeons to get loot so you can get deeper into the dungeons. At the moment the game is EA, and there are a few things that could use some polishing.

It’s a very decent game. A budget game definetely and not a triple A title, but it is the very top of budget games level.
The voice acting is exactly what you expect from a budget title, a very hilarious at times, but it keeps a decent level mostly.
The gameplay is a simple mix of beat’em up and top down shooter (depending on which character you play) with some small RPG enchancements like items and skills.
If you go to it open minded and close an eye to small bad things like clunky AI and sometimes annoying moments when you fall down and die, then you can get around 6 hours of fun arcade like mayhem. Also there the controls are not changeable (but I found them easy to learn and handle).
