Darkness Under My Bed

Darkness Under My Bed

It’s creepy and I love it. A great point&click horror experience. 10/10 score and 100% recommended to play if you like interesting and challenging cases/ problems and horror games.

The game has amazing puzzles to solve and a lot to think about. It makes you use your brain and doesn’t spoon-feed you the answers, so you have space to make your own theories. You need to be attentive and keep your eyes and mind open :) The style of the game is very interesting and it doesn’t look like anything I’ve played before, which is great. I am looking forward to playing new games from the same developer!

I went into this blindly, and after the intro I was like.. “whoa this is UNDERwhelming”

but then I played each mode in order till I got to the free exploration… and as I began to understand what this was about, well.. saying I was hooked is an understatement.

I played for about 4 hours and man, this game is like an onion.. layers and layers and layers and layers…

each ‘run’ is short, about 20 or so minutes at the most, but even if you think “oh I’ve done this before”, the game surprises you with a different outcome…

I truly love this game. I cannot wait to see more gameplay added! I have already gotten my money’s worth of this game. There are a few things i would like to say. There are the most glitches with multiplayer. I totally understand that it is Early-Access. But i feel that these bugs should be noticed. Many times the computers/generators do not work even when the time limit is up. In the forest and police station, sometimes the doors dont open, but if you walk up to them, they will let you out. I also feel like the forest map is being over-played.

FUN FUN FUN!!! This game is so much fun! I want to see a whole lot more players because I want to play multiplayer with everyone! Goodness there is nothing like playing with friends or even random folks, especially as the animatronic.

For the multiplayer, the small bugs I’ve ever seen are very minor, which is amazing for an early access game. There’s some optimization issues, especially on the forest, that I’m sure will be worked out. The animatronic designs are absolutely beautiful, the maps are detailed and well laid out (I do hope that someday there is a “You are here” for the map because I get lost if I’m running away, my ONLY nit pick). I love the powers for both the animatronics and the survivors and it’s well balanced already. Something even better, you can customize and emote as the characters, allows for some fun shenanigans with other players.

Five Nights at Freddy’s

Five Nights at Freddy’s

This game saved my life.

I am 41.

My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and adopted our son together. They are now both 4 years old.

When we were going through our separation, I found myself lost and miserable. I was self destructive. I got so mad one day from everything spiraling out of my control that I punched some concrete in a moment of overwhelming emotion. That caused me to break my 5th metacarpal in my right hand… my working hand… my games hand.. the hand that I held and carried my children to bed with.. The hand I desperately needed to make sure I could continue to provide.

Hello, hello? Uh, I wanted to record a message for you to help you get settled in on your first night. Um, I actually worked in that office before you. I’m finishing up my last week now, as a matter of fact. So, I know it can be a bit overwhelming, but I’m here to tell you there’s nothing to worry about. Uh, you’ll do fine. So, let’s just focus on getting you through your first week. Okay?

Uh, let’s see, first there’s an introductory greeting from the company that I’m supposed to read. Uh, it’s kind of a legal thing, you know. Um, “Welcome to Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. A magical place for kids and grown-ups alike, where fantasy and fun come to life. Fazbear Entertainment is not responsible for damage to property or person. Upon discovering that damage or death has occurred, a missing person report will be filed within 90 days, or as soon property and premises have been thoroughly cleaned and bleached, and the carpets have been replaced.”

Shutter 2

Such a fun addition to the Survival Horror genre. Great atmosphere and fun but challenging puzzles. Get it if you are a fan of the genre!

Real player with 17.5 hrs in game

Its rock hard and you WILL struggle to progress but the reward of finding your way through from clues and gut feeling alone rather than signposted objectives really makes this unique, its atmosphere is probably spookier than its cast of ghosts, the plot has thickened since shutter and now your drone is outfitted and equipped with the latest in ghost detecting and busting technology, frequent updates and support from the developer make it hard not to recommend this as a fan niche indie Horror games. If you think it might not be for you try it and refund it if you don’t like it but at least try it

IDIOTIC (The Game)

IDIOTIC (The Game)

IDIOTIC is a fast-paced singleplayer FPS where you can switch between alternate dimensions at will. Wreak chaos and improve your character as you move at break-neck speed.

–—-

Switch between alternate dimensions at will

As you are torn between the fractures of reality, you can switch between The Top and The Alt.

The Top has your “normal” reality with flying, deadly robots and people in suits trying to kill you, but also has the rewards and objectives. The Alt is a darker, deadlier version of the top with corrupted zombies and the Neon Stringler trying to kill you, but you can regain health and reposition from The Top there. Use them both to achieve your goals.

Wallrun, double jump and slide around in procedural levels

Every gamemode requires the need to use your advanced movement and your dimension switching abilities. Raid the ever changing city and cause chaos. But if you’re not fast enough, you’ll find chaos upon you too!

Use either a gun or a melee weapon

Each are fit for a different playstyle, with their own Temporary Boosts you can find across the map. Bonk/shoot your enemies to death!

Buy permanent boosts with the coins you find

In every combat gamemode you can find coins as a reward, either for your speed or ability to survive long enough. Use them to buy permanent boosts and improve your chances of survival.

#### To summaries, IDIOTIC has:

  • Alternate dimensions (only one is called The Alt though)

  • Stupid Weapons

  • Fun movement

  • High pace

  • Low IQ

Made by a noob solo developer that tries his hardest.

He requests to be transferred to Saint George, the city with the highest population of monsters in the country. Despite his desire to do good, he’s not exactly welcomed with open arms. Underfunded, understaffed and not exactly welcoming of humans, Christopher really struggles to even officially claim his job.

TLDR:

Monstrous Lovers is a supernatural geared visual novel with four love interests. The game comprises of a variety of choices and a clear benchmark where the player will know which route they have entered. Each character has a good and bad ending, which you get is pretty clear despite not being explicitly stated as such. The characters are enjoyable to interact with each having their own distinct traits and personality. Explicit content is limited to about two to three sentences without a CG so if that’s what you’re looking for this won’t provide that.

The Hero of Bangaona

The Hero of Bangaona

The Hero of Bangaona is a template flip from Anamik Majumdar, who keeps reskinning the same lame GameMaker Studio game templates and re-releasing it on Steam with a few minor changes. The GameMaker Studio templates he keeps re-releasing are just basic retro pixel (couldn’t he rip off a template with proper graphics??) 2D top down/platformer stealth/action games. Here’s some other results of his copy+paste school of “game development”:

  • Haunted Jail: Alcatas

  • Ghost in the Barn House
