Simple platformer for kids and adults. The game is quite short and it’s easy to finish. If you have children at home, they can play too.

This plays a lot like an old SNES RPG called Metal Max Returns, but you have golems instead of tanks. It also has different options for the the golems like the items that grant access to certain skills. Instead of needing a more powerful engine, you need a more powerful core that can handle more energy (“Edea”) but the upgrades you apply come at a cost to the Edea levels (which also serve as your HP), so there’s a limit to how strong you can make your golem depending on the core you put into it.

On rails shooter + good graphics - a bit slow = Narrative experience in futuristic world. Avoid obstacles and collect crystals. Could use more enemies or obstacles to shoot.

Lots of fun in a retro way. Maybe too basic for some people - has 90s arcade look - but I liked it, simple gameplay with just the mouse. Some of the levels are quite challenging. Well worth a try for a free game!

Charming art style, really cool playability, nice music, decent little enemies =) excellent, thanks for the free play, will be playing more. For some reason the baddy kinda reminded me of portal or similar with the humorous posters

Neeron: The Blade of Nature

The sheer beauty of this game will be lost on many. The idea of a bear, who is a nature guy, fighting against robots, who are not nature guys is truly awe inspiring and says a lot about our society.

Tbh this must have taken a lot of effort tho so good job :)

Whacked out camera controls can’t figure out what direction I am facing. no options you can tweak.

good thing it was free, Stream should be vetting crap like this.

Added:

Recently tweaked my settings and it is still whacked with the controls, found land that you fall through, also ended up in a body of water that I could not get out of, and you don’t drowned. Very very very badly made game. Uninstalling because the game is more annoying then fun

I bought this on sale for $7.49 USD during the Steam Winter Sale 2019. I pulled the trigger because of all the positive reviews. It seemed that this game had something original for the shooter genre and it was not just another wave shooter.

While I do recommend this game, I am a bit disappointed with the overall lack of polish this game has. I experienced several bugs during my short playthrough. The game took me about 3 hours to finish, but that was mostly because of said bugs. It does have full locomotion & snap turning as well as a comfort & teleportation option.

A super fun and quirky game, love the concept and the execution. I would say this is a must buy VR game as it’s something that is entirely unique and an incredibly satisfying experience.

The setting is robot sky pirates and it gives me a strong Bioshock Infinite vibe whenever I play it, which I love.

The only problem I have is that there’s no smooth turning option or way to change movement from headset direction to controller direction at the moment, but that’s just personal preference.

Well worth the price ^^

Though the game was really short, I really appreciated playing it. The story, the puzzles and the art were really great and entertaining. I was invested in it and it was really fun.

The downsides were the wonky translations and the fact that I had a hard time to click into certain places (which was a minor issue) but besides that, it was all good!

Augmented Future

Augmented Future

The concept was intriguing, but I didn’t like the pseudo real-time combat. The timers are way too fast: there’s almost no time to click (much less think).

The interface is clunky: lots of waiting for text or buttons to load, for instance. I did play around with the settings and improved the speed as best I could, but waiting for components to load in such a minimalistic interface just feels bad.

There were also some basic bugs, like superimposed buttons.

Bottom line for me: if I’m going to play a game that ditches graphics for the sake of gameplay, I want the interface to be very good, and not something I feel like I’m fighting.
