International Tennis Open
This game was originally released on CDi, Mac, and PC formats in the mid-1990s.
You can choose one of 9 nations to represent in this game. You also get to play singles against a wide variety of opponents by choosing practice mode, quick match, or tournament. Practice your tennis skills first, then move onto a quick match which allows you to select your opponent (pick one of 4 fictional players) and the type of court surface (concrete, grass, clay). Finally move onto tournament mode where you can select a host city from around the world and start playing from the quarter-finals onto the final!
The action is viewed from a 3rd-person perspective, and the in-game graphics are 2D rotoscoped-animated sprites.
Original reviews of the game stated –
PC Gamer – ‘But even with all its multimedia flash, International Tennis Open is first and foremost a fast-paced, challenging sports sim and a solid computer game, rivalled only by 1992’s Jimmy Connors' Pro Tennis Tour. It’s a shining example of what multimedia entertainment should be.’
PC Joker – ‘It is not for nothing that the version for the CD-i was awarded as the best European multimedia entertainment product - it is not for nothing that the International Tennis Open is now also at the top of the world rankings on the PC!’

Why Chicken? Why?
(bata tester) Dope game! The frogs try and screw with the chicken… must be jealous they can’t be the protagonist of this game. still have to beat the game on steam and without cheating. I have only successfully saved the baby chick and it wasn’t on steam so I need to focus and save that sucker so I can get the “Family” Achievement. Almost there I’ve got 10 of 16 Achievements.

A very fun game.
It’s a challenging platformer, that doesn’t alow you to jump, and you have to rely on ball physics to do any tricks.
Roll around, dodging obstacles, and beat the stage as fast as you can. It becomes adicting to beat a stage very fast, especially when you notice speedrun tactics by yourself, and you get a pretty good time.
Depending on your skill, this game can take anywhere from 2-15+ hours to beat.(first time playthrough that is)
But if this game gets enough people to play it, the custom levels will also add even MORE hours to it.

Anivenge
I absolutely LOVE the creativity of this indie developer with their first Steam title here..
It’s got enough of a twist from Frogger to be its own game, and at moments it can be very exciting to play!
My gripe is with the actual engine used to make this game, not with the developer. I’ve felt this way for many years.. and every time I play an action arcade 2D game made with Unity, I always tend to hate the “floaty” controls. I just don’t think Unity as good at these kinda games, and I can’t fault the developer for that. I’d love to see this game game made in Godot or GameMaker as I feel this same game with same mechanics would just be a much better game overall.

ASKE
Inspired by Quake, Hexen, Doom, Unreal and many other classics of the genre, ASKE brings back the fast-paced action and the feelings that you had back in the ’90s while shooting and slashing pixelated enemies in a wide collection of scenarios.
Far away, near death
Explore the unique locations of Aske, a hostile planet inhabited by a variety of bloody creatures such as the cleaver-armed Skeanners, the parasite-infected Headnails, the erratic Meatballs, among other living beings and environmental threats.
They shall pay with blood
A whole weapon loadout is at your disposal to make sure every corner is covered with the remains of your foes, turn the corpses of your enemies into gib pieces and delight yourself with a bloodbath while wielding melee weapons, firearms and even exotic tech weapons like the plasma gun.
The last echo from humanity
Get wrapped up in the industrial atmosphere of Romain Rope’s abstract compositions and feel the oppressing ambience of a long forgotten planet.
Trve retro experience
Enhance the nostalgia with retro mode, a carefully crafted optional setting that emulates the graphic limitations of game engines from the past era.
Axe Girl
Overall a pretty solid platformer. Great boss design, honestly. I wish there was a boss rush mode in the game. Very visually appealing artwork, and a very catchy soundtrack. Only major complaint that I’d have is the difficulty spike in the second to last level is pretty steep, only to fall off significantly come the final level.

Axe Girl is a steam videogame featuring a rush of relief drowned with a classic twist of monologue that drives the player insane…a simple tone of sincerity finish feeding great level design that digs another can of hesitated tentative wrinkles of oozy bubble worlds that stood the trip well…contentedly devouring boss battles surprising gentleness wiped with greatly entertainment trek into fashion i give this game a 10/10 a garnish bold of treatment into a bitter glass axe bottle of arrangement and skills really recommended love the burrito master!!!

Shisensho Solitaire
I received a free key for this game but I wasn’t expecting much and was blown away by the game.
This is not the usual type of Mahjong. Rather it uses Mahjong tiles to create a puzzle. The player needs to remove tiles in pairs, but only if they are on the same side or next to each other. These are randomly created puzzles that you can choose “solvable” or “random” depending on your style of play. Also there are 3 different sizes of boards from small to large. And different modes of play: Casual (includes hints), Regular (no hints), Time Attack, Mini-Game. There are Leaderboards to encourage you to try to beat your last best time and inch up the boards.

Simple, pleasant and fun, a darn good casual game.
It comes with several modes of play, standard, casual, timed and quick I believe, and all are fun to accomplish.
The game offers night mode, with a dimmer screen, and two sets of pieces for those who would prefer something other than the mah jong symbols.
There are plenty of achievements for those who like them, as well.
Perhaps most notable is the music, seven delightful tunes that float in the background nicely.
No hesitation of giving this one two thumbs up. It’s simple fun, but sometimes that is what I am looking for. This one does that perfectly.

Love it!
The smooth movement this game offers got me really hooked. Co-Op mode is super fun and offers a nice variety of levels which make great use of the dash mechanic. I also enjoyed the singleplayer mode, great place to practice your dash skills and hunt for highscores :D Lovin' the pixel art and music too!

I had lot of fun playing this game so far! Its dashing mechanic is simple to learn but really fun to master! You’ll want to try over and over to beat that stage in the best way possible.
If you’re looking for some good local co-op game to play with your friends and family, look no further!

Hazmat Hijinks: Total Meltdown
I can’t recommend this game enough, it’s amazing! The dev managed to combine the feelings of both Super Mario World and Old School Puzzle Games (such as Chip’s Challenge and Sokoban) into one amazing package, at this price its a steal and you’d be insane not to grab it. The main levels are fun as all hell and then the secrets, the secrets, this game is just jam packed with them, if you like a good puzzle with lots more to find under the surface, Hazmat Hijinks is your game.

I was looking for a mac-friendly Chip’s Challenge alternative, and this game definitely delivered. I’m about 10 hours in and I think the puzzles, graphics, story, and sound are all great. My only criticism is that some of the “tricks” feel impossible to figure out on your own… I have relied a lot on the let’s play that’s linked from the game’s website. I wish I could have figured out some of these puzzles on my own but would try a level a dozen or more times and never be able to figure the answer out because it’s a brand new function within the game. With that said, the let’s play is interesting to watch to get some additional background information from the creator, and there’s a really cute PDF manual you can download too. Overall, I do think it’s great, and very much worth the price.

Pixel Cup Soccer - Ultimate Edition
I can see how this game shows quite some good potential for growth. I wasn’t aware that there was a whole Pixel Cup franchise, but it seems my time will be rather appropiately spent with this one as it looks like a considerable better development than the before editions.
Looking forward to those new features!

The good:
-Beautiful pixel graphics
-Plenty of competitions, teams, stadiums and more to choose from
-Good sound design
-Fun gameplay, easy to understand and get into
-Basic and good controls
The bad:
-Kick offs are a bit broken, if you align your kick off kick to the middle and shoot at max power, there’s a 90% chance your shot is going to be a goal, weirdly enough, this seems to work better at some stadiums than on others
-AI for defenders is a bit bad, sometimes all your defenders will go up to attack and leave the defense empty for no reason
