This game needs serious work! The atmosphere is quite ok, but the graphics are dull and uneventful. So is the time you spend playing - you sometimes see an undefined creature watching you, but it doesn’t really pose a thread.

The only thing you can do: run around and collect stuff. And sometimes the stuff you find can’t even be taken. The only deadly thing about this forest is dead by boredom.

If my own horror-novel becomes this boring, please shoot me…

[NETABOKU -A robot girl changes my life as a bedridden boy-]

Thank you for watching NETABOKU!

This game was modeled after the avatar robot cafe, and I made it with the people who actually worked there. A bedridden young man meets an android girl and discovers the meaning of his life in this sci-fi romantic adventure game.

The genre of this game is a visual novel.

I hope that 20 years from now, technology will have made the impossible possible, and you will be able to live freely even if you are bedridden, and I hope that 20 years from now, we will see further advances in real-world technology and events like this one come to fruition, and I hope that the players will feel a sense of hope for the future as well!

*Live play and video submissions on distribution sites are welcome. However, please do so within the bounds of common sense.

Prognostic

A very well made for being in early access game, can’t wait to see how the story ends.

Love the supernatural mixed with detective work with a hint of phycological horror in the background, and a few jump scare from time to time.

Good:

Good Graphics

Good amount of content/playtime (10 cases, 1/days, about 5 h gameplay)

Great Mini games to figure things out!

Good mix between phycological horror and jump scares

Interesting storyline

As a disclosure, I requested this key through Keymailer and was granted it, so I wasn’t sought out by the developer directly.

I do recommend the game as it stands currently, at least to try out.

I’ve played through the content that’s available now.

I understand that the current content isn’t that replayable, as the cases aren’t random, but I got about 4 hours of good playtime out of it. Over the course of that time,

I found the mechanics mostly intuitive, and only had a small bit of trouble with the initial use of one form of divination. After the initial use, it was much easier to understand.

Having trouble with this game. i downloaded it an played it an it is a good vr game, good movement, good graphics, pretty scary for a free game that takes like 20 mins to beat. BUT for some reason it will not stop running for me (which is why i have like 40 hours of game play) im not very tech savvy when it comes to computers an i tried uninstalling an it wont do anything and wont let me update steam until i close it someone help lol i have no idea what to do it just keeps saying its running even though ill go into task manager an forcefully close it an when i go into my files to delete it, it says i cant because its still open an when i go into steam library an click on stop it just doesn’t do anything. any advice?

Despite the game’s being very simplistic and short, I liked the overall experience. Also, there are some bonus points for solo development and giving the game away for free.

The game was scary enough without any jumpscares and that’s a good thing. On the other hand, I believe that most of the times i’d felt scared because it wasn’t unclear for me what to do in terms of game mechanics. When you don’t know what to expect from the game, it might be scary for sure. Well, anyway, if it scares then it scares. It probably might be a viable strategy: to fuck with player’s controls and overall mechanics' perception/expectation.

I’m not sure what ‘The Tau Ceti Terminus’ was trying to do, but it is clearly not ready to publish. You start off in a ship with something broke. It doesn’t tell you what, it doesn’t tell you how to fix it and it doesn’t give any indication of where your £15.49 has gone. All I do know for sure is that this game, or app or whatever it is needs some serious work before it is worth even a fraction of its current price. Until this game gets some clues as to what to do and way more spit and polish I suggest you stay well clear of it. I will be getting a refund for now, but maybe it will grow with time.

Maybe spoilers? I guess. Don’t read if you don’t wanna risk it!

I wanted to love you baby, I needed to love you but you took my heart and you smashed it. Defending yourself with a security app against alien invaders? mmmm. A well fleshed out house with a secret bunker? mmmmmmmmmmmmMMM. Discovering that your son has some kind of weird, loud, sensual relationship with glowing goo all over his room!? MMMMMMMM! Time/action based triggers required to progress the game…Well now you fucking lost me.

Anton Cornwell lives with his family on their ranch in the agricultural district of northern California. Your neighbors have been reporting strange occurrences around the area for months.  One day you awaken to find your crops affected by an unusual goo; the same goo that other farmers have reported tainting their harvest. That evening your family leaves to go to town for a while, so you decide to utilize the time to examine a sample of the weird substance you took and placed in your study earlier in the day. As you’re sitting at your desk examining the goo-covered corn, a blinding light suddenly shines through the French doors.  At first you think it’s just your family returning. Just as fast as it appeared, the entity zips away into the night skies and you realize you are no longer alone.

https://store.steampowered.com/app/914010/Train_Station_Renovation/

Welcome to the Prologue version of the Chernobyl Liquidators Simulator.

Make your first steps as liquidators in the grim reality of Chernobyl right after the catastrophe happened. Witness the first moments and be the first to react to the tragedy. Help people, save lives, fight the disaster!

The Chernobyl Liquidators were the civil and military personnel who were conscripted to deal with consequences of the 1986 Chernobyl nuclear disaster.

Chernobyl Liquidators Simulator is a realistic take on the disaster, where you will NOT fight mutants and monsters, instead work hard to contain the radiation, help the people and conspire with the government.

FIX THE DISASTER

Enter hell on earth and partake in the clean up operation and stop the immediate and long term threats of the chernobyl nuclear reactor disaster.

MAKE CHOICES

The clean up was full of tough choices for the liquidators, from uprooting people from their homes to killing innocent animals. Your decisions will matter - will you blindly follow orders or disobey and listen to your heart?

FIND OUT THE TRUTH

Was the risk necessary? What is the long term effect of working in ground zero of a nuclear explosion? When will the area be safe? Is the government telling the truth or protecting themselves? Why? Piece by piece put together the puzzle of one of the greatest disasters and conspiracies in the history of mankind.

FULL VERSION OF CHERNOBYL LIQUIDATORS SIMULATOR WILL LET YOU:

  • Play as different liquidators and experience the chaos from their perspectives

Hardware for this review: Valve Index, RTX 3080, i9, 64 GB RAM

The developers had a long hard road to go here and that is why there are some really bad reviews here.

As the game was released it really had flaws like lacking of optimization, dropping frames and crashes. Yes, even I was unable to play the game, but I sticked to it and gave them the chance to do better as the devs were always honest about the progress and the state of the game.

That said I just can tell you about HINGE performing on my system.

CONTAINS SPOILERS!

Played on a 2019 gaming laptop with an i7-9750H processor, 16 GB of RAM and a nVidia GeForce RTX 2060 card. Windows 10. 38 hours of playtime. 3 full playthroughs.

The Good:

This is one of the few Lovecraftian VR games ever created, so, it definitely deserves a chance if you’re a Lovecraft and Cthulhu Mythos fan such as myself.

The game ran perfectly fine on my system. There were a few hiccups here and there when the game had to load a certain big area (Main Hall with Elevators) but it was probably due to my laptop not being a beast of a system. So, no complaints there whatsoever.

First of all, it’s a great game. Story was wonderful, and graphics were epic. You need to improve game/system optimization and add sprint maybe :) Game map is little bit confusing. However, great job and I’m looking forward to the next game.

I thought this game was very good. I enjoyed the story. it is a short game it only took about 3 hours to complete. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for something small to play and who loves puzzle/story games. Some parts were calm/peaceful and others had a little suspense. I really enjoy the main characters voice it was somewhat relaxing in a way. Great job to the creators. The graphics were beautiful.
