Little drift

Little drift

TLDR; Overpriced, little content, keyboard only, not worth your time or money.

There’s really very little to this game, you select one of several available cars, and you take it out on one of 4 available tracks to race against your own best time. Customization for the cars are merely by general appearance, you have a few different options, and 3 out of 4 tracks are locked to begin with.

The game requires you to use your keyboard and there are no explanation as to how to play, or the best way to engage the drift system, which earns you more points/coins that are used to buy the other 11 cars available aside from the one you start with. As far as I can tell, there’s accelerate, brake, left, right, and boost keys, and that’s the extent of your controls.

At least Digital Homicide put more effort and care into the utter trash they flooded Steam with six years ago.

Vitok couldn’t give two bucks with a duct taped F on the bucks about what he is spewing onto Steam at $19 price tags.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ngbLnzxGLTM

Just more lazy, zero effort trash that wouldn’t be worth playing if it was free, much less with a fee.

  • yawns *

NOT RECOMMENDED. If anyone gives you a key or gifts you this game, UNFRIEND AND BLOCK THEM IMMEDIATELY!

Zero Score for the Zero effort and Zero care put into this total trash game.

Gear.Club Unlimited 2 - Ultimate Edition

The best racing game from the nfs highstakes and unlished.

Thank you for such great emotions and titanic work to make the best product for last 10 years!!

For anyone that enjoys Gear.Club on the switch this is a must buy. I have over 300 hours played on the switch version and this is just as fun as the first time I played it. The graphics are stunning, the load times are seconds and the game handles slightly less twitchier that on the switch. 9/10 for me. Would have been 10 if you could message your clan to try to give your team tips or just for a bit of fun. Keep up the great work and lets have some fun

HOT WHEELS UNLEASHED™

HOT WHEELS UNLEASHED™

Love the game, but it has some flaws. Purchased for myself and my 5 year son that loves hot wheels. He waited months for the game to come out, in pure excitement that his favorite hot wheels cars where in such an exciting racing game. All he wanted was the DeLorean from Back to the Future. Between the two of us, we beat every race and boss, and earned that DeLorean. As my little dude was admiring the car in his collection - he went to add it to his favorites and instead hits the wrong button and POOF! Car is gone.

Real player with 221.1 hrs in game

The game is great, perphaps the best Hotwheels game ever produced, with fun gameplay, dozens of cars, a very advaced track editor and a decent challenge (Provided you set the game to hard instead of normal or extreme).

However as other have said the price is nuts, I collect batmobiles and I can tell you that this isn’t worth it, not only does the ultimate edition not include everything, this is the second game that I know of that has DLC for the DLC.

What do I mean? Ok, see that season pass? if you buy it you will have part of the content of it locked, especifically the villain cars which are sold separately, also just because you have the season pass and the villains DLC it doesn’t mean that you get the cars, they only become available to unlock in the season pass and grinding for them takes forever.

Vector Race

Vector Race

This game has potential but it’s just not there yet.

Pros:

  • I like the cartoon vehicle graphics, as it is a nice break from all the fancy animated graphics.

  • I like the line-art environment concept.

  • I like the contrast between the dark background and the line art used for the buildings/environment

  • Handling is VERY arcade-like. Not realistic, however easy to handle and maneuver. It feels a bit sluggish in responsiveness

but but you get used to it.

Cons:

  • $18.99? Really? Biggest con is that this costs more than $1. If you can get it for $1 or less, it’s ok. Otherwise it is WAY overpriced due to it having such a serious lack of features.

Vector Race is a Unity asset flip from Kedexa. They’ve taken a basic racing game tutorial/template, mucked around with the graphics so it’s just the vectors showing, then dumped it on Steam and into game bundles as a cash grab. One quick look at Kedexa’s catalogue on Steam shows a full gamut of asset store flips and reskins.

Asset flips don’t involve any professional game development, and are an insult to both PC gamers and to professional game developers who dedicate themselves to producing real, high quality PC games. Asset flips like this are harmful to the gaming industry and to Steam because they reduce the visibility that genuinely made indie games should have.

FutuSim

FutuSim

FutuSim is a futuristic racing game with sim physics.

You take part in racing event somewhere on the Earth in optimistic future.

Briefly, it is a car simulator with futuristic cars and tracks.

Warning! Driving is hard:

Driving the car is difficult, it is better to try slow first. Otherwise, the game will throw you out of the track, accompanied by loud “boooom!” and vibration on the gamepad, on collision.

I warned you :)

Input Devices:

You can control it from the gamepad (best case), the mouse (left-right: turn, LMB/RMB: throttle/brake) and using the keyboard (WASD, up/down/left/right). Using a keyboard is extremely inconvenient, but you can try. The game has been tested mainly on an Xbox One gamepad.

Gamepad control:

For smooth steering, I used “diagonal steering”. Please pay attention for the second video for details. It is much more convenient than the straight left-right stick steering (for me). I will add control settings later. When ABS or Traction Control is on, you will feel a light vibration on the gamepad.

About vehicle:

There is only one car here - a futuristic sports car. The car has quite a lot of power (1200 hp at 1120 kg., Electric, four-wheel drive on the motor to the wheel). The car has its own “durability threshold”, over 40g (head-on collision 30 km/h) - the car will shut down, the screen will blur, you will see the message “Let’s try again ;)”.

The vehicle was modelled in Blender 3d.

About track:

The track in a futuristic city. Randomly scattered cubes with different scales are buildings :)

Development tools:

Unreal Engine 4.22 - 4.26 (C++ and BP scripting), Blender 3d, Krita.

Later this game will have:

  • Multiplayer.

  • Replays.

  • More cars.

  • More tracks.

  • Story and progress.

  • Bots for local game.

Have fun!

And give feedback ;)

the creator is the most wholesome person ive never met banging classics such as Jumping Platform Minigame and FPS Robot Attack Minigame (a person favourite of mine). But nothing can complete to the sheer adrenaline roller-coaster that is Karting Grand Prix Minigame. This game is the reason my grades are dropping. Is it worth it? Yes; yes it is.
