World War Academy: COMMANDER 1

World War Academy: COMMANDER 1

Destroy each other’s main base and win. Or kill enough enemy NPCs or players to reduce the camp’s resource value to 0 to win.(CS + WOW AV)

The game has a single training mode, there are user-defined multiplayer combat mode. There is also a dedicated server mode. At present, it is a better choice to train alone or find your friends to play online. Several friends can play with each other.

If online, it is recommended to use friend game mode, but this does not support joining midway.

Specimen 13

Specimen 13

This game, to say the least, is very good! I haven’t got many hours on it but from my experience its very enjoyable with friends and quite hard for me going in solo.

Give this game a go!

7/10

Pretty good. At first it seems impossible to win against the AI specimen, but once you figure out the game it is quite good.

Still some bugs though, especially with mouse focus and not being able to attack as the specimen, but not game braking as it could be fixed inside of the game. Lobby systems quite good, but maybe be able to rematch when it’s done, I don’t want to invite my friends every time.

Cardiac Unrest

This game gave me cardiac arrest.

Was frustrating for me at first getting use to the 3rd person movements but really got into this game. Turned out to be a really good. 13 tries and finally beat it. Hope there’s more coming from this developer. I suggest playing the game before watching my walk through to avoid spoilers but here it is when you’re ready https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G4HICxGdQgk

Dynamite Jack

Dynamite Jack

Dynamite Jack is a nice, albeit rather short, Bomberman-style game.

Personally, I really enjoyed playing through the campaign: most maps are indeed quite easy, but if you want the experience to be more challenging you can just decide to try and get all the secondary objectives on you first try, instead of coming back to collect them one at a time.

This, opposed to just going for the exit, does make the game more rewarding but doesn’t really increase its longevity: you will probably get to 100% completion in about 7-8 hours tops.

A good game, kinda reminiscent of the old Bomberman on Sinclair ZX Spectrum.

Place bombs, collect codes to doors, hide in shadows and/or start ultra mayhem blast chaos!

I didn´t expect much and the game surprised me. Game mechanics are fine. Sometimes there are even puzzles with more than one solution, because you can bomb your own way forward (i mean, literally - you make path in terrain with your bombs). Even though I suffered frustration, I blame my fat clumsy fingers more than the game itself.

Wonhon: Prologue

Wonhon: Prologue

Like stealth games? Try this.

–-

You play a vengeful spirit that’s been allowed to return. It plays out as an isometric puzzle game that requires a tactical approach. The only way you can fight is to possess the bodies of your enemies, but you have limited spirit energy to maintain either possession or a ghost form that lets you move through objects. If you get spotted in your fragile reanimated human body, you die quickly.

This was the first teaser demo and they’ve also released a longer demo with a few more missions (and additional story). The full game launches July 2021.

Feels awesome. Can’t wait to see more.

Perhaps more camera controls like (zooming/panning) wouldn’t hurt.

What I really hope to see in the final release is fast saves/load anytime and insanely hard levels.

Really great works folks!

After playing for a little over an hour, I can note a few points!

  • Nice graphics

  • A game about sports, not violence

  • Also, in the pluses, you can note the authors' statement about the appearance of major updates

-At the time of release, the game is played in about 2 hours, taking into account restarts

-Perhaps the price is too high, but if everything is as the developer describes and a collection of several games is waiting for us, then the price tag is very worthy

And so quite an interesting game, like Hotline Miami, but only about sports!

The Dark Stares Back

The Dark Stares Back

This man’s cabinets are as empty as my soul.

Its a game about navigating throughout your house while dodging 7 murderous bird cultists for a certain amount of time. Basic but I found it fun, even though I’m a baby when it comes to horror games. The hunter was my bane the entire time I played as I kept retracing my steps and died several times. I don’t know if this was intentional or not, but you can’t pause mid game as far as I know; would really like one!

Other than that I enjoyed my time with this game and I look forward to any future games this developer has in store!
