Blocksplode is a casual physics based puzzle game, place your dynamite in a strategic place and watch the destruction unfold. The more blocks end up under water the higher your score. You can play the single player campaign by yourself or play multiplayer with friends. An editor is included.

It’s enjoyable for playing a few levels at a time. There are a lot of levels and because the game keeps track of your best scores you could go back and improve your scores once you have a better understanding of the game physiscs.

Sunshine Heavy Industries

Sunshine Heavy Industries

Sunshine Heavy Industries is a puzzle game about building spaceships for a cast of colourful clients.

It starts off very easy but as you go along you unlock more parts and customers have more specific demands, the challenge is trying to meet those requirements (such as enough Thrust, Firepower, Cargo space and so on) whilst also coming in under budget, after all this is a business! (Although a few extra fins and a horn couldn’t hurt, right?)

It’s a very chill relaxing game with some nice music and a cast of fun characters who are always a delight to talk to, there’s some real good witty dialogue at times.

In the not-so-grim darkness of the future you are a newly employed spaceship designer building spaceships with about as much attention to detail as you would expect to be put into a custom pepperoni pizza.

All the characters are cute, funny and preposterously naive considering how often they must face their own mortality (judging by the size of the arsenals you staple on to the sides of ships).

The game is well paced and gradually increases its complexity.

The puzzles are tricky to do well, but are easy to complete, so players probably will not experience failure or be prevented from advancing the game.

Block Machine

Block Machine

Block Machine is a difficult yet poorly explained programming puzzle that combines the joy of doing homework for computer science class with the eerie satisfaction of toying around with Redstone in Minecraft.

In Block Machine, you build machines from blocks (who would have guessed!) to solve a variety of programming tasks. Block Machine’s programming model is unique: Blocks are both code and data, and all computation happens in parallel. Von Neumann would have loved this.

15+ Different Block Types to Explore

How many different ways can you find to use the basic arrow blocks? Or maybe you fancy the charged battery blocks? Wrap your head around the different capabilities and use them to build the smallest and fastest Block Machine.

25+ Challenging levels, ranging from HARD to REALLY HARD

Solve difficult programming puzzles in this Turing tarpit. Can you beat the global highscore in any of the three categories?

A Sandbox mode to mess around to your heart’s content

Build that 1000 block machine your dreamt about last night. Or don’t. It’s a sandbox!

Electrify

Electrify

This game is still in earliest of access, but doesn’t say so - Version 0.1 when you boot it up.

Essentially broken - experienced many crashes.

It’s very unstable, crashing when saving components.

The interface is very difficult to use and poorly explained.

Moving/deleting components clunky of fails often

Bugs where circuits gave wrong answer or moved inputs and outputs.

Stores circuits as truth tables in json - so you can’t edit previous components you’ve made. And very slow to save components with more than 8-10 inputs or outputs, and then makes megabyte sized text files.

Stratup screen says: “ALPHA VERSION, EVERYTHING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE”

Where is it written on the store page it’s an alpha??

Could be fine/interesting, but, unfortunately, it’s really an alpha, it’s very unpolished

I thank the developer for their response to solve the problem. You can now finish the game without problems, but the game needs a lot of updates since it is in the early access system,

But I am sure the developer has a lot of great ideas awaiting updates

Kick it, Bunny!

Kick it, Bunny!

The first impression upon entering this game is that of being on vacation, beautiful beaches, fine sand, deck chairs for sunbathing, green lawns with flowers, and crystal clear waters.

Everything is well reproduced in a cartoon style full of details and marked colors, even the sound of the water when you swim is pleasant; everything is accompanied by nice music that makes the environment more sparkling.

PLAYABILITY

The aim of the game is to reassemble figures using square blocks of stone, of various shapes, at your disposal you will only have your bunny paws, you cannot lift them and carry them in your arms, so you will have to kick to move them, with your foot left push them with the right turn them.

The game is pretty cute and the multiplayer option is a big plus. The puzzles can be kind of hard though, still, it’s a fun casual game!

Mainframe Defenders

After playing this for 22 hours, I must say it has been one hell of a ride. Its a nostalgia trip back to XCOM without having to worry about cover but more on your current position. At the highest difficulty, the limits of your tactical prowess are tested to its limits. You need to shoot and advance/retreat at the same time constantly. Thankfully while this is a roguelike, for now, you can return to the main menu and retry again. Why go for the easy mission when you could strive for the harder ones and reward yourself for the hard work?

Real player with 45.1 hrs in game

A great little tactics game with lots of style and a fair deal more depth than would first appear on the surface.

Its visuals are stellar, if you’re into the retro style, with plenty of very satisfying little animations and effects. The menus, explosions, and gunfire all look and feel amazing. Perhaps not as stylish as something like Cogmind, but definitely in the same wheelhouse.

The audio is fantastic, with really nice oldschool techno beats that feel straight out of synthwave cyberpunk fare, alongside unique sound effects for just about every gun and enemy in the game.

Scribblenauts Unlimited

Scribblenauts Unlimited

Scribblenauts is my religion

In my opinion the best game ever made, who needs ultra hd graphics when you have infinite creativity, replayability, bugs that are crazy fun but dont break the game, a beautiful ost, a not so active but beautiful community and some puns here and there?

The content never ends, i’ve been playing this game almost since its release and i still find new features.

It doesnt matter who you are, if you know how to read and spell you will have fun with this game. Adults will have fun trying to destroy everything and children will have fun with the game itself. Of course everyone will have fun for its own reasons but im just saying everyone will enjoy it.

Super Dango

Super Dango

Similar to Baba is you, but most the puzzles are not as tight and clever and many of the are based around a large number of rules instead of just getting you to think outside the box about a small number of rules. Many of the levels feel like more traditional puzzle game levels and have a large number of fixed rules and only a had full of accessible rules that you can interact with to get through some set of obstacles. But the game still has fun puzzles, even if they don’t feel as clever as Baba is you’s, and it has a easy to use level creator to play around with making your own levels. Also the simple automations and interactions create some different puzzles and have some good potential for creating more interesting puzzles.

Base Raid

Base Raid

“Build the perfect base”

This EA game’s name “Base Raid” is way too basic for being such good game. It has a nice build mode before combat and is mostly comparable to other TD games, like “Bad Hotel”. You have a main building which has to be protected by turrets. The opponents base (AI) is static, but you have to find the right strategy to beat it. Only for the first victory you gain much XP and money on a level. You need lots of money to extend your base defenses. Sometimes you have to replay lower levels many times to buy the certain upgrade that helps you to win finally. Another strategy can be to collect gold and sendout vehicles that capture 3 of the towers. Then the game is also won. Whatever you do - the possibilities are endless. And the different systems are well balanced, like laser beats missile, missile blast blocks and shields and MG bullets destroy lasers. The game is still in developement. So after beating the desert level (20 stages) you may be finished. But there is another beach level with additional 16 stages.
