Enter The Backrooms
Honestly, the graphics look bad. But that doesn’t exactly make the game bad.
You see, I’ve lost interest in backrooms over the past few months. It became the same thing: mono yellow office rooms, more levels. It became too predictable after a while.
This game you see here called Enter The Backrooms, doesn’t do that.
It intentionally deviates a little from the wiki just to make this game a little more unpredictable. Honestly, I prefer games that deviate from the wiki more than games that follow into the wiki’s footsteps. I do not like games that follow the wiki for the backrooms much as it makes me feel like the backrooms aren’t a horror story anymore, but rather an adventure story. This game may be a wiki game, and I find this game an Adventure game more than horror. It is just my opinion, you can disagree with me, but I find this not very scary. Although this is not very scary, I never said this game is a bad game.

Enter The Backrooms is an example of what hard work and time aswell as effort can do.
The game is well made and gives off a unique atmosphere and already has given me chills aswell as small rushes of adrenaline while being chased.
Seeing a game based off the backrooms is amazing i’ve been looking forward to something like this.
Anyone who enjoys the backrooms should play this game for sure.
I cant wait to play more!
(Edit)
There are many different levels to go through ranging from level 0 all the way to level 11 and thats not even including the fact that more content is coming!

Horror Adventure VR
I played this game once and it froze. My second try at this game and all that appears is a hour glass with the intro tile of the game. This is unacceptable. I want to play the game not look at a intro page for 3 minutes. Please fix the game or just remove this from steam.

This game looks like it can be fun, it’s definitely creepy right from the start. However, due to bugs I get stuck almost immediately upon starting the game. In an early room with a “don’t look up” sign on a table, a few scripted events happen but then I can’t interact with anything and I can only walk around that room in the dark or a hallway with doors that don’t open.
Maybe come back to this game after the developers fix it. In the meantime I recommend “Don’t Knock Twice” as a much higher quality alternative.

Dungeon of Eyden
Fun game, worth the money. Hope to see some updates in the future
Has some bugs, but it’s only been out for a day so its to be expected
No progress saving, Its a one-life run and if you die it generates a new map with different shops/items, so you have to make it through multiple dungeons in order to unlock the final boss

Woodfel
Woodfel is a very small game that shows some promise.
This game is very basic at its core. Combat is not overly complex, farming resources is very straight forward, and crafting is fun.
Combat
You have Devils and Elfs to pick from but you have to decide which one to attack. Attacking the devils will increase your woodelf rating but decreasing your devil rating and vice versa. Each mob has its own loot table so farming them is essential for items, recipes, gear, spells, and abilities.

This game was awesome. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the shanagens we got ourselves into. From killing goblins my dad calls “shreks” to fighting the big red demon boss. I also loved the crafting system where you need to find recipes that would then add those item to your crafting capabilities. Defiantly recommend this game to anyone who wants some good casual fun.

Adventure of Tuck
Wishlist now to get notified when the game launches!
Adventure of Tuck is a roguelite game in which you play as Tuck.
Tuck wants to be a writer, but he has no inspiration. This is when Tuck decides to go into the forest for an adventure of his own. Once he gets into the forest, the ideas start flowing, but this quickly comes to an abrupt end. This is when his true adventure begins.
Fight a wide variety of enemies with unique attack patterns. Upon defeating the enemies, Tuck will write more information down about each enemy with some of his own silly little comments. Tuck has a basic attack, three different basic abilities and an ultimate ability. These basic abilities are upgradable!
Explore different types of biomes which have different enemies. Each biome also has a couple unique special tiles, which makes it worth exploring!
Make friends with cute little characters. Some of these will help you on your journey by giving you quests, upgrading your weapon, upgrading your abilities, and more!
Each biome contains a unique boss with different attack patterns and multiple phases. These epic boss fights are definitely not something you should underestimate!
Ancient Guardian
Game achieves what it sets out to accomplish, but what it wants to accomplish isnt that impressive.
Running is sluggish, closing a door kills the centaur, the game runs at 60fps but it feels like a jaggy 20 somehow.
It’s a nice game, but not worth its price tag. Get it at a discount; you shouldn’t pay more than 1 dollar for this.

A good game with a decent difficulty level with a feeling of inevitable moment that the Minotaur will get you.
On next level you get the feeling that every animal wants to kill you, including ghost hoplites.
Medusa fight is intense (especially if you are getting the “Kill her with full HP” achievement).
Other achievements are difficult to get and require combination of prerequisites.
UPD: Changing my review as the Developer fixed remaining achievements after i contacted him so i can give the game 10/10 minotaur axes.

Dreadhalls
Horror is one of those things that’s tough to quantify. What makes one person wet their drawers elicits yawns from another. But this is definitely a game that I think most people will find genuinely scary.
Despite having graphics that look like they were designed for a cellphone (they were), Dreadhalls utilizes several very clever tricks and design elements to create one of the scariest experiences I’ve ever played. I’m wary of overhyping the scare factor for anyone who might be interested in buying this but I honestly cannot remember the last time a game made me jump or scream and this game has made me do both several times. Best of all, it doesn’t rely on cheap jumpscares like several AAA titles I can think of.

I’ve had Dreadhalls since I first got a VR headset, but only just recently finished it.
It’s legitimately the only good VR horror game I’ve ever played, especially since it sets the bar high. It admittedly feels a little low-budget here and there, using the same ambient music loop throughout the entire game and a few sound effects that cut abruptly, letting you know they got them off of a royalty free site at the end credits.
If you end up getting it, play with a controller, as the Vive wands are not very conductive to moving and sprinting.
