Hungry Dino
easy controls (WASD)
But I have a couple of questions:
1. When is the early access coming out?
2. will the price be changed?
3. will there be any new levels and features added?
Also thanks for the generous 40% discount

It looks like this game is based on a cartoon 3
Do you plan to make a Hungry Dino cartoon in the future?
That would be fun ;)

Flat Heroes
Despite my positive recommendation, I have one major complaint about this game: your avatar is a square that rolls to move.
Hrm… a SQUARE that ROLLS… does anyone else see the problem with the physics of this?
So if you want to move your square just a little bit, you are out of luck because the square will roll back to where you started or will roll further forward than you want if you hit a certain threshold. If your square is tilted in air, you could land on your corner and move into danger. If you land on the edge of a ledge, even if you are flat, if your center of mass is not on the ledge, you can roll off. You can wall cling, but only if one of the sides of your square completely touches the wall, so again, if your square is tilted and you hit the wall with a corner, this can mess you up. I can’t tell you how many times I got fracked by this baffling mechanic. In my humble opinion, it doesn’t make the game any more fun or unique, the game is way too hard otherwise to warrant this extra challenge, and it actually goes against the game’s minimalist street cred (if it were me, I would have made it more like Thomas Was Alone and have the little squares just slide along instead).

I absolutely recommend this game if you like easy-to-get-into platformers, couch co-op, and/or games with subtle depth.
The most recent update as of this review added Survival mode, which is really six modes (each basically an endless mode with the goal being lasting longer than anyone else, but remaining distinct enough to be different modes). This includes a mode called Twitch, which is a Twitch integrated mode that allows the audience to pick the next obstacles the streamer faces. Survival mode(s) in general each have a scoreboard for those who like to get competitive.

Happenlance
A beautiful and addictive addition to the asldfj;oaisheouhigoiu genre. Highly recommended.

I like the game. Happenlances approach to teach things is like how it was done back in the 8bit days. Levels are designed in a way that you have to learn to do new tricks in order to continue, and you don’t get any annoying tooltips or small videos that show you what you have to do. You really have to figure things out yourself. And oh boy it gets challenging and fast.
Only thing that i would add, is somekind of collectibles in hard places. That way when you get better in the game, you would revisit some maps to get those collectibles that you couldn’t get before.

Hot Lava
This game is amazing and as minor faults but faults being some little things that could help the game a bit more. More positive though. I’m a speedrun this game non-stop and it feels great. By far one of the best games to get into if your speedrunning. If you every played trackmania, Think of it as time attack with your friends, You aren’t running against them at the same exact time although You “could” if you want to. As a fun little platformer you can play this casually with friends or compete with other speedrunners in the discord. Everyone including mods are super nice and active. Massive amounts of friends. There’s tons to play and grind in this game right now, There also is workshop maps but its not as active as you would think. Lots of oldschool maps not many people doing it Sadly.

I used to love bunny hopping and surfing in CS:GO and found this game. Being supper excited to play I jumped in right away and started practising my parkour skills. It gave me the ability to double jump which I thought was odd. After hours of jumping through courses I witnessed another player in my lobby go flying past me at a speed I couldn’t even imagine was possible. I did a bit of research and found out there are 4 different abilities in the game.
1. Double Jump - I began playing with this one but will probably not go back to it. Not until I’ve mastered the other ones at least.

CD-RUN
I was gifted this game by the dev after we play-tested it as co-workers. Another made the chiptune OST and they both deserve praise for the work.
CD-Run is a side scrolling race against your friends and the obstacles the stage throws at you, with multiple mode changes as it goes on. Fast Forward, Repeat, Pause etc.. all shuffle to mix up what’s happening and make you pay attention all the time. When you add in other players all trying to survive as well, it’s total chaos, and some of the best laughs I’ve had with my friends were because of this game.

This is an endless side-scrolling platformer game where you play as a running and jumping square. Think SMB games in multiplayer mode, but you have to run in one direction, and you can’t pick up your friends to toss them off the edges. It’s a fantastic way to burn some time with friends, and simple enough to put down after a couple of runs if needed, though it’s hard to put down when feelings of aggressive competitiveness continually builds. What to expect when playing with friends: so.much.laughter, shenanigans, some comraderie (if you’re playing distance mode), countless expletives, and name-calling.

Not bad. Maybe it’s a little bit overpriced* but, overall, a good platform/puzzle game.
