Global Pandemic

Global Pandemic

The plan was to experiment with Dinosaur and Zombie DNA.

The plan was NOT to create a virus, NOT to let it out, and NOT to effect the whole world.

The vast majority of the population of the planet died within months. Those that remained either “Turned” vicious and feral, or if immune to the pandemic, live their lives as bandits. All are dangerous. Not to mention the Dinosaurs…

Game Play

Set in a post-apocalyptic open world, you can create bases through building, and create items through crafting. Loot is available to find throughout the world. Manage your own inventory, and use containers such as lockers, crates, kitchen cupboards, and more.

Bandits, the Turned (Zombies), wild animals, and even dinosaurs (optionally!) will seek to kill you. You will also have to deal with thirst, hunger and the elements.

Explore the ever-growing world, full of places to discover, by running or using vehicles. From military bases, to abandoned villages - from motels to remote buildings - from hidden caves to farms - every update brings more to discover and encounter, in Global Pandemic.

An innovative skills and stats system will see your character develop in your own game style (or set all to fully developed if you prefer!).

Can you survive? Who will you be? What world will you create?

Hideout: Face your fears

I haven’t finished the game yet, however, it seems pretty cool, the graphics is promising, voice acting it perfect, story seems to fit the atmosphere… I’d never say I’m going to enjoy in any stealth game, but here I am.

EDIT: It feels like I’m almost at the end of the game, still no complaints, there was one bugged door which I went through and fell, not a big deal though… Still enjoying it!

EDIT 2: I’ve completed the game today, and I can say that I’m quite disappointed at how the game ended… Looking forward for the updates (if there will be any).

Its a great game! Decently put together, has a lot of potential. The sneaking is a really cool aspect and how you use devises is super sweet. Overall great game! Beware if you go through the door at the end boss (fountain entrance) instead of jumping off it will glitch the game making the robot spin in circles and not see you at all. Got stuck on the end for a solid 1hour and a half lol..

The game is really fun and well worth the purchase. !But there is just one thing: at this stage, people with weak PC are better off not playing and waiting for fixes - since the developers regularly patch the game - normal optimization is not far off.

Game was definitely fun, especially co-op. There were a few bugs like when I saw 6 wolves just stand there with no hitbox whatsoever after a fight. The story did not really hook me, however, we didn’t pay a lot of attention to it anyway so I definitely won’t say anything about that, it seemed interesting enough and I simply missed it basically completely. The mechanics are a little clunky and we felt a little lost and/or stupid at times but it’s a really fun and interesting game to play; looking forward to the next chapters. Not recommended if you’re looking for a high-quality horror game or something similar, though. I’d also like to mention that the music really doesn’t fit the atmosphere at some points in the game but it made it rather entertaining lmao

Tunguska: The Visitation

Tunguska: The Visitation

This game is very hard, but in a strategic way. It requires no aiming skill or reflex, and you have plenty of time thinking about what to do to solve each combat scenario. Sometimes it’s more straight forward, and other times you have to die a few times to figure out the right way. It’s all about attention to details - some enemies wear armors, for example, and you can tell it from their appearance. But if you ignore that intel and just start shooting without the right kind of ammo, you’ll just be waiting ammo. There is a lot of details in the dialogues and journals, and you must pay pretty close attention to not miss important information.

6 hours in, and I really like this game. I first heard about it a couple of years ago on a Stalker forum, and my first impression from the previews was good. Now that I’ve had a chance to play the game, that first impression has been reinforced. Tunguska’s setting is moody and atmospheric. The gunplay and stealth are straightforward but challenging, and the overall result is a fun top-down twin-stick “shooter.” Quotes because there’s more to this than running and gunning – there are some light RPG elements, and a heavy element of exploration.

Zombies Desert and Guns

After the terrible virus, only one survivor remained on the planet.

Will he be able to cope with such a sudden responsibility and find at least someone on his way,

except for a whole horde of zombie people? To do this, you together with the hero go to the desert, where,

in his opinion, there should have been uninfected people who did not come into contact with the main population

planets.

  • Go through 13 agonizing days of the zombie apocalypse.

  • Collect all types of weapons that will help you survive.

It’s so sad to see the good game being completely unknown. Perhaps you’re not sure about quality of this game. I understand, - it only has a few reviews, and yep, it’s only made by one person, which usually means that the game wouldn’t be good enough, but this one… is surely exception. Frankly speaking, i also thought it’s going to be something typical, like most of modern indie horror games. And yet, “i gave it a try”, and completely changed my mind. This game is awesome, and here’s why:

I am crippled and can’t stand or walk without crutches. The developer of this game has been determined to make it handicapped accessible. When it first launched it had a LOT of problems. I have worked with the dev to fix them. I now feel this is one of the most accessible FPS VR games on steam for me using my power chair. He added a head height slider, short rang grab beam to pick items up. as well as a 45 degree world rotation left and right. And implemented the popular movement system found in the game Onward.

I really want to give this game a good review but it is way too hard. I am really good at fps games but i probably died 50+ time playing this game and there are no checkpoints so it makes you restart the whole level when you die. Also all the enemies are giant 10-foot-tall monsters. I think the game would be a lot better if it made the enemies human size, lowered the amount of them down, and added actual horror in the game. All that said the game has really good inventory control and shooting mechanics.

I enjoyed this game. You start in an abandoned Russian facility that is in a state of crumbling disrepair. You explore the various floors and learn about what happened through a series of notes found along the way. Played from a first person perspective, part of the game is above ground and part is an especially dark maze-like underground bunker. You have the option of a flashlight and/or a lighter to guide you and your choice will have an effect on the ending you experience. The sound track enhances the feeling of being alone and, in the bunker, the sounds increased my sense of stress and panic as I kept circling in the dark.

Nice walking sim, with a much deeper story and message than expected.

Short, but at the price, it feels worth it tome. On sale? Yeah, grab it if you like walking sims with very good visuals, moody and appropriate music and game audio, and a few relatively easy puzzles.

Take screenshots, or notes, you have no way to review notes you already read to see the clues they may offer. Puzzle solutions are not so in-your-face that they are totally obvious, many ore in notes or on walls.

Ran well enough on my MSI GS75 Stealth laptop (i7 9750/2070 RTX MaxQ/ 16 GB DDR4), though it did make the fans run up a wee bit. I expect the game will run slightly better on my desktop. No major issues, just a few visual artifacts here and there (some clipping and visible seams if I tried to find them), and the claw game was a bit of a PITa trying to pick up the item that drops from it (pushed the item away from the game machine, and had to pause the game and continue from the main menu to get the game to let me pick it up). So a few minor issues, no major bugs or glitches in my first playthrough.
