אני שמח לראות שהקסם של המשחק נשמר. יש שאולי היו רוצים להיות יותר דמויות מהמשחקים הקודמים, אולי עוד ימים, אך לדעתי המשחק הזה פשוט משאיר טעם לעוד! וזה חיובי לדעתי. לא יודע אם מתוכנן משחק נוסף בעתיד אך בינתיים אפשר להסתפק בזה. לפחות ככה אני חושב, בתור אחד ששיחק ברוב המשחקים וסיים אותם (חוץ מהתלת מימד שלא סיימית) אני מוצא את המשחק הזה כמבדר וההומור לא שונה כלל. נפלא! כי יש דברים שלא צריכים להשתנות. וכן- וידוי- אני מאלה שהיו שמחים ליותר משלוש ימים ליהנות מהקסם הזה. אך כמו שאמרתי מצד שני הוא מספיק טוב בשביל שלא אבכה על זה. בסופו של יום מדובר במשחק שעשו מאמצים להוציא עם בעיות תקציב בדרך ומה שיצא, התוצאה הסופית, מספקת מאוד. לא מובן מאליו! תודה אבה שהחזרתם את פיפוש אלינו. התגעגענו.

Imagine Lifetimes
I personally really enjoyed this game. I first played it from before it’s Steam release (thanks to GrayStillPlays) so I somewhat knew what to do. The Steam release added a few features that I was glad to see like achievements and scene skips.
I love games like this one. Simple, but deep. Deep, but also doesn’t take itself too seriously. It makes you think about things but never shoves it in your face. I quite enjoyed all the references too. Some of the endings were a bit out there, but that’s part of the fun.

There are certain cruelties this game that presents you with that prevent me from classifying it as fun.
Within the game there are advertisements for the developers other games, and I had to reset the game (the intro sequence is waaay too long.) to escape them. The options for this game are super limited. I get there’s only so much you can do with a game like this. It just feels dull and monotonous. Playing through multiple times is not rewarding at all, and this game does NOT respect your time or intellect.

Irony Curtain: From Matryoshka With Love is developed and published by Artifex Mundi, usually attributed to making Hidden Object Games. Recently they broke the mould a little when releasing My Brother Rabbit and have now released their first adventure in the point and click world.

Irony Curtain is a delightfully clever adventure in the ‘old style’ of point and click classics. It has all the elements - meaningful story, detailed graphics/animations, professional voice acting, obtuse inventory-based puzzles, mini-games, and a lot of running back and forth across scenes. It does not have complex dialog trees, which I appreciated. Instead, it has simple dialog choices and a number of cut scenes.
You play Evan - a child of capitalism who is in love with the idea of communism. Through a wild series of events, he ends up in Matryoshka and discovers that life under ‘The Great Leader’ is not what he imagined. He is thrown into playing a role in a revolution of the people and the rest is just good fun. Evan is a bumbling hero and his antics within the communist bureaucracy are quite entertaining.

Her Majesty’s SPIFFING
I’m happy I came across this clever, fresh and genuine little gem, which will actually remain between the funniest games I’ve ever played.
As a developer myself, I can only take off my hat for the level of polishing and quality this small team put into their work. Her Majesty’s SPIFFING is a much better game than many overhyped million dollar Kickstarter games I’ve played, so it was a surprising discovery, even more at a time when comedy adventure games doesn’t seem to be the most popular genre.

Buy it if you like funny point-and-clicks.
A well-built and well-written short Point-and-Click-ish adventure. ~3h for a sane and self-guided playthrough, and you can expect a couple puzzles to be sufficiently complicated to trigger the usual “WTF” moments. Maybe another hour for achievement hunters (if you follow a guide: they did not make it easy to 100% this thing, especially since there’s a max of only 4 save slots and some early decisions will prevent late achievements).
I say “Point-and-click-ish” because while KB+M is supported, I didn’t try it, instead using an XBOX 360 controller. I thought a controller might feel a bit more natural for navigating the 3D environments, but after finishing I watched some videos of KB+M gameplay, and they make that work, too; I might have preferred it.

I kind of loved this game, I think this game must be one of my guilty pleasures! I enjoy point and click adventures and I hadn’t played a point and click game for a while. So maybe that is why I really loved this one so much.
I think this game is original and unique with an equally unique and really effective art style. The story is fun and satirical, but in an intelligent way. It feels very well written and crafted and not just random silly ideas thrown together in a rush.
Point and click games can get very frustrating as it is very slow to walk from one area to another and to another to try different things. As this game is short, it does not get too frustrating.

I Can’t Believe It’s Not Gambling
Every so often a game comes along that revolutionizes a genre or gaming as a whole. This is one of those games.
With ICBING, there are no gimmicks, no bamboozles. No pre-order bonuses, no DLC, no map packs, nothing. Just a rich gaming experience. The moment you start the game you get right to it. You are greeted by your first challenge. The trashcan. All alone in a stunningly generated room with next gen graphics. From here the game changing design intuitively kicks in as you are greeted with a button. “Open Loot Box” After a few moments of taking in the beautifully generated trash can, I decide to take the plunge… I press the button. Upon the pressing of the button, the trashcan draws in closer and shakes… again… and once more as it erupts like a geyser. Emerging from this amazingly lifelike trash can is what can only be described as gifts from our one and only. Gaben. My rewards for embarking on the journey of clicking the button. To my amazement, it is equally beautifully generated additions for my trashcan. Different trash bags, trashcan lids, thrown out Trump protest signs. I can truly express my individuality through my very own unique and custom trashcan.

I Can’t Believe It’s Not Gambling is a parody of the ongoing dilemma of loot boxes within games, taking our hard earned money and rewarding us with the same item for the 50th time.
Pros:
-Joy of opening loot boxes and receiving absolute crap without the massive dent in your wallet.
-Not BF2, a simple game which does not have ridiculous DLC’s .
-It has Steam Achievements.
Cons:
-My joy for opening lootboxes has been killed now.
If you dislike playing for lootboxes, but still want to open them up then this is the game for you
