It’s definitely a well balanced game that reminds me of those classic games which all that matters is your will to complete the game the fastest you can. I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a good time with some good old platformer that challenges even experienced players with unexpected things like the explosions of the missiles, spikes that fall from the ceiling and turrets that won’t think twice before shooting at you.

Looks, plays and feels like a zero effort asset flip, though I couldn’t find it with a brief search on the Unity Asset Store. This does NOT mean that I am wrong however in my feelings that is an asset flip. I’ve been doing this many, many years now, and It feels very low effort.
All it takes to see the amount of care this developer has for this game is to look at the two sentence description of the game on the store page with no details at all. .. A developer who actually took enough care to make this would likely care enough about it to write more on the Steam store page. ..Just sayin'

So I just beat the game and the whole time I felt like I was playing a Jet Set Radio Future spin off. Which is a good thing for someone like me since that Sega classic is a top three favorite of mine. The stylistic cel-shaded aesthetic and the rhythmic jazzy hip-hop musicality feed into the rebellious atmosphere of the game and the protagonist perfectly. Especially as they attempt to escape from the clutches of a shady organization that attempts to capture or destroy them for reasons the game hopes you artistically interpret.

The Short of it: A "rager" of a tower climbing platformer. Unless you are highly sedated, you will rage. You will rage quit. And then you will double click that little icon and climb again. Don't pay more than $1 IMO.
Reminds me of: If you liked Downwell, you'll probably like Frog Demon, because then you can go Upwell *buh-dum-tishh*

## Ho-Ho-Home Invasion
A fun, charming little indie game for the Christmas season. It's short, but enjoyable, and really easy to get all of the achievements on. All in all, I'd say it's one of those rare games that's worth more than what they're charging for it.
Let's be honest, 'Ho-Ho-Home Invasion' is not a complicated stealth game. I'd go so far as to say it's a pretty good introduction to the stealth genre. It has no complex mechanics which on one hand means that it's easy for even beginners to pick up, but on the other means it lacks depth for anyone more experienced in the genre.

This game is pretty great, especially for something free. You really get to experience the stress of being a home inva… of being Santa Claus. The 5th level in particular is really well done. It's the last level, but easily the one that really solidifies the concept with lots of moving parts and things to keep aware of to not be caught.
I played the first few levels with m/k, but finished with controller and felt both work pretty well. I prefer the controller for this one though. The music is fitting, but has some jarring looping. That could have been better, and there's not a lot of use for the peaking around the corners ability. Since you have the map which lets you see everything around. Maybe a hard mode where it disables the map would make that more useful though. Sometimes your visible overhead view isn't as useful as the one you see on the map.
